The traditional Chinese medicine is a substance for preventing, treating and diagnosing diseases and having rehabilitation and health care effects under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, is mainly derived from natural medicines and processed products thereof, including botanical medicines, animal medicines, mineral medicines and partial chemical and biological products, and because the traditional Chinese medicine is mainly prepared from the botanical medicines, when the traditional Chinese medicine is preserved, the traditional Chinese medicine needs to be dried to remove water in the traditional Chinese medicine on the premise of ensuring the property of the traditional Chinese medicine in order to prevent the traditional Chinese medicine from going moldy and going bad.

At present when drying to traditional chinese medicine, the most way is on putting the board of placing of oven inside to the herb, then heats the medicinal material through heating fan with hot-blast row in the oven, but the medicinal material is in quiescent condition, piles up inside and with place the medicinal material of board contact difficult with hot-blast contact, can lead to the medicinal material to dry thoroughly.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new drying device for Chinese herbs to solve the above technical problems.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the mixing mechanism 6 includes a first motor 61, a rotating rod 62 and a stirring plate 62, the first motor 61 is fixedly installed on the top of the oven 1, the output end of the first motor 61 is fixedly installed with the rotating rod 61, and the wall of the rotating rod 61 is fixedly installed with the stirring plate 62.

The top of oven 1 is equipped with vent 801, and the air-out pipe 8 that is linked together with vent 801 is installed at the top of oven 1, and fixed the cup joint baffle 7 on the pole wall of bull stick 61, baffle 7 contacts with the interior roof of oven 1.

The outer part of the stirring plate 62 is sleeved with a sponge sleeve, and the stirring plate 62 and the sponge sleeve are provided with a plurality of groups of air pressing holes 9b which are distributed at equal intervals.

It should be noted that: the rotating rod 61 fixedly connected with the output end of the first motor 61 can be driven to rotate through the work of the first motor 61, the rotating rod 61 can drive a plurality of groups of stirring plates 62 to rotate to scatter the medicinal materials bounced by the elastic net 3 and stir the hot air in the oven 1, thereby improving the contact force between the hot air and the medicinal materials and further improving the drying speed of the medicinal materials, the air pressing holes 9b on the stirring plate 62 can ensure that the hot air continuously passes through the stirring plate 62, the flowing speed of the hot air can be further improved, and the sponge sleeve outside the stirring plate 62 can absorb the water of the medicinal materials when being in collision contact with the medicinal materials, further improves the dehydration efficiency of the medicinal materials, and the rotating rod 61 can drive the baffle 7 to rotate when rotating, so that the baffle 7 can continuously block and reopen the air outlet 801 of the air outlet pipe 8, and the hot air is discharged intermittently, thereby can improve the residence time of hot-blast in oven 1 inside and be convenient for the medicinal material by hot-blast drying more thoroughly.

The working principle of the traditional Chinese medicinal material drying device provided by the invention is as follows: the sealing door 101 is opened to place medicinal materials to be dried on the elastic net 3, then the sealing door 101 is closed, then the heating fan 9a1 works to discharge hot air into the oven 1 from the air inlet pipe 9a2, because the air inlet pipe 9a2 is of a snake-shaped structure, the hot air can be uniformly discharged into each corner of the oven 1, so that the hot air is contacted with the medicinal materials to dry and dehydrate the medicinal materials, at the moment, the second motor 91 is controlled to work to drive the cam 92 fixedly connected with the output end of the cam 92 to move, when the cam 92 rotates to a small end to be contacted with the ball 93, the push rod 5 is extruded to move upwards and the spring 94 is stressed and compressed, when the cam 92 rotates to bring the large end to be contacted with the ball 93, the spring 94 is stressed and contacted with the push rod 5 to drive the push rod 5 to move downwards and reset, so that the push rod 5 can continuously pull the elastic net 3 up and down through the elastic 501 rope, the elastic net, the medicine is prevented from being statically accumulated, the contact area between the medicine and hot air is increased, the medicine is dried more thoroughly, meanwhile, the rotating rod 61 fixedly connected with the output end of the rotating rod can be driven to rotate through the work of the first motor 61, the rotating rod 61 can drive a plurality of groups of stirring plates 62 to rotate to scatter the medicine bounced by the elastic net 3, and the hot air in the oven 1 can be stirred, so that the contact force between the hot air and the medicine can be increased, the drying speed of the medicine is further increased, the hot air can continuously pass through the stirring plates 62 through the air pressing holes 9b in the stirring plates 62, the flow speed of the hot air can be further increased, the moisture of the medicine can be absorbed when the sponge sleeves outside the stirring plates 62 are in collision contact with the medicine, the dehydration efficiency of the medicine is further increased, the baffle 7 can be driven to rotate when the rotating rod 61 rotates, the baffle 7 can continuously block and reopen the air outlet 801 of the air outlet pipe 8, make hot-blastly by intermittent type's discharge, thereby can improve hot-blastly be convenient for the medicinal material by hot-blast drying more thoroughly at oven 1 inside detention time, rotate fixing bolt 22 after the medicinal material is dried by the end, make fixing bolt 22 remove the bolt hole that breaks away from on the mounting bar 21 loosen mounting bar 21, reopen sealing door 101 and take off the fixed 301 of detaining under elastic rope 501 couple 502 follow elastic net 3, then can take out mounting bar 21 and elastic net 3 from oven 1's inside, be convenient for collect the medicinal material of drying, thereby can make the medicinal material be in the state that rolls always, and make hot-blastly by the even each position of arranging oven 1 inside, be convenient for hot-blastly more thoroughly to the medicinal material stoving.
