The working process of the invention is as follows: when a photoelectric sensor or a travel switch on the frame 1 detects that the tobacco leaf package 52 and the inner box 51 move right above the jacking frame, the conveying line stops; then the clamping plate driver 32 drives the two clamping plates 31 to clamp the inner box 51; then the jacking driver 42 drives the jacking frame upwards to jack the tobacco leaf bag 52 upwards, so that the tobacco leaf bag 52 jacks the bottom surface of the inverted inner box 51, and the structure of the inner box 51 is shown in fig. 5; the tobacco bale 52 can be exposed by continuously lifting for a certain distance, and the other five surfaces of the tobacco bale 52 can be checked by the worker. After the inspection is finished, the jacking frame descends, the two clamping plates 31 are loosened at the same time, the tobacco leaf bags 52 can be reloaded into the inner box 51, and finally the jacked bottom surface of the inner box 51 is sealed. The whole detection process is basically carried out automatically, time and labor are saved, the inner box 51 after the detection is finished can be sealed and reused, and the cost is saved.
