As shown in fig. 2-4, the fine adjustment mechanism of this embodiment has a specific structure that the fine adjustment mechanism includes four fixing bases 6, the fixing bases 6 are fixedly connected to the base 4, every two fixing bases 6 are disposed on the same side and disposed at two ends of the second tensioning roller 3, the upper ends of the fixing bases 6 on the same side are rotatably connected to the rotating rods 7 respectively, a moving plate 8 is disposed between the two rotating rods 7 on the same side, two ends of the moving plate 8 are rotatably connected to one ends of the two rotating rods 7 away from the fixing bases 6 respectively, a driving rod 9 is disposed in the two fixing bases 6 on one of the two sides, one end of the driving rod 9 is connected to a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is electrically connected to the numerical control unit, a fixing block 10 is coaxially disposed on the driving rod 9, a connecting rod 11 is rotatably connected to one side of the fixing block 10, and the other end of the connecting rod 11 is rotatably connected to one end of the moving plate 8, the middle positions of the two movable plates 8 are rotatably connected with a second tensioning roller 3, a pressure sensor 12 is arranged between the second tensioning roller 3 and the movable plates 8, the pressure sensor 12 is electrically connected with a numerical control unit, in the process of tensioning the plastic film 5, if the plastic film 5 is excessively tensioned or loosened, a pressure signal is transmitted to the numerical control unit by the pressure sensor 12, the numerical control unit controls a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism drives a driving rod 9, the driving rod 9 drives a fixed block 10 to move along the axial direction of the driving rod 9, the fixed block 10 drives a connecting rod 11 and the movable plates 8 to move, the movable plates 8 drive the second tensioning roller 3 to perform small-amplitude pressure tensioning on the plastic film 5, by the arrangement of the structure, the second tensioning roller 3 can be controlled to automatically adjust the tensioning degree of the plastic film 5 in the process of conveying the plastic film 5, if the excessive tensioning or loosening occurs, the stability of plastic film 5 transportation in-process has been guaranteed, and tension adjustment is effectual, can tension plastic film 5 automatically, has improved conveying efficiency, does not influence the transport and the rolling and the quality of plastic film 5.

As shown in fig. 2, the actuating mechanism in this embodiment includes driving actuating cylinder 13, it connects on base 4 to drive actuating cylinder 13 to dismantle, specifically be through the bolt fastening, drive actuating cylinder 13 and actuating lever 9 fixed connection, actuating lever 9 wears through two fixing bases 6 with one side, and can slide along the axis direction of actuating lever 9, fixedly connected with fixed block 10 on the actuating lever 9, it removes along the axis direction of actuating lever 9 to drive actuating cylinder 13 drive actuating lever 9, thereby can drive the removal of fixed block 10, fixed block 10 drives connecting rod 11 and movable plate 8 and removes, movable plate 8 drives second tensioning roller 3 and carries out the pressure tensioning of small-amplitude to plastic film 5.

and S4, finally, the movable plate 27 is placed at a position parallel to the horizontal plane by holding the handle 32 with hands, the limit plate 31 limits the downward movement of the movable plate 27 and keeps the movable plate parallel to the horizontal plane, the infrared sensor 28 is arranged above the plastic film 5 to monitor the conditions of breakage, tearing and the like of the plastic film 5, when an abnormality is found, the infrared sensor 28 transmits a signal to the numerical control unit, and the numerical control unit controls the alarm 30 to give an alarm.
