Background

The bubble film is a film-shaped object formed by generating orderly arranged bubbles between two layers of films and pressing the bubbles, and the film-shaped material is formed by extruding and melting low-density polyethylene resin by an extruder and then forming two layers of films in a die of the extruder to extrude the films; one layer of the diaphragm is formed into densely distributed small grooves by plastic suction on the vacuum forming roller, and is compounded with the other layer of the plane diaphragm into a whole, and after the diaphragm is separated from the vacuum forming roller, intensive small bubbles are formed, and the composite film is a bubble film.

The existing bubble film is only a plane bubble film, most users need to make the bubble film into bags for packaging, the adaptability of the existing bubble film is poor for some articles which are irregular in appearance and body type and are not fixed well, such as packaging of fruit commodities and coating which cannot be good, the efficiency of the overall arrangement of collective packaging and boxing is poor, consumable materials such as partition positioning need to be added, and the packaging cost is increased.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an orifice-disk type air bubble film.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the basic concept that the cavity disc type bubble film comprises an upper film and a lower film, wherein the upper film is composed of a film surface and a plurality of uniformly distributed cavities, each cavity of the upper film is internally provided with a convex cavity formed by being adsorbed by a mould, the lower film is provided with a lower film surface and a lower cavity which are in the same layout as the upper film, the convex cavities are not arranged on the lower film surface, the film surface between the upper film and the lower film is correspondingly pressed into a whole with the cavities, and air is sealed in the convex cavities to form bubbles because the film of the convex cavities is convex and is not pressed with the cavities of the lower film completely.

Furthermore, the convex cavity and the lower concave cavity are filled with air and uniformly distributed in each concave cavity, so that good buffering and coating effects are achieved.

After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.

The bubble film does not need to be specially made into a bag to package the product, so that the processing links are reduced;

when the container is packed and boxed collectively, because the cavities are restricted by the film surfaces, the products do not need to be separated by a clapboard, the consumption of the clapboard is reduced, and the boxing efficiency is improved;

the appropriately widened bubble film is used in the field of packaging of fruits and replaces some packaging materials which are difficult to recycle, such as pearl cotton net sleeve type packaging products.

An embodiment of the present invention of a disk-type bubble film will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in figures 1 to 12, the cavity plate type bubble film comprises an upper film 1 and a lower film 2, and is characterized in that the upper film 1 is composed of a film surface 101 and a plurality of uniformly distributed cavities 102, wherein each cavity 102 of the upper film 1 is provided with a convex cavity 103 formed by adsorption of a mold, the lower film 2 is provided with a lower film surface 201 and a lower cavity 202 which are in the same layout as the upper film 1, the convex cavities 103 are omitted unlike the upper film 1, the film surface 101, the lower film surface 201, the cavities 102 and the lower cavities 202 between the upper film 1 and the lower film 2 are correspondingly pressed into a whole, and air is sealed in the convex cavities 103 to form bubbles because the part of the film of the convex cavities 103 is convex and is not pressed with the lower cavities 202 of the lower film 2 completely.

As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the cavities 103 and 202 enclose air and are uniformly distributed in each cavity 103 and each cavity 202, so as to perform a good buffering and covering function.
