As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the rear side of the first frame 101 is provided with a connecting seat 101.5 and a top rod seat 101.4, the upper end of the left side of the first slot frame 124 and the connecting seat 101.5 form a revolute pair, the upper end of the right side of the first slot frame 124 is provided with a rectangular groove, the upper end of the rectangular groove is provided with two rectangular jacks, the lower end of the first slot frame 124 is internally provided with a hook cavity and a transverse button hole, the first hook 123 is installed in the hook cavity and can slide up and down in the hook cavity, the upper end of the first hook 123 is provided with an inclined plane structure, the middle position is provided with a rectangular opening, the lower side of the first button 122 is provided with an inclined plane, the first button 122 passes through the rectangular opening in the middle of the first hook 123 and is installed in the button hole of the first slot frame 124, the lower end of the first slot frame 124 is provided with two threaded holes communicated with the hook cavity, the two first fastening screws 129 are respectively installed in the two threaded holes, the two first hook springs, the left end of the first mandril 127 and the mandril base 101.4 form a rotation pair, and the thread structure at the right end, the two first wedge-shaped blocks 125 and the two first nuts 126 clamp the lower end of the first slot frame 124 together.

In an initial state, under the action of the elastic force of the first hook spring 128, the first hook 123 is positioned at the upper end of the hook cavity, the inclined plane structure at the upper end of the first hook 123 extends into the rectangular groove at the upper end of the right side of the first slot frame 124, the lower inclined plane of the first button 122 is pressed leftwards to push the first hook 123 to move downwards, and the inclined plane structure at the upper end of the first hook 123 retracts into the hook cavity; after releasing the pressing of the first button 122, the first hook 123 is restored to the original position by the elastic force of the first hook spring 128.

The first set screw 129 is in threaded pair connection with the first slot frame 124, and the compression amount of the first hook spring 128 can be changed by adjusting the position of the first set screw 129, so that the pressing and rebounding force of the first button 122 can be adjusted.

The adjustment of the pitch angle of the first seat 1.1 can be realized by adjusting the positions of the two first nuts 126 on the first top bar 127: the two first nuts 126 move leftwards on the first top bar 127, so that the front end of the first seat 1.1 inclines downwards, and the two first nuts 126 move rightwards on the first top bar 127, so that the front end of the first seat 1.1 inclines upwards.

As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the second seat 1.2 includes a second frame 1001, a backrest 1002, a flap 1003, a link plate 1004, a pressure spring screw 1005, a ball spring 1006, a ball spring 1007, a spring plate 1008, a hook 1009, a positioning frame 1010, a second slot frame 1011, a second button 1012, a second wedge 1013, a second nut 1014, a second ejector 1015, a second hook spring 1016, a second set screw 1017 and a second hook 1018, the second frame 1001 is a main body supporting structure of the second seat 1.2, the flap 1003 is rotatably connected with the second frame 1001 through the two link plates 1004, the backrest 1002 can slide up and down at the rear end of the second frame 1001, and the positioning mechanism formed by the pressure spring screw 1005, the ball spring 1006, the ball spring 1007, the spring 1008, the hook spring 1008 and the positioning frame 1010 realizes the position adjustment and the positioning of the backrest 1002, so that infants with different sizes and heights can be adjusted to a comfortable sitting posture, when the backrest 1002 is at the lowest end position, the turning plate 1003 is turned forwards to enable the bottom of the second seat 1.2 to form a flat plane for an infant to lie down and play, the turning plate 1003 is turned backwards to enable the second seat 1.2 to become a protective vehicle for the infant to learn to walk, the upper end of the second slot frame 1011 and the upper end of the rear side of the second frame 1001 form a revolute pair, the lower end of the second slot frame 1011 is adjusted to the pitching inclination angle of the second seat 1.2 through an adjusting mechanism formed by the second wedge-shaped block 1013, the second nut 1014 and the second ejector pin 1015, so that the second seat 1.2 can bring comfortable sitting experience for the infants with different preferences, and the modular quick-insertion structure formed by the second slot frame 1011, the second button 1012, the second hook spring 1016, the second set screw 1017 and the second hook 1018 can realize efficient and quick connection and separation of the second seat 1.2 and the frame mechanism 2.

The mesh enclosure with good ventilation effect is arranged on two sides of the second frame 1001, the front end of the second frame is provided with a transverse handrail and an upright baffle for protecting the safety of infants, the bottom side of the second frame 1001 is longitudinally provided with two rectangular square holes with round corners, two connecting plates 1004, a turning plate 1003 and the second frame 1001 form a revolute pair, so that the turning plate 1003 and the second frame 1001 form a rotary connection, two guide rods 1001.2 are arranged in the rear end of the second frame 1001, two guide holes formed in the rear side of the backrest 1002 are matched and installed with the two guide rods 1001.2, the backrest 1002 can slide up and down relative to the second frame 1001, and the shape and size of a seat plate 1002.1 arranged at the bottom end of the backrest 1002 are the same as those of the rectangular square holes in the rear end of the bottom side of the second frame 1001.

In the initial state, the flap 1003 is turned forward to cover the rectangular square hole at the front end of the second frame 1001, and the backrest 1002 is at the lowest position to make the seat plate 1002.1 cover the rectangular square hole at the rear end of the second frame 1001, so that the bottom of the second seat 1.2 forms a flat plane for the infant to lie down and play.

A top rod seat 1001.5 is arranged at the rear side of the second frame 1001, the upper end of the left side of a second slot frame 1011 forms a revolute pair with the upper end of the rear side of the second frame 1001, a rectangular groove is arranged at the upper end of the right side of the second slot frame 1011, two rectangular insertion holes are arranged at the upper end of the rectangular groove, a hook cavity and a transverse button hole are arranged inside the lower end of the second slot frame 1011, a second hook 1018 is arranged in the hook cavity and can slide up and down in the hook cavity, an inclined plane structure is arranged at the upper end of the second hook 1018, a rectangular opening is arranged at the middle position, an inclined plane is arranged at the lower side of a second button 1012, the second button 1012 passes through the rectangular opening in the middle of the second hook 1018 and is arranged in the button hole of the second slot frame 1011, two threaded holes communicated with the hook cavity are arranged at the lower end of the second slot frame 1011, two second set screws 1017 are respectively arranged in the two threaded holes, two, the left end of the second top rod 1015 and the top rod seat 1001.5 form a rotation pair, and the thread structure at the right end, the two second wedge blocks 1013 and the two second nuts 1014 clamp the lower end of the second slot frame 1011 together.

In an initial state, under the action of the elastic force of the second hook spring 1016, the second hook 1018 is positioned at the upper end of the hook cavity, the inclined plane structure at the upper end of the second hook 1018 extends into the rectangular groove at the upper end of the right side of the second slot bracket 1011, and the inclined plane structure at the lower side of the second button 1012 is pressed leftwards to push the second hook 1018 to move downwards, so that the inclined plane structure at the upper end of the second hook 1018 retracts into the hook cavity; after releasing the pressing of the second button 1012, the second hook 1018 is restored to the original position by the elastic force of the second hook spring 1016.

The second set screw 1017 and the second slot frame 1011 form a screw pair connection, and the compression amount of the second hook spring 1016 can be changed by adjusting the position of the second set screw 1017, so that the pressing and rebounding force of the second button 1012 can be adjusted.

Adjusting the position of the two second nuts 1014 on the second rod 1015 can realize the adjustment of the pitch angle of the second seat 1.2: two second nuts 1014 move to the left on the second top bar 1015 so that the front end of the second seat 1.2 is inclined downwards, and two second nuts 1014 move to the right on the second top bar 1015 so that the front end of the second seat 1.2 is inclined upwards.

As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, a cavity structure is disposed at the rear end of the second frame 1001, a rotatable lower stop wheel 1001.1 is disposed at the lower end of the front side of the cavity structure, a ratchet bar 1001.3 is longitudinally disposed at the rear side of the cavity structure, a rotatable upper stop wheel 1001.4 is disposed at the upper end of the ratchet bar 1001.3, the positioning frame 1010 is tightly connected to the backrest 1002 through screws, a front top surface 1009.1 is disposed at the front side of the top hook 1009, a rear top surface 1009.2 is disposed at the lower end of the rear side, the top hook 1009 is mounted inside the positioning frame 1010 and constitutes a rotation pair, two spring strips 1008 are mounted between the positioning frame 1010 and the top hook 1009, the top hook 1009 tends to rotate counterclockwise under the elastic force of the spring strips 1008, a threaded hole is disposed at the top end of the positioning frame 1010, a top bead 1007 is mounted at the lower end of the threaded hole and extends downward, a pressure spring screw 1005 is mounted at the upper, the compression amount of the top ball spring 1006 can be changed by adjusting the position of the pressure spring screw 1005 in the threaded hole, so that the resilience of the top ball 1007 is adjusted, and the lower end of the top hook 1009 can be meshed with the teeth of the ratchet rack 1001.3, thereby positioning the height position of the backrest 1002.

In an initial state, under the action of the elastic force of the spring piece 1008, the top end of the top hook 1009 is positioned on the left side of the top bead 1007; when the height of the seat plate 1002.1 needs to be adjusted, the backrest 1002 is pulled upwards, the lower end of the top hook 1009 can jump from bottom to top between the teeth of the ratchet bar 1001.3, the upper end of the top hook 1009 is always located in the left area of the top bead 1007 in the process, the backrest 1002 stops being pulled upwards after the seat plate 1002.1 moves to a proper height position, the lower end of the top hook 1009 can be clamped between the teeth of the corresponding ratchet bar 1001.3 and cannot move downwards, and therefore the height adjustment and the positioning of the seat plate 1002.1 are completed.

When the height of the seat plate 1002.1 needs to be lowered, the backrest 1002 is pulled upwards to the highest position, in the process, the front top surface 1009.1 of the top hook 1009 moves upwards and contacts the upper stop wheel 1001.4, under the pushing of the upper stop wheel 1001.4, the top hook 1009 rotates clockwise, so that the upper end of the top hook compresses and crosses the top bead 1007 and reaches the right section of the top bead 1007, under the blocking action of the top bead 1007, the upper end of the top hook 1009 cannot pass through the top bead 1007 to the left section spontaneously, at the moment, the lower end of the top hook 1009 is disengaged from the ratchet rack 1001.3, so that the seat plate 1002.1 can slide downwards smoothly, when the seat plate 1002.1 slides to the lowest position, the lower stop wheel 1001.1 abuts against the rear top surface 1009.2 of the top hook 1009, under the pushing action of the lower stop wheel 1001.1, the top hook rotates anticlockwise, the upper end of the top hook compresses and crosses the top bead 1007 to the left section, so that the initial state is recovered, and the seat plate 1002.1 can be adjusted to the proper height continuously.

As shown in fig. 11, the frame mechanism 2 includes a first swing link 201, a top cover 202, a first upright 203, a first sliding sleeve 204, a first spring 205, a second upright 206, a pneumatic rod switch 207, a lower connecting rod 208, an upper connecting rod 209, a pneumatic rod 210, a fixed upright 211, a second spring 212, a second sliding sleeve 213, a third upright 214, a locking wrench 215, a cradle inserting rod 216, an inserting rod spring 217, a top swing sleeve 218, a tail swing sleeve 219, a second swing link 220, and a cross connecting rod 221, the frame mechanism 2 can realize modular connection with the first seat 1.1 through the first swing link 201, realize modular connection with the second seat 1.2 through the second swing link 220, and realize a synchronous transverse cradle function based on a pendulum effect between the first seat 1.1 and the second seat 1.2 through the cross connecting rod 221, the first upright 203 is of a T-shaped structure, the locking device 215 located at the left side of the upper end of the first upright 203 can realize locking function of the cradle wrenches for the first seat 1.1.1 and the second seat 1.2 through the cradle inserting rod 216, the first upright 203 can rotate relative to the second upright 206 and is locked by the first sliding sleeve 204, the lower connecting rod 208 and the upper connecting rod 209 are arranged between the second upright 206 and the third upright 214 to form a parallelogram structure, the pneumatic rod 210 is arranged between the lower connecting rod 208 and the upper connecting rod 209 through the top swinging sleeve 218 and the tail swinging sleeve 219 and is used for adjusting the height of the second upright 206, the lower end of the fixed upright 211 is fixedly connected with the chassis mechanism 3, and the third upright 214 can rotate relative to the fixed upright 211 and is locked by the second sliding sleeve 213.

The first swing link 201 and the second swing link 220 have the same structure, the left end of the first swing link is of a rectangular plate structure, the upper end of the rectangular plate structure is provided with two insert plates 201.1, the right end of the first swing link 201 is of a round shaft structure, the upper side of the round shaft structure is vertically provided with a round hole, the round shaft structure and the upper side left end of the first upright 203 form a rotating pair through a bearing, the round shaft structure at the right end of the second swing link 220 and the upper side right end of the first upright 203 form a rotating pair through a bearing, the left end of the transverse connecting rod 221 and the first swing link 201 form a rotating pair, the right end and the second swing link 220 form a rotating pair, the first swing link 201, the second swing link 220, the first upright 203 and the transverse connecting rod 221 form a parallelogram structure, the upper side left end of the first upright 203 is vertically provided with a step round hole, the cradle insert rod 216 is coaxially arranged in the step round hole and forms a moving pair, the insert rod spring 217 is arranged between the, the top cover 202 is mounted to the upper left end of the first upright 203.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the rectangular plate structure at the left end of the first swing link 201 can be embedded into the rectangular groove of the first slot frame 124, the two insertion plates 201.1 at the upper end of the rectangular plate structure are inserted into the two rectangular insertion holes at the upper end of the rectangular groove of the first slot frame 124, and the first hook 123 can hook the lower edge of the rectangular plate structure, so as to realize the modular connection of the first seat 1.1 and the frame mechanism 2; the first hook 123 can be retracted by pressing the first button 112, so that the connection between the first seat 1.1 and the frame mechanism 2 can be released; the modular connection principle of the second seat 1.2 to the frame mechanism 2 via the second rocker 220 is the same as described above.

As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the initial state, the locking wrench 215 is in the vertical state, the cradle insert rod 216 is inserted downward into the circular hole on the upper side of the circular shaft structure at the right end of the first swing link 201 by the elastic force of the insert rod spring 217, so as to lock the cradle function of the first seat 1.1 and the second seat 1.2, and after the locking wrench 215 is pulled backward to the horizontal state, the cradle insert rod 216 moves upward and is separated from and held in the circular hole on the upper side of the circular shaft structure at the right end of the first swing link 201, so that the cradle function of the first seat 1.1 and the second seat 1.2 can be restored.

As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the lower end of the first upright 203 is provided with an external spline, the upper end of the second upright 206 forms a revolute pair with the lower end of the first upright 203 through two deep groove ball bearings and a thrust ball bearing, the position of the second upright 206 near the upper end is provided with an external spline, the upper end and the lower end inside the first sliding sleeve 204 are both provided with internal splines, the internal splines at the lower end of the first sliding sleeve cooperate with the external splines on the second upright 206 to form a sliding pair, so that the first sliding sleeve 204 can slide on the second upright 206 but cannot rotate, the internal splines at the upper end inside the first sliding sleeve 204 can cooperate with the external splines at the lower end of the first upright 203, and a first spring 205 is arranged between the lower end of the first sliding sleeve.

In the initial state, under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 205, the internal spline at the upper end of the first sliding sleeve 204 is always matched with the external spline at the lower end of the first upright column 203, so that the rotation of the first upright column 203 relative to the second upright column 206 is locked; when the first upright 203 needs to be rotated, the first sliding sleeve 204 can be pressed downwards, so that the inner spline at the upper end of the first sliding sleeve is separated from the matching with the outer spline at the lower end of the first upright 203, the first upright 203 can be rotated to a proper angle, then the pressing of the first sliding sleeve 204 is released, so that the inner spline at the upper end of the first sliding sleeve is matched with the outer spline at the lower end of the first upright 203, and the position of the first upright 203 is locked.

As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the lower end of the third upright 214 is provided with an external spline, the upper end of the fixed upright 211 forms a revolute pair with the lower end of the third upright 214 through two deep groove ball bearings and a thrust ball bearing, the position of the fixed upright 211 near the upper end is provided with an external spline, the upper end and the lower end inside the second sliding sleeve 213 are both provided with internal splines, the internal spline at the lower end of the second sliding sleeve 213 is matched with the external spline on the fixed upright 211 to form a sliding pair, so that the second sliding sleeve 213 can slide on the fixed upright 211 but cannot rotate, the internal spline at the upper end inside the second sliding sleeve 213 can be matched with the external spline at the lower end of the third upright 214, and a second spring 212 is arranged between.

In the initial state, the internal spline at the upper end of the second sliding sleeve 213 is always matched with the external spline at the lower end of the third upright post 214 under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 212, so that the rotation of the third upright post 214 relative to the fixed upright post 211 is locked; when the third upright 214 needs to be rotated, the second sliding sleeve 213 can be pressed downwards, so that the internal spline at the upper end of the second sliding sleeve is separated from the matching with the external spline at the lower end of the third upright 214, the third upright 214 can be rotated to a proper angle, then the pressing on the second sliding sleeve 213 is released, so that the internal spline at the upper end of the second sliding sleeve is matched with the external spline at the lower end of the third upright 214, and the position of the third upright 214 is locked.

After the second sliding sleeve 213 is pressed downwards and the third upright post 214 is rotated 180 degrees, the pressing of the second sliding sleeve 213 is released, so that the position of the third upright post 214 is locked, the first seat 1.1 and the second seat 1.2 can be changed from the front direction to the back direction, and the infant can be changed from the state of facing away from the parents to the state of facing the parents.

As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 11, the left ends of the upper link 209 and the lower link 208 and the third upright 214 form a rotation pair, the right ends of the upper link 209 and the second upright 206 form a rotation pair, the upper link 209 is installed on the upper side of the lower link 208, the upper link 209, the lower link 208, the second upright 206 and the third upright 214 form a parallelogram structure, the upper end of the pneumatic rod 210 and the upper link 209 form a rotation pair through the top pendulum sleeve 218, the lower end of the pneumatic rod 210 and the lower link 208 form a rotation pair through the tail pendulum sleeve 219, and the pneumatic rod switch 207 is installed at the top end of the pneumatic rod 210 and forms a rotation pair with the upper link 209.

When the first seat 1.1 and the second seat 1.2 are in an unloaded state, the air pressure bar switch 207 is turned downwards to extend the air pressure bar 210, so that the position of the second upright post 206 is raised, and the first seat 1.1 and the second seat 1.2 are raised; in the state of pulling the air pressure bar switch 207 downwards, the first upright column 203 is pressed downwards, the air pressure bar 210 can be contracted, so that the first seat 1.1 and the second seat 1.2 are lowered, the length of the air pressure bar 210 can be locked by releasing the air pressure bar switch 207, and the height positions of the first seat 1.1 and the second seat 1.2 can be locked.
