Background

At present, with the increasing demand of electric power, the capacity and voltage grade of large-scale generator sets are greatly improved, the requirement on the reliability of the internal insulation structure of the generator is also improved, and a stricter requirement is provided for the insulation structure of the motor, particularly the corona resistance of the insulation structure of the motor. Research shows that when a high-voltage generator operates, electric fields of a motor stator winding at a ventilation notch and a linear slot outlet and at the end part of the winding are concentrated, when the local field intensity reaches a certain value, gas is locally ionized, blue fluorescence appears at the ionized part, namely, corona phenomenon appears, and local creepage phenomenon also appears, the corona generates ozone and nitrogen oxide to cause existence of hollow air gaps in an insulating layer, organic matters in the insulating layer are corroded and damaged, so that the local temperature in the coil rises to cause deterioration and carbonization of an adhesive, strand insulation and mica are whitened, the strand insulation and the mica are accumulated for a long time to further loosen and short circuit, insulation aging is accelerated, the service life of insulation is shortened, the corona phenomenon exists in a KV 6-grade motor, the corona phenomenon is more serious along with the increase of rated working voltage, and the corona phenomenon is possible to generate 'electric corrosion' without corona prevention treatment measures, resulting in damage to the insulation and adversely affecting the safe operation of the motor.

The main insulation of the VPI wire rod is generally made of epoxy little-glue mica material, and after the VPI wire rod is coated with the anti-corona layer, the whole wire rod is cured and molded by a VPI (vacuum pressure paint dipping process), so that gaps of air gaps in the whole wire rod are effectively reduced, the filling effect in a groove is improved, and the corona phenomenon can be effectively prevented. However, the wrapping and accumulation of the corona prevention layer at the end part of the high-voltage motor winding not only affects the paint dipping and curing effects between the corona prevention layers, but also is not beneficial to the heat dissipation of the end part, and causes certain influence on the safety of the motor. At present, the method needs to eliminate the air layer with small dielectric constant and low electric strength on the winding surface and to make the electric field distribution uniform, namely, a reasonable VPI bar corona-proof structure can effectively improve the voltage gradient of the coil end and eliminate the potential safety hazards such as corona, electric corrosion and the like.

There is therefore a need for a corona-proof construction for a high-voltage generator bar winding VPI bar which solves the above mentioned problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an anti-corona structure of a high-voltage generator bar type winding VPI bar, aiming at solving the corona problem of the conventional high-voltage generator, and the anti-corona structure can be used for avoiding the phenomena of corona, electric corrosion and the like of the bar and has stable electrical performance.

The invention has the advantages that: the invention provides an anti-corona structure of a high-voltage generator bar type winding VPI bar, which is bound by combining a VPI low-resistance band, a VPI middle-resistance band, a VPI high-resistance band and a VPI protective band, so that effective transition of different resistance values can be realized, meanwhile, the lap joint part between the resistance bands is reasonable, the consumption of insulating materials and anti-corona materials is effectively reduced, and the weight of the whole machine is reduced; meanwhile, the corona prevention structure can effectively prevent the occurrence of corona phenomenon of a 6 KV-16 KV high-voltage motor, and avoid the problem of shortened service life of a generator caused by winding rod corona and electric corrosion.
