The alkyd resin air-drying putty is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 18.5 percent of modified alkyd resin, 5.4 percent of n-butyl acetate, 0.6 percent of dispersant, 1 percent of fumed silica, 1 percent of polyamide wax, 20 percent of titanium dioxide, 2 percent of iron oxide yellow, 18.5 percent of superfine high-quality talcum powder, 12 percent of barium sulfate, 1 percent of bentonite and 20 percent of nitrocotton solution.

3. The method for preparing the alkyd resin self-drying putty as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1: putting 18.5% of modified alkyd resin, 5.4% of n-butyl acetate, 0.6% of dispersing agent, 1% of fumed silica, 1% of polyamide wax, 20% of titanium dioxide, 2% of iron oxide yellow, 18.5% of superfine high-quality talcum powder and 12% of barium sulfate into a dispersing cylinder, and dispersing at high speed for 20-30 minutes under the condition of 1200-1600r/pm to obtain a first mixed material with the fineness of less than 60 microns for later use;

step 2: 1% of bentonite is added into the first mixed material in the step 1, and the bentonite is dispersed for 20 minutes at a high speed under the condition of 1200-1600r/pm to obtain a second mixed material with the fineness less than 60 microns for later use;

and step 3: and (3) putting 20% of the nitrocotton solution into the second mixed material in the step (1), and dispersing at a high speed for 20 minutes under the condition of 1000-1200r/pm, so that the second mixed material and the nitrocotton solution are uniformly mixed to obtain a finished product for later use.

step 2: 1% of bentonite is added into the first mixed material in the step 1, and the bentonite is dispersed for 20 minutes at a high speed under the condition of 1200-1600r/pm to obtain a second mixed material with the fineness less than 60 microns for later use;

and step 3: and (3) putting 20% of the nitrocotton solution into the second mixed material in the step (1), and dispersing at a high speed for 20 minutes under the condition of 1000-1200r/pm, so that the second mixed material and the nitrocotton solution are uniformly mixed to obtain a finished product for later use.

Further, if the finished product prepared in the step 3 is applied to small-area rapid repair, branch-mounted extrusion packaging is adopted;

further, if the finished product prepared in the step 3 is applied to large-area rapid repair, a large container is adopted for filling and packaging.
