1. A gas-generating apparatus, comprising:

a gas generating agent;

a container which is hollow and provided with a first opening and a second opening; and

the ignition device is used for initiating the gas generating agent to be combusted and decomposed to generate gas;

the gas generating medicament is contained within the hollow interior of the container; the ignition device is arranged at the first opening of the container and closes the first opening, and an end cover for closing the second opening is arranged at the second opening of the container.

2. The gas-generating apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a gas filtering device disposed within the interior of the container proximate the second opening to divide the hollow interior of the container into the first chamber and the second chamber.

3. The gas-generating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the ignition device comprises an igniter and an ignition cartridge;

the igniter is connected with the first opening through threads, and a first sealing ring is arranged between the igniter and the first opening;

one end of the ignition medicine box is fixedly connected with the wall of the container close to the first opening in the container, the other end of the ignition medicine box is immersed in the gas generating agent, and a substance for igniting the gas generating agent is contained in the ignition medicine box.

4. The gas-generating apparatus of claim 2, wherein the filter device comprises a coarse filter element and a fine filter element disposed adjacent to each other, the fine filter element being proximate to the second opening of the vessel;

a medicine baffle plate is arranged between the fine filtering unit and the second opening.

The gas-generating apparatus of claim 4, wherein a first chamber is between the first opening and the coarse filter unit, and a second chamber is between the baffle plate and the second opening; the pressure difference between the first chamber and the second chamber can be adjusted by adjusting the filtering precision and the thickness of the coarse filtering unit and the fine filtering unit;

the medicine baffle plate is uniformly provided with vent holes.

6. The gas-generating apparatus of claim 5, wherein the coarse filter unit is a pressed block of wire and the fine filter unit is a sintered felt of stainless steel;

and a second sealing ring is arranged between the end cover and the container wall, and the second cavity is a closed cavity.

7. The gas generating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ignition temperature of the gas generating agent is 250-280 ℃, and the time for generating gas after ignition is 0.1-0.3 s.

8. A drive device comprising a gas-generating apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.

9. The drive device of claim 8, further comprising a connecting tube connected to the second opening and an inflatable bladder connected to the connecting tube.

10. The driving device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the inflatable air bag is annular, and an air inlet port is arranged on the inflatable air bag; the air inlet interface is a wedge-shaped interface; the connecting pipe is in threaded connection with the second opening and is connected with an air inlet interface on the inflatable air bag through a movable nut joint.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a gas generator and a driving device, and more particularly to a gas generator and a driving device.

Background

In the field of weaponry such as aerospace, some circumferentially distributed mechanisms such as missile tail skirt and the like need to be rapidly driven to be unfolded at a set time so as to complete a preset action. At present, devices for providing the instantaneous circumferential driving force mainly comprise hydraulic devices, pneumatic devices and the like, but the control systems of the hydraulic devices and the pneumatic devices are complex in structure and heavy in mechanism; the number of driving sources of hydraulic and pneumatic devices is large, the requirement on the synchronism of the driving sources is high in the unfolding process of the annular mechanism, and if a certain driving source fails, the risk that the whole mechanism cannot be unfolded normally exists; maintenance is needed, and the cost is high; in addition, the mechanism deployment operation is also limited by the response time of the hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and it is difficult to achieve a quick response.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of this scheme is to provide a gas production device, regard the device as the driving source, can not only the completion drive action of rapid and stable, simple structure moreover, small light in weight, the drive synchronism is good, the response is quick, can realize non-maintaining and reduce cost.

Another object of this aspect is to provide a driving device including the gas generating device.

In order to achieve the purpose, the scheme is as follows:

a gas-generating apparatus comprising:

a gas generating agent;

a container which is hollow and provided with a first opening and a second opening; and

the ignition device is used for initiating the gas generating agent to be combusted and decomposed to generate gas;

the gas generating medicament is contained within the hollow interior of the container; the ignition device is arranged at the first opening of the container and closes the first opening, and an end cover for closing the second opening is arranged at the second opening of the container.

Preferably, the apparatus further comprises a gas filtering means disposed within the interior of the container adjacent the second opening to divide the hollow interior of the container into a first chamber and a second chamber.

Preferably, the ignition device comprises an igniter and an ignition cartridge;

the igniter is connected with the first opening through threads, and a first sealing ring is arranged between the igniter and the first opening;

one end of the ignition medicine box is fixedly connected with the wall of the container close to the first opening in the container, the other end of the ignition medicine box is immersed in the gas generating agent, and a substance for igniting the gas generating agent is contained in the ignition medicine box.

Preferably, the filter device comprises a coarse filter unit and a fine filter unit which are adjacently arranged, and the fine filter unit is close to the second opening of the container;

a medicine baffle plate is arranged between the fine filtering unit and the second opening.

Preferably, a first cavity is formed between the first opening and the coarse filtering unit, and a second cavity is formed between the medicine baffle plate and the second opening; the pressure difference between the first chamber and the second chamber can be adjusted by adjusting the filtering precision and the thickness of the coarse filtering unit and the fine filtering unit;

the medicine baffle plate is uniformly provided with vent holes.

Preferably, the coarse filter unit is a metal wire pressed block, and the fine filter unit is a stainless steel sintered felt;

and a second sealing ring is arranged between the end cover and the container wall, and the second cavity is a closed cavity.

Preferably, the ignition temperature of the gas generating agent is 250-280 ℃, and the time for generating the gas after ignition is 0.1-0.3 s.

In a second aspect, there is provided a drive apparatus comprising a gas-generating apparatus as described in any one of the above.

Preferably, the inflatable air bag further comprises a connecting pipe connected with the second opening and an inflatable air bag connected with the connecting pipe.

Preferably, the inflatable air bag is annular, and an air inlet interface is arranged on the inflatable air bag; the air inlet interface is a wedge-shaped interface; the connecting pipe is in threaded connection with the second opening and is connected with an air inlet interface on the inflatable air bag through a movable nut joint.

The scheme has the following beneficial effects:

1. the device of the scheme mainly comprises a gas generating device, a connecting pipe and an annular air bag, and has simple structure and high working reliability;

2. the gas generating device of the scheme adopts a low-temperature gas generating agent, the gas generating amount is large, and the fuel gas can directly enter the annular inflatable air bag without adopting chemical or physical cooling measures after passing through the filtering device, so the volume is small and the weight is light;

3. the device has high gas production speed, so that the response speed is high, the drive synchronism is good, and the specified drive action can be completed quickly and reliably;

4. this device is totally enclosed structure, and the later stage need not maintain the maintenance, the effectual cost that has reduced.

Embodiments of the present solution will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present solution, and not an exhaustive list of all embodiments. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, features of the embodiment and the embodiment may be combined with each other without conflict.

In order to overcome the problems that the structure is complex when a hydraulic pressure device and an air pressure device are used as devices for providing instant annular driving force, the maintenance cost is high, and the requirement on the device synchronism precision is high during use, the scheme provides a gas generating device and a driving device using the device as the driving force.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a driving apparatus includes a gas generating apparatus 20, a connecting tube 11 and an inflatable air bag 14;

one end of the connecting pipe 11 is connected with the gas generating device 20 through a screw thread, and the other end is fixedly connected with the inflatable air bag 14 in the form of a movable nut joint 12.

The gas generating device 20 comprises a gas generating agent 5, a container 3 which is hollow and has a first opening and a second opening, an igniter 1 and an ignition medicine box 4, and an end cover 10.

The gas generating agent 5 is contained in the hollow interior of the container 3; a first opening of the container 3 is connected with the igniter 1 through threads, the wall of the container close to the first opening is provided with threads and is connected with the ignition medicine box 4 through threads, the ignition medicine box 4 is fixedly arranged on the container 3 through threads and is directly communicated with the igniter 1, and ignition medicine particles are arranged in the ignition medicine box and are used for initially igniting gas to generate a medicament 5 to promote combustion decomposition of the medicament; the second opening of the container 3 is secured to the end cap 10 by a threaded connection.

In one embodiment, a first sealing ring 2 is provided between the igniter 1 and the first opening of the container 3 to achieve sealing.

In one embodiment, the connection tube 11 is threadably connected to the end cap 10 of the gas-generating apparatus 20.

In one embodiment, the wire pressed block 6 is used for coarse filtration, the stainless steel sintered felt 7 is used for fine filtration, the wire pressed block 6, the stainless steel sintered felt 7 and the medicine baffle plate 9 divide the inside of the container 3 into a first chamber and a geothermal chamber, the space between the first opening and the wire pressed block 6 is the first chamber, and the gas generating agent 5 is contained in the first chamber; the space between the medicine baffle plate 9 and the end cover 10 is a second cavity, the end cover 10 and the container wall of the container 3 are sealed through a second sealing ring 8, and the formed second cavity is a sealed cavity.

In one embodiment, the medicine baffle plate 9 is uniformly provided with vent holes, and the medicine baffle plate 9 uniformly provided with certain vent holes can prevent the metal wire pressing block 6 and the stainless steel sintered felt 7 from bearing internal pressure deformation in the working process of the device.

In one embodiment, in order to prevent the granular substances generated by the gas generating device 20 during operation from entering the inflatable air bag 14 and burning the air bag, the inside of the gas generating device 20 is firstly roughly filtered by using a metal wire pressing block 6, and the metal wire pressing block 6 can be a copper wire or stainless steel wire or aluminum wire pressing block; stainless steel sintered felt 7 is then used for fine filtration to further clean the gas. Meanwhile, the pressure difference between the first cavity and the second cavity can be effectively adjusted by adjusting the filtering precision and the thickness of the metal wire pressing block 6 and the stainless steel sintered felt 7, so that the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the combustion chamber is reduced as much as possible while the filtering precision of the fuel gas is ensured, and the structural stability and the working reliability of the device during working are ensured.

In one embodiment, the gas generating agent 5 is a low temperature gas generating agent capable of generating gas at 250 ℃ and 280 ℃, and the container 3 can be in various geometric shapes, preferably cylindrical.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the connection tube 11 is a metal tube, one end of the connection tube 11 is connected to the gas generating device 20 by a screw thread, and the other end is connected to the annular inflatable air bag 14 by a movable nut joint 12 for post-assembly.

As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, in one embodiment, an air inlet port 13 is provided on the inner side of the inflatable air bag 14, the connecting pipe 11 is connected with the air inlet port 13 on the inflatable air bag 14 through a movable nut joint 12, and the air inlet port 13 is designed as a wedge-shaped port, so that a sealing surface is formed between the connecting pipe 11 and the air inlet port 13 of the annular inflatable air bag 14, and sealing is realized as shown in a and B in the figures. The airbag body material is polyurethane adhesive tape with high strength, fire resistance, flame retardance and long service life, and a layer of polyurethane reinforcing belt is bonded on the outer side of the airbag body material, so that the annular inflatable airbag 14 can bear certain temperature and pressure.

The working principle of the device is as follows:

after the driving device receives an ignition instruction, the igniter 1 works to ignite the ignition medicine box 4, and further ignites the gas generating agent 5 which can generate gas at low temperature, the gas generating agent 5 is rapidly combusted and decomposed to generate low-temperature gas, the gas is further filtered and cooled by the metal wire pressing block 6 and the stainless steel sintered felt 7, the clean gas directly enters the annular inflatable air bag 14 through the connecting pipe 11 and the air inlet interface 13, the annular inflatable air bag 14 is rapidly expanded after being inflated, and the mechanism distributed around the inflatable air bag 14 is driven to rapidly expand and provide stable supporting force.

The device of the scheme mainly comprises a gas generating device, a connecting pipe and an annular air bag, and has simple structure and high working reliability; the gas passes through the filtering device and can directly enter the annular inflatable air bag without adopting chemical or physical cooling measures, so the volume is small and the weight is light; the gas production speed is high, so the response speed is high, the drive synchronism is good, and the specified drive action can be completed quickly and reliably; the device is of a fully-closed structure, maintenance is not needed in the later period, and cost is effectively reduced.
