Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicle manufacturing, in particular to a vehicle door reinforcing structure, a vehicle door assembly and a vehicle.
Background
The vehicle door is an important component of the vehicle, and not only can isolate the external interference of the vehicle, but also has the functions of reducing side impact and protecting passengers. Door assemblies typically include a door inner panel and a door outer panel with a reinforcement structure disposed between the door inner panel and the door outer panel to improve the strength of the door assembly. For example, in a truck-type door, the outer panel is generally flat and has few characteristic lines, which generally causes a problem in the strength of the outer panel. At present, in the related art, various reinforcing structures exist, but the number of parts of the existing reinforcing structure is large, a plurality of sets of dies need to be developed, the welding process is complex, the part cost and the manufacturing cost are high, and the reinforcing structure with the small number of parts cannot meet the strength requirement of the vehicle door.
Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle door reinforcing structure that is compact in parts and high in strength.
It is a second object of the present disclosure to provide a door assembly that uses the door reinforcement structure provided by the present disclosure.
It is a third object of the present disclosure to provide a vehicle that uses the door assembly provided by the present disclosure.
In order to achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides a vehicle door reinforcing structure installed on a vehicle door inner panel, the vehicle door reinforcing structure including a first reinforcement, a second reinforcement and a third reinforcement which are disposed from top to bottom on a surface of the vehicle door inner panel and are connected in sequence, both ends of the first reinforcement are connected to both sides of the vehicle door inner panel, the second reinforcement is arranged to configure a first V-shaped structure having an opening facing one side of the vehicle door inner panel together with the first reinforcement, and the third reinforcement is arranged to configure a second V-shaped structure having an opening facing opposite to the opening facing of the first V-shaped structure together with the second reinforcement.
Optionally, a fourth stiffener connected between the first stiffener and the second stiffener and/or a fifth stiffener connected between the second stiffener and the third stiffener are also included.
Optionally, a cross section of a junction of the reinforcement structure and the door inner panel is configured to be V-shaped.
Optionally, the first reinforcement extends along the door sill.
Optionally, one end of the second reinforcement is connected to the first reinforcement, and the other end extends to one side of the door inner panel, and one end of the third reinforcement is connected to the second reinforcement, and the other end extends to the other side of the door inner panel.
Optionally, the first reinforcement and the second reinforcement are connected in a stacked manner at a first mounting position corresponding to a door outer panel for mounting a rearview mirror.
Optionally, the second reinforcement includes a first through hole for mounting a door handle, and an edge of the first through hole is welded to an edge of a second through hole of a door outer panel for mounting the door handle.
Optionally, the vehicle door reinforcing structure further includes a reinforcing rib extending along a length direction of the second reinforcement on the second reinforcement.
According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a door assembly including a door outer panel, a door inner panel mounted to the door outer panel, and a reinforcement structure provided between the door inner panel and the door outer panel, the reinforcement structure being the door reinforcement structure provided by the present disclosure.
According to a third aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a vehicle including the door assembly provided by the present disclosure.
