The plastic used for extrusion molding of the bar material comprises polyamide, polyformaldehyde, polycarbonate, ABS, polyphenyl ether, polysulfone, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, organic glass and the like. At present, the processing and production of plastic bars mostly depend on hot-pressing extrusion molding, namely, raw materials are hot-melted at high temperature and then are extruded and molded. However, the existing extrusion device for plastic bars is easy to deform and bend due to the self weight of the plastic bars during discharging, so that the bars are easy to break.
