Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the outer side of the top end of the sliding groove 141 is transversely bolted with the water bar 19, the outer side of the water bar 19 is respectively bolted with the inner walls of the workbench 11 and the device housing 1, the height of the water bar 19 is at least 5cm, the water bar 19 is located right below the moving seat 144, the cutting fluid in the water storage tank 152 is prevented from entering the sliding groove 141, and then the sliding groove 141 can be subjected to blocking prevention treatment.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the leakage holes 153 are located at the top end of the communicating funnel pipe 154, the aperture of the leakage holes 153 is at least 3cm, the leakage holes 153 are distributed in an array structure around the air conditioner hanging member 12, the aperture of the leakage holes 153 is enlarged, the flow rate of the cutting fluid is increased, and the cutting fluid is prevented from being overflowed due to excessive aggregation in the water storage tank 152.

Referring to fig. 1, a liquid level meter 16 is vertically embedded in the center of the front surface of the liquid storage tank 3, and the display scales of the liquid level meter 16 are sequentially distributed in an increasing state from bottom to top, so that a user can observe the liquid level change of the cutting fluid in the liquid storage tank 3 from the outer side conveniently, and the user can fill the cutting fluid in the liquid storage tank 3 in time conveniently.

Referring to fig. 3, a heat dissipation window 17 is sequentially formed in the left side of the inner cavity of the device housing 1 from front to back, a flow guide plate is sequentially and integrally formed in the inner cavity of the heat dissipation window 17 from top to bottom, and the flow guide plate is of a louver structure, so that heat inside the device housing 1 can be dissipated, and damage to components due to high temperature gathering inside the device housing 1 is prevented.

Referring to fig. 3, heat dissipation holes 18 are sequentially formed in the bottom of the left side of the inner cavity of the bottom chassis 2 from front to back, and the heat dissipation holes 18 are arranged in an array structure to perform ventilation treatment on heat inside the bottom chassis 2.

The working principle is as follows: the user opens the double door 5 to place the air conditioner pendant 12 to be drilled at the center of the top of the workbench 11 in advance, then the user closes the double door 5 and presses the control button of the control panel 6, the control panel 6 synchronously controls the two push rod cylinders 143 to extend inwards, the push rod cylinders 143 drive the two moving rods 146 to move inwards through the moving seats 144, then the sliding blocks 145 are driven to slide in the sliding grooves 141, the sliding stability of the moving seats 144 is enhanced, then the two moving rods 146 synchronously drive the two clamping seats 147 to move towards the surface of the pendant air conditioner 12, the left side and the right side of the air conditioner pendant 12 to be drilled are in limiting and clamping fit through the two limiting seats 142, then the two clamping seats 147 clamp and fix the air conditioner pendant 12, then the shell 9 of the drilling machine synchronously drives the two drill bits 10 to drill holes at the drilling positions of the air conditioner pendant 12, and during the drilling process of the drill bits 10 on the air conditioner pendant 12, the control panel 6 controls the booster water pump 132 to be started, the booster water pump 132 supplies the cutting fluid in the liquid storage tank 3 into the three-way pipe 133 through the liquid outlet pipe 4, then the cutting fluid is divided into two paths by the three-way pipe 133 and enters the liquid outlet barrel 135 through the manifold 134, then the cutting fluid is accurately sprayed to the drilling positions of the drill bit 10 and the air conditioner pendant 12 through the high-pressure spray heads 136 inclined at 45 degrees, then the drilling positions of the drill bit 10 and the air conditioner pendant 12 can be cooled and lubricated, meanwhile, the liquid level sensor 131 senses the liquid level of the cutting fluid in the liquid storage tank 3 in real time, when the liquid level of the cutting fluid in the liquid storage tank 3 is too low, the control panel 6 controls the warning lamp 7 to be started to visually warn peripheral operators, then the operators fill the cutting fluid in the liquid storage tank 3 through the liquid feeding pipe in time, and simultaneously the cutting waste fluid flows into the water storage tank 152 from the surface of the workbench 11 through the plurality of water guide grooves 151, then the cutting waste liquid flows into the communicating funnel pipe 154 through the plurality of leakage holes 153, and finally the cutting waste liquid flows into the liquid storage box 155, and the filter screen is arranged in the cutting waste liquid, so that the chips and the waste liquid can be effectively separated, and a user can conveniently recycle and collect the cutting waste liquid for utilization.
