Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, a kitchen waste disposer is provided according to a first embodiment of the present invention; the kitchen waste disposer 200 includes, for example: a control unit 210, an operation unit 220, and a four-pole dc motor 100. The working unit 220 includes, for example: a working space (not shown) in which a work piece (not shown) is disposed. The four-pole dc motor 100 is connected between the control unit 210 and the operation unit 220; preferably, the diameter of the four-pole DC motor is 109-111mm, thereby reducing the size of the kitchen garbage disposer 200.

Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the four-pole dc motor 100 includes, for example: a drive shaft 70, a rotor assembly 10, a winding set (not shown), a stator assembly 50, and a housing 20. Wherein the drive shaft 70 extends into the working space and connects the work piece to perform waste disposal. The rotor assembly 10 is connected with the driving shaft 70 and is provided with a plurality of winding shafts 13 which are distributed in the circumferential direction and a plurality of rotor hole grooves 15 which are arranged among the winding shafts 13 and have the same number with the winding shafts 13; a rotor hole slot 15 is sandwiched between two adjacent winding shafts 13. The winding groups are wound between a plurality of rotor bore slots 15. The stator assembly 50 includes, for example, four permanent magnets 51, with the four permanent magnets 51 being circumferentially distributed about the rotor assembly 10.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, preferably, the rotor assembly 10 further includes, for example: rotor body 11 and at least two rotor punching 12. Specifically, the rotor body 11 is provided with twenty winding shafts 13 and twenty rotor hole slots 15; each rotor punching sheet 12 is circumferentially distributed with twenty positioning shafts 1202 corresponding to the twenty winding shafts 13, and twenty positioning gaps 1201 are arranged between the twenty positioning shafts 1202, wherein the twenty positioning gaps 1201 correspond to the twenty rotor hole slots 15 one by one; the rotor body 11 and each rotor sheet 12 are provided with a coaxial rotating shaft accommodating cavity 16 for connecting a rotating shaft 70; each rotor punching sheet 12 is respectively matched with the end face of the rotor body 11 and respectively covers two opposite end faces of the rotor body 11. Wherein the height of the rotor body is 26-42mm, thereby reducing the size of the four-pole DC motor 100 and consequently the size of the kitchen waste disposer 200.

Further, the rotor body 11 is further provided with four magnetic member accommodating cavities 14, and correspondingly, the rotor assembly 10 further includes four magnetic members (not shown in the drawings) respectively installed in the four magnetic member accommodating cavities 14 in a matching manner; wherein, a rotor hole slot 14 is arranged between two adjacent magnetic piece accommodating cavities 14. The four magnetic members increase the magnetic field strength of the rotor assembly 10, and increase the output torque of the four-pole dc motor 100, thereby achieving the working requirements under the condition of small size.

Preferably, a winding baffle 17 is connected to each of the winding shafts 13 near one end of the stator assembly 50, and the winding baffle 17 is used to further limit the winding position of the winding groups on the winding shafts 13 and prevent the winding groups from slipping off the winding shafts 13. An opening is formed between two adjacent winding baffles 17 to facilitate winding of the winding groups; the openings are communicated with the rotor hole slots 15 clamped between the two corresponding winding shafts 13, circulation of air flow inside and outside the rotor hole slots 15 is promoted, and the heat dissipation effect is improved.

For example, when the four-pole dc motor 100 is operated, sparks and arcs are generated when the brush 41 slides at a high speed relative to the surface of the commutator segments 61, which causes wear to the surface of the brush 41 and affects resistance change, and by arranging forty commutator segments 61 in the circumferential direction, compared with a conventional two-pole dc motor used in a kitchen garbage disposer, by increasing the number of the commutator segments 61 to be twice of the number of the rotor hole slots 15, the slip distance between adjacent commutator segments 61 is reduced, so that the brush 41 has less influence on the surface of the commutator segments 61 during the high-speed sliding process, and the stability of the four-pole dc motor 100 is improved.

Preferably, referring to fig. 8, each of the permanent magnets 51 may be a magnetic shoe, each of the magnetic shoes has a width L of 44-54mm, and each of the magnetic shoes has a height H of 34-48mm, so that the overall installation size of the four-pole dc motor 100 assembled by the permanent magnets 51 and the rotor assembly 10 is reduced; at least one rotor hole slot 15 is arranged between every two adjacent permanent magnets 51; for example, each permanent magnet 51 may be a ferrite magnetic tile, or may be a neodymium iron boron magnetic tile or an alnico magnetic tile, which is not limited herein.

Preferably, referring to fig. 9, the four-pole dc motor 100 further includes, for example, a housing 20, the housing 20 is sleeved outside the positioning assembly 50, and the positioning assembly 50 is sandwiched between the housing 20 and the rotor assembly 10; the housing 20 includes four limiting members 21, wherein the four limiting members 21 correspond to the four permanent magnets 51 respectively, and limit and position the four permanent magnets 51, so that the four permanent magnets 51 can be conveniently mounted.

Preferably, the four-pole dc motor 100 further includes, for example, a stationary assembly 30, which greatly increases the tightness of the connection between the rotor assembly 10, the stator assembly 20, the brush holder assembly 40, and the commutation assembly 60; the fixing member 30 includes, for example, two cover plates 31 respectively covering both ends of the housing 20, and a fastening member 32 for fastening and connecting the two cover plates 31. For example, the fastening member 32 includes a plurality of bolt connection members, the two cover plates 31 are respectively provided with a plurality of threaded connection holes, and the plurality of bolt connection members respectively sequentially pass through the plurality of threaded connection holes of the two cover plates 31, so as to fasten and connect the two cover plates 31, the rotor assembly 10, the stator assembly 20, the brush holder assembly 40, and the reversing assembly 60, which are sandwiched between the two cover plates 31.

Preferably, the working portion 220 further includes, for example: a first input opening 221, a second input opening 222, and an output opening 223. The first input opening 221 is disposed at an end of the working portion 220 away from the four-pole dc motor 100; for example, the first input opening 221 may be communicated with a drain outlet of the kitchen waste tank for receiving kitchen waste and performing corresponding waste disposal. The second input opening 222 is disposed between the first input opening 221 and the four-pole dc motor 100, and is close to the first input opening 221; for example; the second input opening 222 may be in communication with a drain of the kitchen waste dishwasher for receiving kitchen waste for corresponding waste disposal. The output opening 223 is disposed between the first input opening 221 and the four-pole dc motor 100 and is close to the four-pole dc motor 100; for example, the outlet opening 223 may be used to communicate with a sewer for discharging the treated waste.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
