Detailed Description

The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, which are simplified schematic drawings and illustrate only the basic structure of the invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constituents relevant to the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the flipping push paddle dryer according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 1, a rotating shaft 2 extending into the housing 1, a plurality of paddle assemblies 3 disposed on the rotating shaft 2, a speed reducer 4, a fan 5, and a heat source 6.

The shell 1 is a cuboid, the other five surfaces of the shell 1 except the top opening are made of steel plates, and the outermost layer of the shell 1 is insulated by rock wool plates. A material inlet 11 is arranged at the top of the left end of the shell 1, a belt conveying or reamer conveying mode is adopted for the feeding mode of the dryer, and as shown in fig. 3, a belt conveying and feeding machine 7 is adopted to be matched with the material inlet 11 of the shell 1 to convey materials into the dryer; a material outlet 12 is arranged on one side wall of the right end of the shell 1. An air inlet 13 is arranged at the bottom of the left end of the shell 1, and the air inlet 13 is connected with an air outlet of the fan 5. A pore plate I14 with a semicircular cross section is arranged below the rotating shaft 2 and the blade component 3 in the shell 1, and the central axis of the rotating shaft 2 is arranged at the center of a circle above the semicircular pore plate I14. The housing 1 has an air duct 16 below the orifice plate 14. The first pore plate 14 extends from left to right to penetrate through the whole shell 1, the first pore plate 14 is provided with holes uniformly, the opening rate is 25%, and therefore when the first pore plate 14 ventilates upwards, the air volume of each part is uniform. Except the material inlet 11, the top opening of the shell 1 is covered with a second pore plate 15, the opening rate of the second pore plate 15 can reach 50%, and the second pore plate mainly plays a role in discharging moisture.

The speed reducer 4 is arranged on the right side of the shell 1, and the speed reducer 4 is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft 2 through a coupler 41 and used for driving the rotating shaft 2 to rotate.

The fan 5 and the heat source 6 are arranged on the left side of the shell 1, and the fan 5 and the heat source 6 are assembled together and used for providing hot air for the dryer. In this embodiment, the heat source 6 is an electric heating tube group. The fan 5 adopts a medium pressure fan, because the material filled in the dryer is basically full and occupies more than 90 percent of the whole volume, the medium pressure fan is adopted, so that the material is convenient to penetrate.

The paddle component 3 is used for turning and pushing materials, the paddle component 3 is arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 2 in a staggered mode, the distance between the paddle components 3 is 300mm, and the paddle component 3 comprises a paddle shaft 31 and paddles connected with the paddle shaft 31. The paddles include a first paddle 32 and a second paddle 33. As shown in fig. 3, the projection of three adjacent blade assemblies 3 arranged on the rotating shaft 2 on the same plane is shown, and the included angle between two adjacent blade shafts 31 is 120 degrees. The paddle on the rotating shaft 2 dials the material from the material outlet 12 in the continuous rotating process, and a conveyer belt can be arranged at the material outlet 12 to output the dried material to a farther position.

The first paddle 32 is mainly used for turning over materials to uniformly dry the materials in the dryer, and the second paddle 33 is mainly used for pushing the materials forwards; each of the first blade 32 and the second blade 33 includes a main body 322 and a tip 321 disposed at one end of the main body 322, and the size of the main body 322 is larger than that of the tip 321. One end of the paddle shaft 31 is fixed on the rotating shaft 2, the first paddle 32 and the second paddle 33 are installed at the other end of the paddle shaft 31, and specifically, the edges of one sides of the first paddle 32 and the second paddle 33 are connected to the other end of the paddle shaft 31 through welding; the first blade 32 extends along the blade axis 31 for a length less than the length of the second blade 33 along the blade axis 31, and the width of the first blade 32 is also less than the width of the second blade 33.

As shown in fig. 4, a plane B is set, the plane B is perpendicular to the central axis of the rotating shaft 2, the blade shaft 31 is located in the plane B, the first blade 32 is located at the left side of the plane B and forms an angle of 45-60 degrees with the plane B, and preferably, the angle of 60 degrees is formed between the first blade 32 and the plane B; the second blade 33 is located at the right side of the plane B and has an angle of 20-30 degrees with the plane B, and preferably, the angle between the second blade 33 and the plane B is 30 degrees, so that a sharp angle C is formed at the edge of the side where the first blade 32 and the second blade 33 are connected with the rotating shaft 2, and the sharp angle C reduces the resistance of the rotation of the blades.

The first paddle 32 is smaller in size, and has a larger included angle with the plane B, so that the resistance of the first paddle 32 in turning the materials is smaller, and the materials can be more conveniently turned; the size of the second paddle 33 is large, and the included angle between the second paddle 33 and the plane B is small, so that the resistance of the second paddle 33 for pushing the material is small, the material is more conveniently pushed forwards, and the material in the whole drying machine is always slowly stirred forwards under the stirring and pushing actions of the paddles.

More specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in the turning and pushing process of the paddles, in order to further reduce the resistance of the material, in design, the paddle shaft 31 is curved into an arc shape, the first paddle 32 and the second paddle 33 are both curved in a fan shape, the tips 321 of the two paddles are at a certain angle with the paddle shaft 32, and the tips 321 of the two paddles are combined together in a plow shape, so that the resistance to the rotation of the paddles is better reduced.

When the invention is used, the height of the materials in the dryer shell 1 is generally 200mm higher than the highest point of the paddle, the top of the dryer shell 1 except the material inlet 11 is covered by the second pore plate 15, the aperture ratio of the second pore plate 15 can reach 50%, and the function of discharging moisture is mainly played. Because some materials have dust which leaks into the air duct 16 below the hole plate 14 from the hole plate 14 at the bottom, the dust is blown to the end of the casing 1 far away from the fan 5 under the action of the air, and the casing 1 is provided with an openable slag removing door (not shown) at the end of the air duct 16, so that the accumulated dust can be removed conveniently.
