A vegetable wiping and cutting device comprises a wiping and cutting plate and a hand protector, wherein the surface of the wiping and cutting plate is provided with a wiping and cutting part for wiping and cutting vegetables, and a guide mechanism which is matched with the two sides of the hand protector is arranged between the two sides of the wiping and cutting plate so that the hand protector can move on the wiping and cutting plate along the guide mechanism;

6. The vegetable grater according to claim 1, wherein a spacing line between the two cover plates is located on a center line of a grating direction of the grater plate.

The vegetable cutter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting board and the hand guard are respectively provided with a positioning hole, and the two positioning holes are used for inserting a positioning pin shaft so as to fix the hand guard on the cutting board through the positioning pin shaft when the vegetable cutter is not in use.

The vegetable scraping and cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guiding mechanism includes guiding grooves disposed at both sides of the hand guard, the guiding grooves respectively receiving the side walls at both sides of the scraping and cutting plate to achieve a guiding function.

The vegetable scraping and cutting device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the positioning hole of the hand protector is located between the two cover plates, the end of the positioning pin shaft is provided with an end cap, when the positioning pin shaft is inserted into the two positioning holes, the end cap and the two cover plates are in a pressing state to fix the hand protector on the scraping and cutting plate and prevent the cover plates from being opened.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vegetable wiping and cutting, in particular to a vegetable wiping and cutting device with a hand protection function.

Background

The scraping and cutting device is also called a grater, also called a scraper, a knife or a plate, and is a common kitchen tool used for grating, slicing and processing fruits and vegetables. The common shredder mainly comprises a wiping plate and a handle, wherein the surface of the wiping plate is provided with a wiping part, and when the shredder is used, vegetables can be suddenly slipped to cause hand injury when being shredded and sliced through the wiping part, so that the user is injured. For example, when a conventional grater is used for grating potatoes, when the volume of the potatoes is small in the grating process, the potatoes are difficult to continuously apply force to grating the potatoes, and fingers are easily injured. Therefore, the problem of preventing the finger from being hurt by the silk scraper in use is a problem which needs to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a vegetable scraping and cutting device with a hand protection function. The technical scheme is as follows:

when vegetables are contained in the opening, the fingers press the two cover plates to press the vegetables on the wiping and cutting plate, the hand protector is pushed to move back and forth along the guide mechanism, the thickness of the vegetables is gradually reduced in the wiping and cutting forming process of the vegetables through the wiping and cutting part, and meanwhile, the cover plates are gradually closed to achieve the aim of protecting the hands.

Preferably, the lower surface of the cover plate is provided with a plurality of protrusions.

Preferably, the opening is located at two ends of the wiping and cutting direction of the wiping and cutting board and is of an arc structure.

Preferably, the upper surface of the cover plate is provided with a finger support plate.

Preferably, the lower edge of the opening is provided with a palm support plate.

Preferably, the spacing line between the two cover plates is located on the center line of the wiping direction of the wiping and cutting plate.

Preferably, the wiping and cutting plate and the hand protector are respectively provided with a positioning hole, and the two positioning holes are used for being inserted with a positioning pin shaft so as to fix the hand protector on the wiping and cutting plate through the positioning pin shaft when the vegetable wiping and cutting device is not in use.

Preferably, the plurality of protrusions are a plurality of strip-shaped protrusions.

As a priority of the technical scheme, the positioning hole in the hand protector is located between the two cover plates, the end part of the positioning pin shaft is provided with the end cover, and when the positioning pin shaft is inserted into the two positioning holes, the end cover and the two cover plates are in a pressing state so as to fix the hand protector on the wiping and cutting plate and prevent the cover plates from being opened.

Preferably, when the positioning pin shaft is inserted into the two positioning holes, the hand protector shields the wiping and cutting part of the wiping and cutting plate.

As the priority of the technical scheme, the guide mechanism comprises guide grooves arranged on two sides of the hand protector, and the guide grooves on the two sides are respectively used for accommodating the side walls on the two sides of the wiping plate so as to realize the guide function.

When the vegetable scraping and cutting device with the hand protection function is used, vegetables are contained in the opening on the surface of the hand protection device, the vegetables are tightly pressed between the cover plates and the scraping and cutting plates through the two cover plates, the hand protection device is pushed to enable the vegetables to be scraped and cut through the scraping and cutting part, and the purpose of protecting the hands is achieved when the volume of the vegetables is gradually reduced and the cover plates are gradually closed in the scraping and cutting process.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The invention provides a vegetable wiping and cutting device, which comprises a wiping and cutting plate 1 and a hand protector 2, wherein the surface of the wiping and cutting plate is provided with a wiping and cutting part 1-1 for wiping and cutting vegetables into shapes, the form of the wiping and cutting part 1-1 can be wiped and cut into strips or threads by adopting any existing blade arrangement form, which is not repeated herein, a guide mechanism 3 which is matched with the two sides of the hand protector and the two sides of the wiping and cutting plate is arranged between the two sides of the hand protector and the two sides of the wiping and cutting plate, so that the hand protector can move on the wiping and cutting plate along the guide mechanism, the guide mechanism comprises guide grooves 3-1 which are arranged at the two sides of the hand protector, and the guide grooves at the two sides respectively accommodate the side walls;

the surface of the hand protector is provided with an opening 2-1 facing the wiping and cutting plate 1, the opening is provided with two cover plates 2-2 and 2-3, the two cover plates are respectively connected with the two sides of the opening through rotating shafts 2-4, and the cover plates can rotate through the rotating shafts to open/close the opening;

when vegetables are contained in the opening, the fingers press the two cover plates to press the vegetables on the wiping and cutting plate, the hand protector is pushed to move back and forth along the guide mechanism, the thickness of the vegetables is gradually reduced in the wiping and cutting forming process of the vegetables through the wiping and cutting part, and meanwhile, the cover plates are gradually closed to achieve the aim of protecting the hands.

The lower surface of the cover plate is provided with a plurality of bulges 2-3, the bulges are a plurality of strip-shaped bulges, the bulges are sharp-shaped raised grid ribs, the bulges are tightly pressed with vegetables to increase the friction force between the cover plate and the vegetables when in use, and the upper surface of the cover plate is provided with reinforcing ribs for increasing the strength of the cover plate.

The two ends 2-6 and 2-7 of the opening in the wiping and cutting direction of the wiping and cutting plate are of arc structures, and the arc structures are convenient for positioning vegetables and preventing the vegetables from leaping up.

The upper surface of the cover plate is provided with finger supporting plates 2-6, the lower edge of the opening is provided with palm supporting plates 2-5, and when the hand protector is used, fingers and palms are respectively pressed on the finger supporting plates 2-6 and the palm supporting plates 2-5 so as to be convenient for pushing the hand protector.

The spacing line between the two cover plates is positioned on the central line of the wiping and cutting direction of the wiping and cutting plate so as to ensure that vegetables are positioned in the center of the wiping and cutting plate and ensure the wiping and cutting effect.

The vegetable wiping and cutting device is characterized in that the wiping and cutting plate and the hand protector are respectively provided with a positioning hole, and the two positioning holes are used for being inserted with a positioning pin shaft so as to fix the hand protector on the wiping and cutting plate through the positioning pin shaft when the vegetable wiping and cutting device is not in use.

The positioning holes 2-10 on the hand protector are positioned between the two cover plates, the wiping and cutting plate is provided with the positioning holes 2-9, the end part of the positioning pin shaft is provided with the end covers 2-8, and when the positioning pin shaft is inserted into the two positioning holes, the end covers 2-8 and the two cover plates are in a pressing state so as to fix the hand protector on the wiping and cutting plate and prevent the cover plates 2-2 and 2-3 from being opened. When the positioning pin shaft is inserted into the two positioning holes, the hand protector shields the wiping and cutting part of the wiping and cutting plate to prevent the wiping and cutting part from scratching fingers.
