a controller (1);

Background

Dew point, also known as dew point temperature, is the temperature to which, in meteorology, gaseous water contained in air is saturated and condensed into liquid water at a fixed pressure. At this temperature, the condensed water floats in the air and is called mist, and when it sticks to a solid surface, it is called dew point.

As a clean energy source, a fuel cell has been paid more and more attention in recent years, and particularly with the industrialization and mass production of fuel cells or systems, the accuracy and controllability of the operating conditions of a fuel cell stack or a system have been paid more and more attention, and particularly, the testing of the dew point temperature of a humidified reaction gas has been a great problem, and a currently commonly used device for determining the dew point of a humidified gas is a dew point meter.

However, the dew point of the gas is tested by using a dew point meter, and one problem is that the dew point meter is generally expensive and the test and use cost is high; the second problem is that when the conventional dew point meter is used for continuously testing high-humidity gas, the dew point meter is prone to generate sudden change of humidity due to the fact that water drops are easily condensed on a dew point meter testing wafer, and the test result is deviated, so that the test is often distorted.

Therefore, a new dew point testing device is needed to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a dew point testing device which can reduce testing cost, improve testing precision and avoid deviation of a testing result.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a controller;

the collector is arranged at the outlet side of the cooling mechanism and is used for collecting condensed liquid water after the humidifying gas is treated and detecting the quality of the liquid water;

the timer is used for recording the time of condensing liquid water after the humidifying gas is treated;

the flow rate detector, the humidifier, the first pressure detector, the first temperature detector, the cooling mechanism, the second pressure detector, and the second temperature detector are all electrically connected to the controller.
