referring to fig. 3a and 3b, after the handle 4-1 is pushed inward and touches the handle fixing device 5-1 (actually touches the angle hook 5-3), the handle fixing device 5-1 allows the handle fixing pin 4-2 to go inward to the hooked handle fixing device 5-1 (actually, the handle fixing pin 4-2 falls into the positioning recess at the front end of the angle hook 5-3) due to the self-shaped structure of the angle hook 5-3 and the action of the handle fixing spring 5-2; meanwhile, the handle 4-1 is connected to all the door lock hooks 6 through the handle axis 4-3, and each door lock hook 6 is correspondingly rotated and opened by taking the handle axis 4-3 as a shaft.

As the handle fixing pin 4-2 falls into the positioning recess at the front end of the angle hook 5-3 and the push rod 5-5 is in an extending state under the action of the handle fixing spring 5-2, the angle hook is pulled to be incapable of rotating around the axis 5-4 of the angle hook, so that the handle is actually locked in an inclined state, and the unlocking state of the handle is realized.

The handle 4-1 is locked in an unlocking state, the telescopic rod 3-5 is in a retraction state under the pushing of the connecting rod 3-4, the handle return spring 3-2 is in a compression state due to the limitation of the return spring limit 3-3, and the handle fixing spring 5-2 is in a rest state.

4) The waste cable recovery storage box is lifted off the ground in an unlocking state:

referring to fig. 5a and 5b, the handle 4-1 is now locked in the "unlocked" position, the handle return spring 3-2 is compressed, opening the door leaf 2-1 to the maximum angle, the door leaf stop 2-3 will press against the handle retainer 5-1 (actually the end of the push rod 5-5), so that the handle fixing spring 5-2 is compressed, and when the handle fixing spring 5-2 is compressed, the other end of the push rod 5-5 extends out (see the large arrow in fig. 5 a), so that the angle hook 5-3 is driven to rotate downwards (see the small arrow in fig. 5 a) around the axis 5-4 of the angle hook, the handle fixing pin 4-2 is released from the positioning groove of the angle hook 5-3, and the function of releasing the handle fixing pin 4-2 is realized.

6) Handle return process of old and useless cable recovery storage box:

referring to fig. 5a, 5b and 6, when the angle hook 5-3 releases the handle fixing pin 4-2, the handle 4-1 will spring back to the vertical position by the pushing action of the handle return spring 3-2, the handle 4-1 and the door lock hook 6 have returned to the vertical position, and the handle return spring 3-2 also returns to the rest state.

7) The door closing process of the waste cable recovery storage box is 1:

referring to fig. 7a and 7b, when the waste cable in the box is discharged, the crane starts to put the waste cable recovery box back to the ground, the bottom door 2-1 of the box starts to close by contacting the ground first, and when the door fixing pin 2-2 touches the door lock hook 6, due to the wedge-shaped structure 6-2 (see fig. 1b and 2 b), the door lock hook 6 generates little resistance because the door lock hook 6 is connected to the handle 4-1, the handle 4-1 is the handle return spring 3-2 connected to the handle return device 3-1, the handle 4-1 is in a vertical position, the handle return spring 3-2 is in a little compressed state, and the handle fixing spring 5-2 is in a rest state.

8) Door closing process 2 of the waste cable recovery storage box:

referring to fig. 8, when the waste cable recycling storage box is continuously lowered, the door lock hook 6 allows the door opening fixing pin 2-2 to continuously close the door 2-1 due to the shape of the tapered wedge structure 6-2 at the lower end of the door lock hook (see fig. 1b and fig. 2 b) and the action of the handle return spring 3-2, and the handle fixing pin 4-2 moves inwards at the same time, but due to the insufficient rotation angle of the door lock hook 6, the handle fixing pin 4-2 does not allow the handle fixing device 5-1 to lock the handle 4-1 in an unlocking state, so that the situation that the door 2-1 cannot be locked is avoided, and at the moment, the handle 4-1 is in a rotating state, and the handle return spring 3-2 is in a compressed state.

9) Door closing process 3 of the waste cable recovery storage box:

the waste cable recovery storage box is continuously lowered, when the door fixing pin 2-2 passes through the door lock hook 6, the door lock hook 6 and the handle 4-1 can rebound to the vertical position due to the handle return spring 3-2, meanwhile, the cable box body 1 can contact the door 2-1, the door 2-1 is enabled to return to the closed state, the whole waste cable recovery storage box stably falls on the ground, and the locking function of the bottom door is achieved.

At this time, the handle 4-1 is in a vertical position, the handle return spring 3-2 is in a rest state, and the handle fixing spring 5-2 is in a rest state.

According to the technical scheme, the one-to-many door lock structure with the handle and the storage box bottom leaf doors is arranged, so that the unlocking, closing and locking functions of the bottom of the existing storage box are guaranteed, and meanwhile, the action of the handle is guaranteed to be in place by the aid of the assistance of the elastic energy storage component and by the aid of the handle return device and the handle fixing device, and the operation intensity of operators is reduced; by means of the wedge-shaped hook structure at the end part of the door lock hook, the closing action of the bottom leaf door is facilitated, and the safety and reliability of closing are ensured; the action of the whole door lock hook and the operation handle is reliable, and the operation is easy.

The invention can be widely applied to the field of design and manufacture of waste cable recovery storage boxes.
