1. A construction method of an underground structure side wall is characterized by comprising the following steps:

pouring a bottom plate at the bottom of the underground structure, wherein the position, close to the enclosure structure, of the bottom plate is sunken downwards to form a groove;

providing a prefabricated wallboard, and attaching the prefabricated wallboard to a corresponding enclosure structure and placing the prefabricated wallboard on the bottom surface of the groove;

and pouring concrete into the groove to form a post-pouring structure with the top surface flush with the top surface of the bottom plate, so that the prefabricated wall plate and the bottom plate are fixedly connected.

2. The method of constructing a sidewall of an underground structure of claim 1, further comprising:

and providing a diagonal brace, obliquely connecting the diagonal brace between the prefabricated wall panel and the bottom plate so as to support and fix the prefabricated wall panel, and removing the diagonal brace after the post-pouring structure is formed by pouring.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a construction method of a side wall of an underground structure, a groove which is sunken downwards is formed at a position close to an enclosure structure when a bottom plate is poured, a prefabricated wall plate is arranged at the bottom surface of the groove and is attached to the corresponding enclosure structure, concrete is poured in the groove to form a post-pouring structure, so that the prefabricated wall plate and the bottom plate are fixedly connected, the installation of the prefabricated wall plate is completed, the problem that the cast-in-place side wall is time-consuming and labor-consuming is solved, the prefabricated wall body is directly installed on a basement bottom plate, the in-situ pouring is not needed, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the construction time is shortened, manpower and material resources are saved, and the construction quality can be ensured. The construction method of the sidewall of the underground structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a post-cast structure formed without casting in the construction method of the side wall of the underground structure according to the present invention. The method for constructing the sidewall of the underground structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the method for constructing the side wall of the underground structure of the present invention includes the following steps:

pouring the bottom plate 12 at the bottom of the underground structure, and sinking the bottom plate 12 close to the building envelope 15 downwards to form a groove 121;

providing a prefabricated wall plate 11, attaching the prefabricated wall plate 11 to the corresponding enclosure structure 15 and placing the prefabricated wall plate 11 on the bottom surface of the groove 121;

concrete is poured into the groove 121 to form the post-cast structure 13 with the top surface flush with the top surface of the bottom plate 12, so that the prefabricated wall panel 11 and the bottom plate 12 are fixedly connected.

Specifically, an axillary angle is formed between the post-cast structure 13 and the prefabricated wall panel 11 in a pouring mode, so that the connection strength between the post-cast structure 13 and the prefabricated wall panel 11 is enhanced.

Preferably, the bottom plate 12 is chamfered near the groove 121 to enhance the connection strength between the post-cast structure 13 and the bottom plate 12.

the exposed part of the bottom plate reinforcing steel bar on the upper layer penetrates through the supporting foot 112, the exposed part of the bottom plate reinforcing steel bar on the lower layer is bent upwards and fixedly connected with the fixing bar, concrete is poured in the groove 121 to form a post-pouring structure 13, and the corresponding bottom plate reinforcing steel bar and the fixing bar are buried in the post-pouring structure 13 to enhance the connection strength of the bottom plate 12 and the prefabricated wall plate 11.

Further, the bottom surface of the groove 121 is inclined in the extending direction of the prefabricated wall panel 11;

a steel plate is filled between the brace 112 and the bottom surface of the groove 121 to fill the gap between the brace 112 and the bottom surface of the groove 121, so that the prefabricated wall panel 11 is vertical, and if the bottom plate of the foundation pit is horizontal, the bottom surface of the groove 121 may not be inclined.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, an arc-shaped groove 111 is formed in the side portion of the prefabricated wall panel 11 along the height direction, and the arc-shaped grooves 111 of two adjacent prefabricated wall panels 11 enclose to form a communication space;

after the post-cast structure 13 is formed by pouring, reinforcing steel bars are placed in the communicated space, concrete is poured, and the two adjacent prefabricated wallboards 11 are fixedly connected, so that the two adjacent prefabricated wallboards 11 are firmly connected.

The specific embodiment of the invention is as follows:

pouring a bottom plate 12 at the bottom of the underground structure, and sinking the bottom plate 12 close to the building envelope 15 downwards to form an L-shaped groove 121;

placing the prefabricated wall panel 11 attached to the enclosure structure 15, placing the supporting feet 112 of the prefabricated wall panel 11 on the bottom surface of the groove 121, wherein gaps are formed between some supporting feet 112 and the bottom surface of the groove 121 due to the fact that the bottom surface of the groove 121 has a certain gradient, and filling steel plates in the gaps;

the bottom plate reinforcing steel bars on the upper layer penetrate through the supporting feet 112, the bottom plate reinforcing steel bars on the lower layer are bent upwards and fixedly connected with the fixing ribs at the bottom of the prefabricated wall plate 11, concrete is poured into the grooves 121 to form a post-pouring structure 13, the top surface of the post-pouring structure 13 is flush with the top surface of the bottom plate 12, and the prefabricated wall plate 11 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 12;

and placing reinforcing steel bars into a communication space formed by enclosing the arc-shaped grooves 111 of the two adjacent prefabricated wall boards 11, and pouring concrete so as to fixedly connect the two adjacent prefabricated wall boards 11 and form a side wall of an underground structure.
