The ventilating fan 7 of the air inlet 6 and the air outlet 15 is electrically connected with the storage battery 5 to start rotating, the ventilating fan 7 of the air inlet 6 sucks external air, oxygen is provided for burning of waste materials to promote burning of the waste materials, the temperature sensing block 14 fixedly connected with the right ends of the copper plate 12 and the zinc plate 13 is arranged in the shell 1 to be heated, and the temperature sensing block 14 fixedly connected with the left ends of the copper plate 12 and the zinc plate 13 is arranged at the outer side of the shell 1 and is low in temperature, so that thermoelectromotive force is generated between the copper plate 12 and the zinc plate 13, the copper plate 12 and the zinc plate 13 are electrically connected with an external motor of the ventilating fan 7, the larger the thermoelectromotive force is, namely, the higher the internal.

The external motor of the rotating wheel 10 is also electrically connected with the storage battery 5, the rotating wheel 10 rotates to drive the stirring rod 11 connected with the rotating wheel to rotate, the stirring rod 11 contacts with waste materials inside the shell 1 to stir the waste materials inside the shell 1, so that the waste materials can be fully combusted, and meanwhile, the ventilating fan 7 of the air outlet 15 sucks smoke generated by waste material combustion into the air outlet 15 to be connected with an external purification device, so that the harmful smoke is prevented from being directly discharged into the external air.
