The method for combining the chassis and the body of the electric vehicle according to claim 6, wherein for the step a, the battery tray (22), the front suspension tray (21) and the rear suspension tray (23) corresponding to the vehicle type information in the storage area can be conveyed to the bottom frame (1) through a conveying part particularly in the storage area in which the battery trays (22), the front suspension tray (21) and the rear suspension tray (23) of different types corresponding to different vehicle types are stored.

The method for combining the chassis and the body of the electric vehicle as claimed in claim 7, wherein the device further comprises a controller and a reader/writer, the battery tray (22), the front suspension tray (21) and the rear suspension tray (23) are respectively provided with an electronic tag classified according to different vehicle types, the reader/writer reads vehicle type information of the electronic tags and generates the vehicle type information to the controller, and the controller controls the conveying part to convey the battery tray (22), the front suspension tray (21) and the rear suspension tray (23) corresponding to the vehicle type information to the bottom frame (1) according to the received vehicle type information.

c. and moving the automobile chassis parts and the automobile body to an assembling station, and assembling the automobile chassis parts and the automobile body.

Further, with regard to the step a, specifically, in the storage area in which the battery tray, the front suspension tray, and the rear suspension tray corresponding to the vehicle type information are stored, the battery tray, the front suspension tray, and the rear suspension tray corresponding to the vehicle type information in the storage area may be conveyed to the bottom frame by the conveying section.

The device further comprises a controller and a reader-writer, wherein electronic tags classified according to different vehicle types are arranged on the battery tray, the front suspension tray and the rear suspension tray, the reader-writer reads vehicle type information of the electronic tags and sends the vehicle type information to the controller, and the controller controls the conveying part to convey the battery tray, the front suspension tray and the rear suspension tray corresponding to the vehicle type information to the bottom frame according to the received vehicle type information.

Furthermore, before the automobile chassis parts and the automobile body are assembled, the battery tray, the front suspension tray and the rear suspension tray are positioned on the automobile body through positioning pieces.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the chassis and body combination device for an electric vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bottom frame 1 and an upper tray 2. The bottom frame 1 is formed in an elongated shape for supporting the upper tray 2. The upper tray 2 includes a battery tray 22 in the middle, and a front suspension tray 21 and a rear suspension tray 23 on both sides of the battery tray 22. The battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21, and the rear suspension tray 23 have a battery support part 221, a front suspension support part 211, and a rear suspension support part 231, respectively. The battery support portion 221, the front suspension portion 211, and the rear suspension portion 231 are used to support the power battery, the front suspension system, and the rear suspension system of the vehicle, respectively. The structures of the battery support portion 221, the front suspension support portion 211, and the rear suspension support portion 231 are not limited as long as they can perform corresponding supporting functions, and the battery support portion 221, the front suspension support portion 211, and the rear suspension support portion 231 may be, for example, a support block, a positioning pin, a bracket, or the like.

The battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 are all of a plurality of different types, and the plurality of battery trays 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 are all provided with battery supporting parts 221, front suspension supporting parts 211 and rear suspension supporting parts 231 of different structures so as to support automobile power batteries, front suspension systems and rear suspension systems of different automobile types. The change in the structure of the battery supporting part 221, the front suspension supporting part 211, and the rear suspension supporting part 231 may be achieved by the change in the number and/or positions of the supporting blocks, the positioning pins, and the brackets. Different types of battery trays 22, front suspension trays 21, and rear suspension trays 23 corresponding to the vehicle types may be mounted on the bottom chassis 1 according to the vehicle types. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus may further include a reservoir 5 and a conveying section 6. The storage 5 stores therein different types of battery trays 22, front suspension trays 21, and rear suspension trays 23 corresponding to different vehicle models. After the closing of the vehicle is completed, the conveying part 6 conveys the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 on the bottom frame 1 into the storage area 5 respectively, and then conveys the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 corresponding to the vehicle type information in the storage area onto the bottom frame 1 according to the vehicle type information of the vehicle body to be closed.

Further, the device also comprises a controller and a reader-writer. And electronic tags classified according to different vehicle types are arranged on the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23. The reader/writer reads the vehicle type information of the electronic tag and generates the vehicle type information to the controller, and the controller controls the conveying section 6 to convey the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21, and the rear suspension tray 23 corresponding to the vehicle type information in the storage area onto the bottom frame 1 according to the received vehicle type information.

Further, the device also comprises an intermediate layer 3 arranged between the bottom frame 1 and the upper tray 2. The middle layer 3 includes a first middle layer 31 positioned at a lower portion and connected with the base frame 1, and a second middle layer 32 positioned at an upper portion and supporting the upper tray 2. A floating mechanism 33 is arranged between the first middle layer 31 and the second middle layer 32, and the floating mechanism 33 can adjust the floating amount of the second middle layer 32 in the horizontal plane. In the present embodiment, the floating mechanism 33 may be, for example, a universal ball bearing. When the electric automobile chassis and the automobile body are combined, if the chassis parts and the automobile body cannot be completely matched, the floating mechanism 33 can enable the chassis parts on the device to generate a certain floating amount in a horizontal plane, so that the precision error during combination is compensated.

The first intermediate layer 31 is welded to the bottom frame 1. The second intermediate layer 32 and the upper tray 2 may be fixedly connected by fixing members 7, such as positioning pins. A support block 8 may also be provided on the second intermediate layer 32 for supporting the upper tray 2.

Further, the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 are all provided with a vehicle body positioning part 4, and the vehicle body positioning part 4 is used for positioning the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 on a vehicle body, so that the positioning of the upper tray 2 and the vehicle body is realized, and the correct position of the chassis part and the vehicle body when the chassis part and the vehicle body are combined is indirectly ensured. In the present embodiment, the vehicle body positioning member 4 is a positioning pin.

The invention also provides a method for combining the chassis and the body of the electric automobile, which uses the device for combining the chassis and the body of the electric automobile and comprises the following steps:

after the last vehicle closing process is finished, reading electronic tags which are classified according to different vehicle types on the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 through a reader-writer;

according to the information of the vehicle type of the vehicle body to be combined, a battery tray 22, a front suspension tray 21 and a rear suspension tray 23 corresponding to the information of the vehicle type are arranged on the bottom frame 1, the read information of the vehicle type on the electronic tag can be generated to a controller through a reader-writer, the controller judges whether the received information of the vehicle type is consistent with the information of the vehicle type in the last combining process, if not, the controller controls a conveying part to convey the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 corresponding to the information of the vehicle type in a storage area to the bottom frame 1, wherein the storage area stores different types of battery trays 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 corresponding to different vehicle types, and if so, the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 on the bottom frame 1 are kept unchanged;

as shown in fig. 4, an automotive power battery 1a, a front suspension system 2a and a rear suspension system 3a as automotive chassis parts are mounted on a battery tray 22, a front suspension tray 21 and a rear suspension tray 23, respectively;

as shown in fig. 5, the automobile chassis parts are moved to the attaching position by the chain bed 4a and the base frame 1 is placed above the lifter 5a in the low position state, the vehicle body 7a is moved to the attaching position by the chassis hanger 6a, and the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23 are positioned to the vehicle body by the positioning member 4;

as shown in fig. 6, the lifter 5a is lifted and positioned in a high position, and the vehicle chassis components, i.e., the power battery 1a, the front suspension system 2a, and the rear suspension system 3a, are integrated with the vehicle body 7 a.

In conclusion, the electric vehicle chassis and vehicle body combining device comprises the bottom frame 1 and the upper tray 2, the upper tray 2 comprises the battery tray 22, the front suspension tray 21 and the rear suspension tray 23, the battery tray, the front suspension tray and the rear suspension tray are all of a plurality of different types, and the battery trays, the front suspension tray and the rear suspension tray are all provided with the battery supporting parts, the front suspension supporting parts and the rear suspension supporting parts which are of different structures so as to support the automobile power batteries, the front suspension systems and the rear suspension systems of different vehicle types.
