step four: when the first motor 10 is started, the first motor 10 rotates forwards, the lifting box 18 ascends, when the upper surface of the letter receiving plate 13 is level with the lower surface of the second letter outlet 20, the first motor 10 is stopped, the second motor 12 is started, the second motor 12 drives one end of the letter receiving plate 13 to jack up, then the second motor 12 rotates backwards, the letter receiving plate 13 resets, when one end of the second letter receiving plate 13 jacks up, the small envelope does not retract on the letter receiving plate 13 any more, the large envelope slides to the second letter outlet 20, the length of the second letter outlet 20 is larger than that of the first letter outlet 19, and therefore the large envelope enters the second letter storage bag 5 from the second letter outlet 20;

step five: the first motor 10 rotates reversely, the lifting box 18 descends until reset, one time of work is completed, then a postman can put the next envelope into the letter receiving opening 3, the steps are repeated until all letters are dispatched, and the steps are simply programmed and controlled by the PLC 11;

step six: when the person returns, the first letter storage bag 4 and the second letter storage bag 5 are taken down, the small envelope is taken out of the first letter storage bag 4, the large envelope is taken out of the second letter storage bag 5, and letter collection is completed.
