preferably, the contact part is in sealing contact with the side wall of the annular support rib during drying, and a certain gap is formed between the contact part and the side wall of the annular support rib during dehydration.

Background

In order to facilitate the user to dry the clothes as soon as possible, the existing washing machine is added with a drying function. The drying device for realizing the drying function can adopt a heating mode of heating air by a heater or adopt a heat pump system to enhance the cyclic utilization of heat. Whether the clothes are dried by heating through a heater or by a heat pump system, hot air is generally fed from the front part of an outer cylinder of a washing machine or a window pad of the outer cylinder, the hot air is fed into the inner cylinder to exchange heat with damp clothes, the damp and cooled air is led out from an air outlet at the rear part of the outer cylinder or is condensed to remove humidity and then is heated to continuously dry the clothes.

For the inner and outer drum structure of the existing drum washing machine, a gap is formed between the inner drum and the outer drum in the radial direction, and a gap is also formed between the inner drum and the outer drum in the axial direction. When the washing of the washing machine is finished, the drying device starts to operate, the drying device generates hot air, the hot air enters the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder from the front part of the outer cylinder, however, because a large gap exists between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, and clothes only exist in the inner cylinder and do not exist between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the hot air can also flow between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. The hot air passing through the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder can cause resource waste, thereby not only greatly reducing the drying efficiency, but also increasing the power consumption cost.

The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a washing machine with a drying function, wherein a sealing structure arranged between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder of the washing machine can prevent drying air in a gap from being directly discharged from an air outlet and ensure normal water discharge, so that hot air can be maximally applied to clothes after washing, the drying air is saved, the energy loss is reduced, the drying efficiency of the washing machine can be improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and resources are saved.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

The invention realizes the sealing function through the annular sealing ring fixed on the edge of the rear part of the inner cylinder and the annular supporting rib fixed on the rear part of the outer cylinder, when the washing machine dehydrates, the annular sealing ring is separated from/opened from the annular supporting rib of the outer cylinder under the action of the rotation of the motor and the centrifugal force, the water flow to the lower water outlet of the outer cylinder is not influenced, when the drying speed is low, the annular sealing ring is in sealing contact with the annular supporting rib on the inner side of the rear part of the outer cylinder, the hot air is prevented from flowing from the gap between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the efficiency of the drying machine can be improved.

The sealing structure can be arranged at various positions, can be arranged at the rear parts of the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 2, or can be arranged at the middle parts of the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 2, and can realize the effect of blocking the flow of drying air and the effect of draining water between the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 2 without being influenced.
