The underframe 1 is composed of a first supporting beam 101, a cross beam 102 and a second supporting beam 103, wherein the first supporting beam 101 and the second supporting beam 103 are respectively welded at two ends of the cross beam 102 and fixedly connected into an H-shaped or U-shaped structure.

Rollers 4 are respectively mounted below both ends of the first support beam 101 and the second support beam 103.

When the device is used as a jack, as shown in fig. 6, the upper part of the U-shaped frame 3 is raised and placed below the jacking point of the vehicle, and the vehicle can be lifted by rotating the screw rod.
