Technical Field

The disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicle manufacturing, in particular to a vehicle door reinforcing structure, a vehicle door assembly and a vehicle.

Background

The vehicle door is an important component of the vehicle, and not only can isolate the external interference of the vehicle, but also has the functions of reducing side impact and protecting passengers. Door assemblies typically include a door inner panel and a door outer panel with a reinforcement structure disposed between the door inner panel and the door outer panel to improve the strength of the door assembly. For example, in a truck-type door, the outer panel is generally flat and has few characteristic lines, which generally causes a problem in the strength of the outer panel. At present, in the related art, various reinforcing structures exist, but the number of parts of the existing reinforcing structure is large, a plurality of sets of dies need to be developed, the welding process is complex, the part cost and the manufacturing cost are high, and the reinforcing structure with the small number of parts cannot meet the strength requirement of the vehicle door.

Disclosure of Invention

A first object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle door reinforcing structure that is compact in parts and high in strength.

It is a second object of the present disclosure to provide a door assembly that uses the door reinforcement structure provided by the present disclosure.

It is a third object of the present disclosure to provide a vehicle that uses the door assembly provided by the present disclosure.

In order to achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides a vehicle door reinforcing structure installed on a vehicle door inner panel, the vehicle door reinforcing structure including a first reinforcement, a second reinforcement and a third reinforcement which are disposed from top to bottom on a surface of the vehicle door inner panel and are connected in sequence, both ends of the first reinforcement are connected to both sides of the vehicle door inner panel, the second reinforcement is arranged to configure a first V-shaped structure having an opening facing one side of the vehicle door inner panel together with the first reinforcement, and the third reinforcement is arranged to configure a second V-shaped structure having an opening facing opposite to the opening facing of the first V-shaped structure together with the second reinforcement.

Optionally, a fourth stiffener connected between the first stiffener and the second stiffener and/or a fifth stiffener connected between the second stiffener and the third stiffener are also included.

Optionally, a cross section of a junction of the reinforcement structure and the door inner panel is configured to be V-shaped.

Optionally, the first reinforcement extends along the door sill.

Optionally, one end of the second reinforcement is connected to the first reinforcement, and the other end extends to one side of the door inner panel, and one end of the third reinforcement is connected to the second reinforcement, and the other end extends to the other side of the door inner panel.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present disclosure, the terms of orientation such as "upper and lower" are used without being contrary to the description, and are defined according to the usage convention, and particularly, referring to the drawing direction of fig. 1, "inner and outer" are with respect to the self-outline of the corresponding component, and furthermore, the terms "first, second, and the like used in the embodiments of the present disclosure are for distinguishing one element from another element, and have no order or importance. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated.

The present disclosure provides a door reinforcing structure, which can be installed on a door inner panel 100 by welding or the like, and the door inner panel 100 on which the reinforcing structure is installed is connected with a door outer panel 200, so that the door reinforcing structure is disposed between the door inner panel 100 and the door outer panel 200, thereby improving the strength of the door outer panel 200. As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the door reinforcement structure in the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first reinforcement 1, a second reinforcement 2, and a third reinforcement 3, which are disposed from top to bottom on the surface of the door inner panel 100 and connected in this order, that is, the second reinforcement 2 is located below the first reinforcement 1 and connected to the first reinforcement 1, and the third reinforcement 3 is located below the second reinforcement 2 and connected to the second reinforcement 2, where the first reinforcement 1, the second reinforcement 2, and the third reinforcement 3 are each configured as a structure extending substantially on the surface of the door inner panel 100, and the reinforcements may be connected by spot welding. Here, both ends of the first reinforcement 1 are respectively connected to both sides of the door inner panel 100, where both sides refer to the front and rear sides of the vehicle door behind the vehicle, i.e., the left and right sides in the drawing of fig. 1. The second reinforcement 2 is arranged to configure a first V-shaped structure 51 with an opening facing one side of the door inner panel 100 in common with the first reinforcement 1, and the third reinforcement 3 is arranged to configure a second V-shaped structure 52 with an opening facing the opposite side of the first V-shaped structure 51 in common with the second reinforcement 2, specifically, the second reinforcement 2 is disposed obliquely to the first reinforcement 1 below the first reinforcement 1 to form the first V-shaped structure 51, and similarly, the third reinforcement 3 is disposed obliquely to the second reinforcement 2 below the second reinforcement 2 to form the second V-shaped structure 52.

Through the technical scheme, three reinforcements connected in sequence are arranged on the vehicle door inner plate 100, and three reinforcements of two V-shaped structures sequentially extend obliquely downwards, so that high-strength support is provided in the vertical direction of the vehicle door inner plate 100, two ends of the first reinforcement 1 extend to two sides of the vehicle door inner plate 100, the orientations of the two V-shaped structures are opposite, high-strength support is provided in the left and right directions of the vehicle door inner plate 100, and the strength support of the vehicle door by the reinforcement structures is ensured to be more comprehensive in this way. And the two V-shaped structures are more stable in structure, so that the strength of the reinforcing structure is higher. Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the reinforcing structure provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a fourth reinforcing member 4 connected between the first reinforcing member 1 and the second reinforcing member 2, and the integrity of the first reinforcing member 1 and the second reinforcing member 2 may be better through the fourth reinforcing member 4, which effectively improves the strength of the entire reinforcing structure. Similarly, the door reinforcing structure may further include a fifth reinforcement (not shown) connected between the second reinforcement 2 and the third reinforcement 3 to improve strength. In the drawings of the disclosed embodiment, since the corresponding features at the door inner panel 100 or the door outer panel 200 between the second reinforcement 2 and the third reinforcement 3 can be used for improving the strength, the fifth reinforcement is not designed, and in other embodiments, the fourth reinforcement 4 can be omitted according to the specific configuration of the door, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1 and 6, one end of the second reinforcement 2 is connected to the first reinforcement 1, and the other end may extend to one side of the door inner panel 100, and one end of the third reinforcement 3 is connected to the second reinforcement 2, and the other end extends to the other side of the door inner panel 100. The second reinforcement 2 and the third reinforcement 3 extend respectively to the both sides of the door inner panel 100, and more comprehensive protection can be performed in the left-right direction of the door inner panel 100. It should be noted here that both ends of the second reinforcement 2 and the third reinforcement 3 may extend to both sides of the door inner panel 100 as the first reinforcement 1. As shown in fig. 1, both ends of the first reinforcement 1 and the second reinforcement 2 extend on both sides of the door inner panel 100, and the third reinforcement 3 may extend from the middle of the door inner panel 100 to one side. The specific arrangement of the reinforcing structure may be adjusted according to the door structure, and is not limited to the arrangement in the embodiment of the present disclosure.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a cross-section of a junction of the reinforcement structure with the door inner panel 100 may be configured in a V-shape. It should be noted that, the V-shape here means that the joint has a concave surface, and specifically, refer to fig. 3 and fig. 5, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a cross section of the first reinforcement 1 connected to the door inner panel 100, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a cross section of the second reinforcement 2 connected to the door inner panel 100, and both the joints of the reinforcements and the door inner panel 100 in fig. 3 and fig. 5 have a concave surface, and by this V-shape connection, the connection area can be increased, and the sealing performance of the cab can be improved. In addition, the third reinforcement 3 and other positions of the reinforcement structure may be connected to the door inner panel 100 by means of such a V-shaped structure.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first reinforcement 1 may be extended along the windowsill of the vehicle door to improve the structural strength at the windowsill. Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 6, the first reinforcement 1 and the second reinforcement 2 may be connected in a superposed manner at a first mounting position for mounting a rearview mirror corresponding to the door outer panel 200. By means of the superposed connection of the first reinforcement 1 and the second reinforcement 2 and by arranging the superposed position at the mounting point of the rear view mirror, the strength of the mounting point of the rear view mirror can be increased. The vehicle door reinforcing structure is used as the mounting reinforcing structure of the rearview mirror, so that a reinforcing part for mounting the rearview mirror can be omitted, and the effect of improving the mounting strength of the rearview mirror is achieved.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 6 and 8, the second reinforcement 2 may include a first through hole 21 for mounting the door handle 7, and an edge of the first through hole 21 may be welded with an edge of a second through hole of the door outer panel 200 for mounting the door handle 7. Fig. 8 shows the connection relationship of the second reinforcement 2 with the door outer panel 200 and the door handle 8, and in fig. 8, the edge of the first through hole 21 is welded to the edge of the door outer panel 200 for mounting the door handle 8, and the door handle 8 is welded to the door outer panel 200, so that the door handle 8 is stably mounted on the door outer panel 200 welded to the second reinforcement 2, and the mounting strength of the door handle 8 is improved. Here, referring to fig. 6, the second reinforcement 2 may be welded to the door outer panel 200 through four corners of the outer edge of the first through hole 21 to reduce the influence on the a-level curved surface of the door outer panel 200, and for this purpose, the welding position of the door handle 8 and the door outer panel 200 may also be provided on the side of the door handle 8 near the door outer panel 200. Here, in order to secure the connection strength, as shown in fig. 8, the outer periphery of the second reinforcement 2 welded to the door outer panel 200 may be bonded to the door outer panel 200 by a structural adhesive 7 to prevent the weld from being cracked by force.

Since the strength requirement of the second reinforcement 2 is relatively high because it is located at the intermediate position, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the door reinforcing structure in the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a reinforcing bead 9 extending in the length direction of the second reinforcement 2 on the second reinforcement 2. In order to improve the installation stability of the second reinforcement 2, a glue coating groove 6 may be provided on the second reinforcement 2, and the glue coating groove 6 may be filled with structural glue 6 to connect with the door outer panel 200. Wherein, the direction of the glue coating groove 6 can be the same as the extending direction of the reinforcing ribs 9.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a glue coating groove 6 for accommodating the structural glue 7 may be formed on the door reinforcing structure to bond the door reinforcing structure to the door outer panel 200, and the bonding manner may avoid affecting the a-level curved surface of the door outer panel 200. The glue slot 6 is arranged at the position of the second reinforcing part 2, or at the edge of other reinforcing parts or other positions with larger stress.

According to the second aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a door assembly, which includes a door outer panel 200, a door inner panel 100 mounted to the door outer panel 200, and a reinforcing structure disposed between the door inner panel 100 and the door outer panel 200, wherein the reinforcing structure is the above-mentioned door reinforcing structure, and the door assembly has all the advantages of the above-mentioned door reinforcing structure, and the details are not repeated herein. The door assembly may be used in a truck or other vehicle, without limitation.
