Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of organic materials, and particularly relates to an anti-flash rust agent for a water-based paint and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The water-based paint is one of five green paint products which are specified clearly by national standard, and has the characteristics of small environmental hazard, convenient construction, good safety and easy storage and transportation. However, when the water-based paint is used on the surface of steel, the steel surface is very easy to corrode, i.e. flash rust, due to the presence of water and oxygen in the drying process. Especially when the water-based paint is coated on high-carbon steel or iron castings, the problem of flash rust is difficult to avoid. Therefore, adding the flash rust inhibitor into the water-based paint is an important method for solving the problem of flash rust generated in the metal coating process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the flash rust resisting agent for the water-based paint.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the flash rust inhibitor for the water-based paint.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide an aqueous coating composition.
