Background

With the rapid development of synthetic fiber industry, the production technology of colored acrylic fibers is continuously improved, and according to statistics, the colored acrylic fibers account for about 20% of the total production of the acrylic fibers in the world. The dyeing processing of polyacrylonitrile fiber is divided into the following methods: (1) stock solution coloring method: adding colored paste prepared from pigment into polyacrylonitrile polymer solution (spinning solution), and directly spinning by adopting the existing spinning process to produce colored fiber; (2) gel staining method: by the existing wet spinning technology, the acrylic fiber nascent fiber which is still in a gel state is quickly dyed by adopting a liquid cationic dye to produce colored fiber; (3) and (3) a tow dyeing method: and (4) dyeing the finished fiber or the tows (semi-finished products) in a dyeing machine while heating.

The dope dyeing method is suitable for spinning by wet method, dry method and melting method, and the colorant is added at the stage of spinning dope, so that the colorant and the polymer are uniformly blended in the spinning process, and the fiber is dyed uniformly. The key points of the production of dope dyed acrylic fiber are whether the pigment in the added colored paste is uniformly dispersed and ground, whether the dispersion system is suitable for an acrylic fiber spinning system, whether the colored paste is uniformly mixed with the spinning dope, and the like.

In order to solve the problems, patent CN 105463601A proposes that a coupling agent and an acrylic fiber spinning solution are adopted, a dispersing agent is matched, and a pigment is treated to prepare pigment color paste which can be used for producing dope-dyed acrylic fibers; however, the color paste prepared by the method is mainly suitable for a wet spinning process, the prepared stock solution has low spinning concentration of 2.0-8.0 percent, and the adopted solvent is NaSCN aqueous solution; in the preparation process of the dry spinning acrylic fiber, the spinning solvent is dimethylformamide, the preparation concentration is 28-32 percent, the solvent removal mode is high-temperature nitrogen removal, and the removal temperature reaches more than 200 ℃; when color paste prepared by the patent CN 105463601A is added into dry spinning stock solution, the problems of agglomeration, precipitation and the like are easy to occur; meanwhile, when the solvent is removed by high-temperature nitrogen, the decomposition problem of the organic pigment can occur, so that the fiber loses color.

Compared with wet acrylic fibers, the difference of the dry acrylic fibers in the spinning process is mainly that (1) the spinning concentration is higher and is 28-32 percent; (2) the solvent removal mode is high-temperature nitrogen removal, the removal temperature reaches more than 200 ℃, the two conditions limit the development of dry-process colored fibers, and the main difficulty is that the prepared fibers are not uniform in color because the spinning concentration is high and the spinning stock solution is viscous, so that the common color paste is easy to agglomerate after being added; meanwhile, most of the organic pigments are decomposed in the removal process because the solvent removal mode is high-temperature removal.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides a coloring paste suitable for dry acrylic fibers and application thereof. The preparation method is simple, the obtained color paste has better dispersibility and stability in the dry spinning stock solution, and the prepared acrylic fiber has stable color.

The coloring color paste suitable for dry acrylic fibers is prepared by the following method, and comprises the following steps:

(1) adding the first dispersing agent into water, stirring and dissolving, adding the pigment for pre-dispersion, then drying the pre-dispersed pigment, and stirring the pigment and the second dispersing agent after drying;

(2) adding the pigment treated in the step (1) into a solvent, stirring, adding polyacrylonitrile, heating and dissolving to obtain acrylic fiber spinning color paste;

(3) and carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the acrylic spinning color paste.

Wherein:

the pigment in the step (1) is an inorganic pigment, and the particle size of the pigment is less than or equal to 1 um; the inorganic pigment is one or more of carbon black, titanium dioxide, cadmium yellow, iron red, iron blue or ultramarine.

The first dispersing agent in the step (1) is polyvinylpyrrolidone, the weight average molecular weight is 10000, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone accounts for 2-15% by mass of the dry base of the pigment, preferably 5-10% by mass of the dry base of the pigment.

The dissolving temperature in the step (1) is 40-55 ℃, and the preferable temperature is 50 ℃.

The drying temperature in the step (1) is 90 ℃.

The second dispersing agent in the step (1) is polyethylene glycol, the molecular weight is 6000-8000, preferably 8000, and the mass percentage of the polyethylene glycol in the dry base of the pigment is 5-20%, preferably 8-15%.

When the pigment and the second dispersing agent are stirred in the step (1), firstly stirring at a low speed of 600r/min, and then stirring at a high speed of 1400r/min, wherein the stirring temperature is 80 ℃.

During the high-temperature high-speed stirring process, the polyethylene glycol is in a liquid state, and the pigment and the second dispersing agent are uniformly mixed.

The solvent in the step (2) is one of dimethylformamide or dimethylacetamide, and dimethylformamide is preferred.

The mass concentration of the acrylic fiber spinning color paste formed in the step (2) (mass percent of polyacrylonitrile in the solvent) is 2-12%.

The mass concentration of the pigment in the acrylic spinning color paste formed in the step (2) (the mass percentage of the dry base of the pigment in the solvent) is 5-15%, and the optimal mass concentration is 8-10%.

The content of the pigment is too high, when the content exceeds 20 wt%, the viscosity of the color paste is easily too high, the color paste is difficult to convey in a pipeline, and when the color paste is mixed with spinning stock solution, the color paste is easy to cause uneven mixing and bring bubbles, so that the spinning is difficult; when the same color is produced, the added color paste is excessive, and after being blended with the spinning solution, the components in the spinning solution are obviously changed, so that the production difficulty is easily caused; when the content of the pigment is too low, for example, less than 5% by weight, the production efficiency is deteriorated.

In the step (3), the ultrasonic frequency is 20000 Hz-40000 Hz, and the processing time is 15-30 min.

The particle size of the pigment after ultrasonic treatment in the step (3) is 0.2-0.5 um.

The ultrasonic treatment frequency is too low to ensure the treatment effect, and the problem of pigment crushing or dispersant peeling occurs when the treatment frequency is too high; therefore, the ultrasonic frequency is kept in a proper range.

The invention discloses application of coloring color paste suitable for dry acrylic fibers, which is characterized in that the prepared coloring color paste for the acrylic fibers is subjected to online blending with an acrylic fiber spinning stock solution in an online adding mode before spinning, the spinning concentration is 28-33%, and then the prepared coloring color paste for the acrylic fibers is subjected to spinning, washing, drafting, oiling, drying, curling and heat setting according to a conventional mode to obtain the stock solution coloring acrylic fibers.

As a preferred technical scheme, the coloring color paste suitable for dry acrylic fibers is prepared by the following method comprising the following steps of:

(1) firstly, putting the pigment into a grinding machine for grinding, wherein the particle size of the ground pigment is less than or equal to 1 um; adding the first dispersing agent into water, stirring and dissolving at a certain temperature, slowly adding the required amount of pigment after the first dispersing agent is completely dissolved, and fully pre-dispersing to fully wet the surface of the pigment; and then drying the wet pigment, adding the pigment and the second dispersing agent into a stirrer after drying, firstly stirring at a low speed to ensure that the pigment is uniformly dispersed, and stirring for a certain time, and then stirring at a high temperature and a high speed to ensure that the second dispersing agent can be uniformly loaded on the surface of the pigment.

(2) Gradually adding the treated pigment into the solvent, stirring the solution in the adding process, adding a certain amount of polyacrylonitrile after uniformly stirring, and heating to dissolve to form the acrylic spinning color paste with a certain concentration.

(3) And carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the formed acrylic spinning color paste to ensure that the pigment is uniformly dispersed in the color paste, and the particle size of the pigment is 0.2-0.5 um.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the coloring color paste suitable for dry acrylic fibers is prepared by adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, fully soaking pigment particles in a polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution, drying, forming a layer of protective film on the surface of the pigment by using the film-forming property of the pigment, adding polyethylene glycol into the pigment slurry, and ensuring that the formed dispersing agent and a complex coated with the pigment have stronger electrostatic repulsion force by using the repulsion with the polyvinylpyrrolidone, so that the pigment can maintain better dispersion stability in a system.

(2) When the coloring color paste suitable for dry acrylic fibers is mixed with slurry and passes through a spinneret plate, the combination between the pigment and a dispersing system of a common dispersing agent is damaged under the action of pressure, the dispersing agent can be gradually separated out in the subsequent spinning process, and polyvinylpyrrolidone has strong affinity and can prevent the dispersing agent from being separated out; meanwhile, in order to further ensure the dispersion uniformity and granularity of the pigment in the slurry, the invention adopts an ultrasonic treatment mode to further improve the dispersibility of the pigment through ultrasonic treatment.

(3) The coloring color paste suitable for dry acrylic fibers has better dispersibility and stability in a dry spinning solution, and the coloring color paste modified by dispersion is added into the spinning solution, so that stronger bonding force is generated between the pigment and the fibers in the produced colored fibers, and the produced colored fibers have higher wear resistance and color fastness to washing, stable color and luster and wider application field.

The present invention is further described below with reference to examples.

Example 1

(1) Firstly, putting a pigment into a grinder for grinding, wherein the particle size of the ground pigment is 0.5um, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone with the weight-average molecular weight of 10000 into water, wherein the addition amount is 2%, stirring and dissolving at 40 ℃, slowly adding the required amount of iron oxide red after complete dissolution, and fully pre-dispersing to fully wet the surface of the pigment; and then drying the wet pigment at 90 ℃, adding the pigment and polyethylene glycol with the molecular weight of 8000 and the concentration of 8% into a stirrer after drying, firstly stirring at low speed, the stirring speed is 600r/min, then stirring at high speed at the high speed of 1400r/min and the temperature of 80 ℃ so as to ensure that the polyethylene glycol can be uniformly loaded on the surface of the pigment.

(2) Gradually adding the treated pigment into dimethylformamide, stirring the solution in the adding process, uniformly stirring, adding a certain amount of polyacrylonitrile, heating to dissolve to form acrylic fiber spinning color paste with the concentration of 2%, wherein the mass concentration of the pigment is 5%.

(3) And (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the formed acrylic spinning color paste, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20000Hz, the treatment time is 30min, the pigment is ensured to be uniformly dispersed in the color paste, and the particle size of the pigment in the finally formed slurry is 0.2-0.5 um.

(1) Firstly, putting a pigment into a grinder for grinding, wherein the particle size of the ground pigment is 0.5um, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone with the weight-average molecular weight of 10000 into water, wherein the addition amount of the polyvinylpyrrolidone is 10 percent, stirring and dissolving the polyvinylpyrrolidone at 40 ℃, slowly adding the required amount of iron blue after the polyvinylpyrrolidone is completely dissolved, and fully pre-dispersing to fully wet the surface of the pigment; and then drying the wet pigment, adding the pigment and polyethylene glycol with the molecular weight of 8000 and the concentration of 15% into a stirrer after drying, firstly stirring at a low speed of 600r/min, then stirring at a high speed of 1400r/min and at a high temperature of 80 ℃ to ensure that the polyethylene glycol can be uniformly loaded on the surface of the pigment.

(2) Gradually adding the treated pigment into dimethylformamide, stirring the solution in the adding process, uniformly stirring, adding a certain amount of polyacrylonitrile, heating to dissolve to form acrylic fiber spinning color paste with the concentration of 10%, wherein the mass concentration of the pigment is 10%.

(3) And (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the formed acrylic spinning color paste, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 40000Hz, the treatment time is 15min, the pigment is ensured to be uniformly dispersed in the color paste, and the particle size of the pigment in the finally formed slurry is 0.2-0.5 um.

(2) Gradually adding the treated pigment into dimethylformamide, stirring the solution in the adding process, uniformly stirring, adding a certain amount of polyacrylonitrile, heating to dissolve to form acrylic fiber spinning color paste with the concentration of 5%, wherein the mass concentration of the pigment is 6%.

(2) Gradually adding the treated pigment into dimethylformamide, stirring the solution in the adding process, uniformly stirring, adding a certain amount of polyacrylonitrile, heating to dissolve to form acrylic fiber spinning color paste with the concentration of 9%, wherein the mass concentration of the pigment is 8%.

(2) Gradually adding the treated pigment into dimethylformamide, stirring the solution in the adding process, uniformly stirring, adding a certain amount of polyacrylonitrile, heating to dissolve to form acrylic fiber spinning color paste with the concentration of 8%, wherein the mass concentration of the pigment is 9%.

The prepared acrylic fiber pigment color paste is subjected to online blending with an acrylic fiber spinning stock solution in an online adding mode before spinning, the spinning concentration is 32%, and then spinning, washing, drafting, oiling, drying, curling and heat setting are carried out according to a conventional mode to obtain stock solution coloring acrylic fibers.

(1) Adding polyvinylpyrrolidone with weight-average molecular weight of 6000 into water, stirring at 45 deg.C to dissolve, slowly adding desired amount of iron yellow after completely dissolving, and fully pre-dispersing to obtain fully wetted pigment surface; and then drying the wet pigment, adding the pigment and polyethylene glycol with molecular weight of 2000 and concentration of 12% into a stirrer after drying, firstly stirring at low speed, stirring at the rotating speed of 600r/min, then stirring at high speed at the stirring speed of 1400r/min and the temperature of 80 ℃ so as to ensure that the polyethylene glycol can be uniformly loaded on the surface of the pigment.

(2) Gradually adding the treated pigment into dimethylformamide, stirring the solution in the adding process, uniformly stirring, adding a certain amount of polyacrylonitrile, heating to dissolve to form acrylic fiber spinning color paste with the concentration of 8%, wherein the mass concentration of the pigment is 9%.

(3) And (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the formed acrylic spinning color paste, wherein the treatment frequency is 20000Hz, the treatment time is 25min, the pigment is ensured to be uniformly dispersed in the color paste, and the particle size of the pigment in the finally formed slurry is 0.2-0.5 um.

The prepared acrylic fiber pigment color paste is subjected to online blending with an acrylic fiber spinning stock solution in an online adding mode before spinning, the spinning concentration is 32%, and then spinning, washing, drafting, oiling, drying, curling and heat setting are carried out according to a conventional mode to obtain stock solution coloring acrylic fibers.

The spinning performance of the different spinning pastes prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 was tested, the results are shown in Table 1, the performance of the color pastes prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 applied to acrylic fibers was tested for crockfastness and washing fastness, the results are shown in Table 2, Note: the detection method of the rubbing fastness and the washing fastness is GB/T3920-.
