Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft maintenance, in particular to a method for disassembling and assembling an aircraft engine.

Background

When the airplane is overhauled, airplane maintenance personnel need to detach the engine for deep maintenance, and then install the engine back after the maintenance work is completed. In the process of assembling and disassembling the engine, the operations of aligning, transferring, lifting, posture adjusting and the like of the engine need to be finished.

Referring to fig. 1, the conventional engine disassembly steps are as follows:

1. opening the engine jacket 1, and installing a lifting appliance 4 on each of front and rear lifting points on the engine hanger 3;

2. manually pushing the brackets 5a and 5b to the lower part of the engine 2, and carrying out primary alignment on the brackets 5a and 5b and the engine 2 by a visual inspection method;

3. the sling chain/rope 4b of the sling 4 is connected with the lifting part 5a of the bracket;

4. controlling a hand hoist 4a of the lifting appliance 4 to lift the lifting part 5a of the bracket to the height of the engine 2;

5. the lifting part 5a of the bracket is connected with the engine 2;

6. the engine 2 is detached from the engine hanger 3;

7. controlling a hand hoist 4a of the lifting appliance 4 to move a lifting part 5a of the bracket down to a fixed part 5b of the bracket;

8. the brackets 5a, 5b and the engine 2 thereon are manually pushed away.

The front and back positions of the engine hanger 3 are generally four hanging points, because the posture of the engine 2 needs to be kept in the dismounting process, the tension of each hanging point needs to be strictly controlled, the conventional dismounting method is to adjust the tension of each hanging point through a hand-operated hoist, and meanwhile, the tension meter display result on each hanger is observed manually to confirm whether the tension of each hanging point meets the requirement. In the process that the engine suspends in midair, take place to rock easily, it is big to appear that the risk that the engine was scraped and is bumped, in addition, the hoist of pre-installation on the engine gallows is about several hundred jin of weights, and the installation is wasted time and energy, and whole dismouting process operating personnel's intensity of labour is big, and work efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the method for disassembling and assembling the aircraft engine is provided, and the operations of aligning, transferring, lifting, posture adjusting and maintaining and the like of the engine are finished through a reasonable process flow and matched disassembling and assembling equipment, so that the labor intensity of personnel is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

the bracket with the engine or empty can realize the movement in different directions such as turning, advancing, retreating and the like under the leading of the tractor, so that the heavy equipment can freely walk to approach to a preset position in a narrow space, the laser positioner upwards projects light which is always vertical, the bracket can be helped to accurately stop at the position where the engine is ready to be installed,

s2: the carrier is disengaged from the retractor and,

s3: each adapter is fixedly mounted on the bracket,

s4: each adapter is connected with a sling chain on the corresponding lifting mechanism,

s5: the bracket is lifted to a height position for detaching or installing the engine by the lifting mechanism, which is realized by the lifting movement of the lifting column,

s6: the tension controller loads the tension required by each hanging chain, the posture of the engine is adjusted or kept, the specific tension value required by each hanging point of the engine can be obtained by a corresponding aircraft maintenance technical manual, and the tension value on each hanging chain can be intelligently controlled through programs such as the tension controller in the prior art.

By adopting the method for dismounting the aircraft engine, the engine weight originally borne by the aircraft is changed to be borne by an external lifting mechanism in the dismounting process, before the engine is dismounted, a heavy lifting appliance does not need to be arranged on an engine lifting frame, the tension of each lifting point of the engine can be accurately controlled through a tension controller on the lifting mechanism, and the attitude of the engine can be adjusted or kept.

In the process of transferring the weight of the engine from the airplane to the bracket when the engine is detached in the step S6, the airplane may ascend due to the weight of the engine being removed, and in this process, the lifting column of the lifting mechanism ascends synchronously relative to the airplane body to keep lifting the bracket and the engine.

According to the dismounting device, two groups of lifting mechanisms are integrated into a whole to form a lifting device, an X-direction sliding groove is formed in a base of the lifting device, two lifting columns are vertically arranged in the X-direction sliding groove, the base of the lifting device is installed on a Y-direction guide rail, the two lifting columns can be adjusted in position along the X-direction sliding groove, the whole lifting device can be adjusted in position along the Y-direction guide rail, and translation and horizontal rotation of an engine on a bracket can be achieved through horizontal movement of the lifting columns, so that the posture of the engine can be adjusted.

The dismounting device comprises two lifting devices, and the two lifting devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the engine.

And a tension sensor is connected to a lifting chain of the lifting mechanism. Can cooperate the tension controller to set for the load restriction and avoid the pulling force value to overload, guarantee dismouting in-process security.

The bracket of the present invention is provided with a slot for connecting the adapter.

The adapter is provided with a connecting end for connecting the sling chain and an inserting end for connecting the bracket.

The specific shape and structure of the adapter are selected according to the engine to be disassembled and assembled, so that the adapter is fixedly connected with the bracket, and the adapter is connected with a hanging chain of the lifting mechanism.

The bottom of the bracket is provided with a roller capable of being locked, so that the bracket is convenient to move.

The invention has the following advantages:

When the engine in the step S6 is detached, the engine 2 is connected to the bracket 5, and the weight of the engine is transferred from the airplane to the bracket 5, and the airplane may ascend due to the weight of the engine being removed, and during this process, the lifting columns of the lifting mechanism are lifted synchronously relative to the airplane body to hold the lifting bracket and the engine. Then the engine 2 is detached from the engine hanger 3, the lifting mechanism is controlled to enable the engine 2 to stably descend to the ground along with the bracket 5, after the engine 2 is separated from the airplane, the adapter 9 is taken down to enable the bracket 5 to be separated from the lifting mechanism, and the tractor 6 is connected with the bracket 5 to transfer away the engine 2.

During the engine installation, translation, the horizontal rotation of engine 2 on bracket 5 can be realized to two hoisting device 8 mutually supporting, and the roll that combines the lift of lift post can realize engine 2 accurately adjusts and keeps the gesture of engine 2, conveniently installs engine 2 on engine gallows 3, and the back of finishing the installation, engine 2 and bracket 5 separation, then bracket 5 descends.
