The embedded refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein two V-shaped air guiding structures (34) are arranged in the condensation air duct (3); the V-shaped air guide structure (34) is a plate structure with a V-shaped cross section; two ends of the V-shaped air guide structure (34) are respectively fixed on the inner side surface of the back air outlet (32) and the inner side surface of the side wall air outlet (33); the opening of the V-shaped air guide structure (34) faces to the connecting position of a side plate of the back air outlet (32) and a side plate of the side wall air outlet (33); and sealing sponge strips (35) are arranged at the contact positions of the V-shaped air guide structure (34) and the upper end and the lower end of the condensation air duct (3).

5. The built-in refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer side plate of the side outlet (33) is a bent plate bent inward; the outer side plate is 15mm-30mm higher than one side surface of the condensation air duct (3).

6. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air inlet (31) is provided with a grid air guiding structure and a detachable dust filtering net (311).

The built-in refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the two side outlet vents (33) to the cross-sectional area of the back outlet vent (32) is 2: 1.5; the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the two side air outlets (33) and the back air outlet (32) is the same as the cross-sectional area of the air inlet.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of embedded refrigerators, and particularly relates to an embedded refrigerator.

Background

Generally, refrigerators are freely placed in free space in homes. In recent years, along with the progress of society, the living standard of people is improved, and the placement position and the placement mode of a refrigerator at home are more and more emphasized by common users; especially, the embedded refrigerator placing mode is more and more concerned. The embedded refrigerator is generally arranged in a groove space reserved in a household kitchen in advance, or is made into a cabinet integrated type with a household cabinet, so that the embedded refrigerator is attractive, elegant and high-grade.

For the embedded refrigerator, if the condensing heat exchange system is not properly processed, the refrigerator jumps during the operation process of the refrigerator due to poor heat dissipation in a cabinet space or a groove space reserved in a kitchen, so that the refrigerator cannot normally refrigerate. In order to solve the problem of trip caused by unsmooth heat dissipation of the refrigerator in the cabinet placing state, an external condensation module is generally arranged in a compressor bin, and the condensation heat exchange requirement is realized by a mode of perforating two side walls of the refrigerator and a compressor. The conventional refrigerator with the side walls and the external condenser at the back is arranged in the cabinet space of the refrigerator, and the problems of machine jumping and the like caused by unsmooth heat dissipation are solved, so that the refrigerator is not approved by families with the cabinet space. Based on the reasons, the refrigerator with the conventional side wall and the external condenser at the back, which can be normally used in the cabinet space, needs to be developed and researched, so that the refrigerator can be purchased and used by a user, the use is more reliable, and the embedded refrigerator can enter common families.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an embedded refrigerator, wherein a condensing device is arranged at the bottom of a refrigerator carrier, and a condensing air channel, a condensing fan and a condenser of the condensing device form a cold air channel, so that the refrigerator with a side wall and a back external condenser can also be used as the embedded refrigerator, and the problem of operation jump caused by unsmooth heat dissipation when the existing refrigerator with the side wall and the back external condenser is placed in a refrigerator cabinet space is solved.

the condensing fan is positioned in the condensing air duct and is close to the air inlet; the condenser is hung on the back of the refrigerator carrier or is arranged in the side wall of the refrigerator carrier;

the temperature sensing element comprises a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor; the first temperature sensor is arranged in a hinge cover at the top of the refrigerator; the second temperature sensor is arranged in a groove formed in the filter.

Preferably, the condensing fan is one of a cross flow fan, a centrifugal fan, or an axial flow fan.

Preferably, the second temperature sensor is sealed in the groove by an adhesive sponge.

Preferably, two V-shaped air guide structures are arranged in the condensation air duct; the V-shaped air guide structure is a plate structure with a V-shaped cross section; two ends of the V-shaped air guide structure are respectively fixed on the inner side surface of the back air outlet and the inner side surface of the side wall air outlet; the opening of the V-shaped air guide structure faces to the connecting part of the back air outlet side plate and the side wall air outlet side plate; and sealing sponge strips are arranged at the contact positions of the V-shaped air guide structure and the upper end and the lower end of the condensation air duct.

Preferably, the outer side plate of the air outlet of the side wall is a bent plate bent inwards; the outer side plate is 15mm-30mm higher than one side surface of the condensation air duct.

Preferably, the air inlet is provided with a grid air guide structure and a detachable dust filter screen.

Preferably, the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the air outlets of the two side walls to the cross-sectional area of the air outlet of the back is 2: 1.5; the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the air outlets of the two side walls and the air outlet of the back is the same as the cross-sectional area of the air inlet.

Preferably, the refrigerator carrier is spaced from the cabinet by a gap distance of 2mm to 15 mm.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention has the advantages that the condensation air duct is arranged at the bottom, the air is supplied from the air inlet of the condensation air duct, and the air is discharged from the air outlet of the cabinet at the top, the condensation air duct is respectively communicated with the side wall air duct and the back air duct, the structure is simple, and the higher operation reliability of the refrigerator with the condenser externally hung on the back of the refrigerator carrier or arranged in the side wall of the refrigerator carrier can be ensured.

2. The invention has simple condensing air duct module and low cost, and the whole refrigerator carrier has low cost, thereby ensuring that the refrigerator carrier has better market competitiveness.

3. According to the embedded refrigerator provided by the invention, the refrigerator carrier can be placed in a cabinet space or a conventional space, and is suitable for different placing occasions.

4. According to the invention, the on and off of the condensing fan are controlled according to different external factors such as environment temperature, arrangement mode and the like, so that the running power consumption of the condensing fan is reduced to the maximum extent, and the aim of further saving energy of the whole refrigerator is achieved.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

the condensing device comprises a condensing air duct 3, a condensing fan 4 and a condenser 5; the condensation air duct 3 is of a rectangular box structure and is positioned at the bottom of the refrigerator carrier 2; an air inlet 31 is formed in one end face of the condensation air duct 3; a back air outlet 32 and two side air outlets 33 are arranged on one side surface of the condensation air duct 3; the back air outlet 32 is communicated with the compressor bin; the compressor bin is communicated with a back air duct 22;

the condensing fan 4 is positioned in the condensing air duct 3 and close to the air inlet 31; the condenser 5 is externally hung on the back of the refrigerator carrier 2 or is arranged in the side wall of the refrigerator carrier 2;

the temperature sensing elements include a first temperature sensor 61 and a second temperature sensor 72; the first temperature sensor 61 is arranged in the hinge cover 6 at the top of the refrigerator; the second temperature sensor 72 is mounted in a recess 71 provided in the filter 7.

The air inlet 31 is provided with a grid air guide structure and a detachable dust filter screen 311, and the grid air guide structure is convenient for forming uniform air flow; the dust filter screen 311 is used for filtering dust and particulate matters in the air.

Wherein, the ratio of the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the air outlets 33 on the two side walls to the cross-sectional area of the back air outlet 32 is 2: 1.5; the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the air outlets 33 on the two side walls and the back air outlet 32 is the same as the cross-sectional area of the air inlet.

The refrigerator with the side walls or the external condenser at the back and the condensation air channel device at the bottom can be used as an embedded refrigerator in a cabinet or used in a conventional free space, and the condensation fan can be started or stopped or not operated according to the requirements of a refrigerator operation control program, so that the operation requirements of multiple placing modes of one refrigerator are met, and the market competitiveness can be greatly improved.
