The working principle of the scheme is as follows: the image shooting module 22 is installed in the placing box 7, the zero device placed in the placing box 7 is shot to obtain a first image to be detected of the zero device, the image processing module 23 performs image graying processing and image filtering processing on the first image to be detected to obtain a second image to be detected, binarization processing is performed on the second image to be detected to obtain a single-pixel edge line of the second image to be detected, all the single-pixel edge lines in the second image to be detected are extracted to generate a single-pixel edge picture, and then the abrasion detection module 24 selects an intersection point of two adjacent single-pixel edge lines in the single-pixel edge picture as 1 angular point by adopting a self-adaptive threshold value selection method to obtain a plurality of angular points; and fitting the linear distance between every two angular points by using a least square method to obtain a fitting value, comparing the fitting value with a preset fitting value by using the first control module 26, and controlling the first alarm module 25 to alarm when the fitting value is determined to be greater than the preset fitting value.

The working principle of the scheme is as follows: the second control module is arranged in the placing box and is respectively connected with the second alarm module and the fan, the dust removing force of the fan when the placing box is subjected to dust removing treatment is calculated according to the second dust removing resistance and the dust removing resistance of the fan when the placing box is subjected to dust removing treatment, whether the dust removing force is smaller than a first preset dust removing force or not is judged, and the second alarm module is controlled to give an alarm prompt when the dust removing force is determined to be smaller than the first preset dust removing force. The second dust removing force is obtained according to the rated power of the fan; the first dust removal force is the dust removal force which influences the sudden change of the dust removal efficiency and is measured by a plurality of tests, namely when the actual dust removal force of the fan is smaller than the first dust removal force, the dust removal efficiency is suddenly reduced; the second dust removing force is greater than the first dust removing force.

The beneficial effect of above-mentioned scheme: in order to make the fan 19 have a better dust removing effect and keep the inside of the placing box 7 in a dry and sanitary environment for a long time, the dust removing force of the fan 19 during the dust removing treatment of the placing box 7 needs to be calculated, the dust removing resistance needs to be calculated first, when the dust removing resistance is calculated, the sectional area of the dust outlet arranged on one side wall of the placing box 7, the atmospheric pressure of the position where the placing box 7 is located, when the fan 19 performs the dust removing treatment, the air pressure of the air entering through the air inlet arranged on the other side wall of the placing box 7, the air pressure of the air passing through the dust outlet, the average temperature of the air passing through the placing box 7, the sectional area of the air inlet and other factors need to be considered, so that the dust removing resistance during the dust removing treatment of the placing box 7 by the fan 19 is more accurate, and then the dust removing resistance is reduced by the second preset dust removing force, obtain the fan 19 is right place the dust removal power when placing case 7 and removing dust and handle, second control module is confirming when dust removal power is less than first predetermined dust removal power, control second alarm module 27 sends the warning suggestion, reminds the staff in time to inspect, is convenient for guarantee the dust collection efficiency of fan makes place the inside of case 7 and be in dry sanitary environment for a long time, and spare part conservatism is more intact, increases user's experience effect.
