Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of fishing, in particular to an intelligent fishing device which can effectively reduce fishing cost and improve fishing efficiency.

Background

In fishing, baits which are favorite to fish are prepared to attract the fish to hook, sometimes, the baits are used a lot, and the fish do not hook a few fish, so that the fishing cost is increased;

in order to solve the above problems, a method of attracting a fish to get caught on a fish, for example, by moving the fish hook in the vertical and horizontal directions, has been generally used.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of high difficulty and high cost of fishing in the prior art, and provides an intelligent fishing device which can effectively reduce the fishing cost and improve the fishing efficiency.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

an intelligent fishing device comprises a spool arranged on a ship, a winding motor for driving the spool to rotate, a fishing line, a limiting fixed pulley block, an automatic fishhook removing mechanism, a fish collecting mechanism and a fishing line swinging mechanism, wherein one end of the fishing line is fixedly connected with the outer peripheral surface of the spool; the limiting fixed pulley group comprises an upper fixed pulley, a lower fixed pulley and an annular chute arranged on the outer peripheral surfaces of the upper fixed pulley and the lower fixed pulley; the peripheral surfaces of the upper fixed pulley and the lower fixed pulley are contacted; the other end of the fishing line which leaves the winding shaft passes through a line passing groove formed by annular sliding grooves of the upper fixed pulley and the lower fixed pulley and an automatic fishhook removing mechanism and then is connected with a fishing hook, and the fishing hook is provided with artificial bait; a triangular stop block is arranged on the fishing line above the fishing hook, the fishing line swinging mechanism comprises a rolling shaft motor, a rolling shaft connected with the rolling shaft motor, and a plurality of serrated plates arranged at intervals on the peripheral surface of the rolling shaft; the free ends of the toothed plates are provided with elastic balls, the lengths of the toothed plates are different, and the elastic balls can be in contact with the stop blocks; the fishing line is provided with a tension sensor, the rotating shafts of the upper fixed pulley and the lower fixed pulley are connected with the boat through supporting rods, the winding motor is connected with the boat through a stand column, the boat is provided with a camera, and the camera, the automatic fishhook removing mechanism, the fish collecting mechanism, the tension sensor, the winding motor and the rolling shaft motor are electrically connected with the controller.

the self-moving mechanism comprises a horizontal plate penetrating through annular openings of the inner side plate and the outer side plate of the circular guide rail and two groups of power mechanisms arranged in the middle of the lower surface of the horizontal plate; the power mechanism comprises two straight rods and a power motor which are arranged on the lower surface of the horizontal plate, a driving gear connected with the power motor, two rollers, a connecting shaft arranged between the two rollers, and a driven gear arranged in the middle of the connecting shaft; the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, the rotating shafts of the two idler wheels are respectively connected with the two straight rods in a rotating mode through extending shafts, the idler wheels are in rolling contact with the bottom of the inner surface of the circular guide rail, the lower ends of the L-shaped rods are connected with the upper surface of the horizontal plate, and power motors of the two power mechanisms are electrically connected with the controller.

Preferably, the automatic fishhook removing mechanism further comprises two L-shaped arms arranged on the vertical rod, an extrusion cylinder arranged on the L-shaped arms, a U-shaped plate arranged on a telescopic rod of the extrusion cylinder, and an air bag arranged in the U-shaped plate; the opening directions of the two U-shaped plates are opposite, the air bags can be unfolded in a circular arc shape, the two air bags are respectively in extrusion contact with the two sides of the fish body, the two air bags are connected with an inflator pump and a vacuum pump which are arranged on the vertical rod, the two L-shaped arms are located below the circular guide rail, and the extrusion cylinder, the inflator pump and the vacuum pump are electrically connected with the controller.

when the L-shaped rod and the blocking plate are contacted with the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook, the controller controls the two power motors to stop working, the controller observes the position of the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook according to the image shot by the camera, the telescopic cylinder drives the electromagnet to be close to the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook, the electromagnet attracts the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook, and the telescopic cylinder drives the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook to leave the blocking plate;

the rotary motor drives the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise so as to take the fishing hook off the fish body;

the fish collecting mechanism rotates to the lower part of the fish body, the vacuum pump is controlled to deflate the two air bags, so that the two air bags relax the fish body, and the fish falls into the fish collecting mechanism.

Preferably, the fish collecting mechanism comprises a fish collecting column arranged on the ship, a fish collecting motor arranged at the upper end of the fish collecting column, a circle connected with a rotating shaft of the fish collecting column, and a collecting barrel connected with the circle and provided with an opening at the upper end; the fish collecting motor is electrically connected with the controller.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.

The embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 7 is an intelligent fishing device, which comprises a spool 1 arranged on a ship 102, a winding motor for driving the spool to rotate, a fishing line 2 with one end fixedly connected with the outer peripheral surface of the spool, a limiting fixed pulley block 4, an automatic fishhook removing mechanism 6, a fish collecting mechanism 7 and a fishing line swinging mechanism 8; the limiting fixed pulley group comprises an upper fixed pulley 41, a lower fixed pulley 42 and annular sliding grooves arranged on the outer peripheral surfaces of the upper fixed pulley and the lower fixed pulley; the peripheral surfaces of the upper fixed pulley and the lower fixed pulley are contacted; the other end of the fishing line which leaves the winding shaft passes through a line passing groove formed by annular sliding grooves of the upper fixed pulley and the lower fixed pulley and an automatic fishhook removing mechanism and then is connected with a fishing hook 9, and the fishing hook is provided with artificial bait; a triangular stop block 21 is arranged on the fishing line above the fishing hook, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the fishing line swinging mechanism comprises a rolling shaft motor 82, a rolling shaft 83 connected with the rolling shaft motor, and 4 insection plates 84 arranged on the peripheral surface of the rolling shaft at intervals; the free end of the corrugated plate is provided with an elastic ball 85, the lengths of the corrugated plates are different, and the elastic ball can be contacted with the stop block; the upright stanchion is provided with a movable cylinder 86, the telescopic rod of the movable cylinder is connected with a rolling shaft motor, and the movable cylinder is electrically connected with the controller.

The fishing line is provided with a tension sensor 23, the rotating shafts of the upper fixed pulley and the lower fixed pulley are connected with the boat through a support rod 10, the winding motor is connected with the boat through a stand column 101, the boat is provided with a camera, and the camera, the automatic fishhook removing mechanism, the fish collecting mechanism, the tension sensor, the winding motor and the rolling shaft motor are electrically connected with a controller.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the automatic fishhook removing mechanism includes an upright 61 disposed on the edge of the ship, a circular guide rail 62 connected to the upright, a self-moving mechanism 63 disposed on the circular guide rail, an L-shaped rod 64 disposed on the self-moving mechanism and extending toward the central axis of the circular guide rail, a telescopic cylinder 641 disposed on the L-shaped rod, and a blocking plate 65; a rotating motor 6411 is arranged on a telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder, a rotating shaft of the rotating motor is connected with an electromagnet 6412, and the electromagnet corresponds to the barrier plate; the self-moving mechanism, the telescopic cylinder, the rotating motor and the electromagnet are all electrically connected with the controller.

The cross section of the circular guide rail is in a U shape with an upward opening, the inner side plate and the outer side plate of the circular guide rail are both provided with annular openings, the inner side plate and the outer side plate of the circular guide rail are both provided with annular connecting plates 621, the cross sections of the two annular connecting plates are both in a C shape, and the upper edge and the lower edge of each annular connecting plate are respectively connected with the circular guide rails above and below the annular openings;

the self-moving mechanism comprises a horizontal plate 631 penetrating through annular openings of the inner side plate and the outer side plate of the circular guide rail and two groups of power mechanisms 632 arranged in the middle of the lower surface of the horizontal plate; the power mechanism comprises two straight rods 6321 and a power motor 6322 which are arranged on the lower surface of the horizontal plate, a driving gear 6323 connected with the power motor, two rollers 6324, a connecting shaft 6325 arranged between the two rollers, and a driven gear 6326 arranged in the middle of the connecting shaft; the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, the rotating shafts of the two idler wheels are respectively connected with the two straight rods in a rotating mode through extending shafts, the idler wheels are in rolling contact with the bottom of the inner surface of the circular guide rail, the lower ends of the L-shaped rods are connected with the upper surface of the horizontal plate, and power motors of the two power mechanisms are electrically connected with the controller.

As shown in fig. 4, the automatic fishhook removing mechanism further comprises two L-shaped arms 66 arranged on the vertical rod, an extrusion cylinder 67 arranged on the L-shaped arms, a U-shaped plate 68 arranged on an expansion rod of the extrusion cylinder, and an air bag 69 arranged in the U-shaped plate; the opening directions of the two U-shaped plates are opposite, the air bags can be unfolded in a circular arc shape, the two air bags are respectively in extrusion contact with the two sides of the fish body, the two air bags are connected with an inflator pump and a vacuum pump which are arranged on the vertical rod, the two L-shaped arms are located below the circular guide rail, and the extrusion cylinder, the inflator pump and the vacuum pump are electrically connected with the controller.

As shown in fig. 7, the fish collecting mechanism comprises a fish collecting column 71 arranged on the ship, a fish collecting motor 72 arranged at the upper end of the fish collecting column, a circle 73 connected with the rotating shaft of the fish collecting column, and a collecting barrel 74 connected with the circle and provided with an opening at the upper end; the fish collecting motor is electrically connected with the controller.

The using method of the invention is as follows:

the boat is driven into the sea area for fishing, and workers control the winding motor to drive the winding shaft to rotate through the controller, so that the fishing hook enters water; controlling a rolling shaft motor to drive a rolling shaft to rotate, driving each rack plate to rotate by the rolling shaft, sequentially contacting each elastic ball with a stop block, driving the stop block to move leftwards by the elastic balls, driving the fishing line to move leftwards by the stop block, driving the load block to move leftwards by the fishing line, and moving the fishing line rightwards when the elastic balls are separated from the stop block, so that the fishing hook in water swings leftwards and rightwards to attract a fish to hook;

the tension sensor detects tension on the fishing line, a tension threshold value is arranged in the controller, when the detected tension value is larger than the tension threshold value, the controller judges that a fish is hooked, the controller controls the winding motor to work, the fishing hook and the fish leave hot water, when the fish is hung by the fishing hook, the camera shoots an image of the fish, the controller controls the extrusion cylinders on the two L-shaped arms to drive the U-shaped plates to mutually approach, the two U-shaped plates are aligned to the middle of a fish body, then the winding motor is controlled to stop working, the inflation pump is controlled to inflate the two air bags, and the two air bags clamp the fish body;

the controller controls the two power motors to drive the four rollers to move annularly along the circular guide rail, and the horizontal plate slides along the two annular openings to keep the horizontal plate stable;

when the L-shaped rod and the blocking plate are contacted with the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook, the controller controls the two power motors to stop working, the controller observes the position of the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook according to the image shot by the camera, the telescopic cylinder drives the electromagnet to be close to the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook, the electromagnet attracts the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook, and the telescopic cylinder drives the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook to leave the blocking plate;

the rotary motor drives the magnetic handle part of the fishing hook to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise so as to take the fishing hook off the fish body;
