The device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first channel comprises a first cavity and a second cavity which are sequentially communicated with each other from top to bottom, as viewed in a longitudinal section of the first channel, the width of the first cavity is substantially uniform from top to bottom, and the width of the second cavity is gradually reduced from top to bottom.
10. The device as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 6, further comprising a support plate mounted on the frame, the support plate being located between the first and second conveyor wheels, the clamp being mounted on the support plate.

Background
With the rapid development of transportation, coastal marine products have entered all inland areas, and for shrimps, the requirements for feeding and transporting are high, and the transportation cost of live shrimps is high, so that the shelled shrimps need to be primarily processed and produced, and currently, shrimp processing enterprises mainly rough-processed frozen shrimps and frozen shrimp products.
Currently, there are two main methods for peeling prawns: namely manual peeling and machine peeling. The manual husking mainly has the defects of slow husking, low efficiency, easy scratching of hands by blades when a production worker opens a back and removes a lining line and the like, and the manual husking is a very traditional production mode. The machine is mainly used for shelling in two modes, one mode is to use the principle of double-roller rotating friction to shell, the shrimps without heads are placed between two pairs of rollers without accurate positioning, and the shrimp shells are repeatedly rotated and rubbed by the double rollers repeatedly, so that the shrimp shells are loosened and are rotationally clamped and taken away by the double rollers, and the shrimp meat is left, and the defects that the raw materials need to be soaked for a long time for pretreatment, the shells are not completely removed, the yield is low and the like are overcome; the other type is a semi-automatic shucking machine, the shrimps without heads are manually placed in a tray groove of a conveying belt one by one and then are sent into the machine, the shrimps without heads sequentially pass through various functional stations such as positioning clamping, back opening, shucking, gut removing and the like by utilizing a conveying device, and the shucking of the shrimps without heads is realized. Due to the defects, the application range of the existing shrimp peeling mechanical equipment is small, and large-scale popularization cannot be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: how to realize carrying out quick cutting to the shrimp body and opening the back or open the abdomen, need not accurate location, improve production efficiency greatly.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a shrimp back-opening and abdomen-opening device which comprises a clamping frame, a driving piece and a cutting assembly, wherein the clamping frame is provided with a first channel penetrating from back to front, the top end of the clamping frame is provided with a processing port communicated with the first channel, and the first channel can limit a shrimp body to be processed to be kept in a vertical state; the driving piece is used for providing driving force; the cutting assembly is connected with the output end of the driving piece, is arranged at the processing opening and can stretch into the first channel to open the back or the abdomen of the vertical shrimp body.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: the conveying device comprises a rack, a first conveying wheel, a second conveying wheel and a conveying belt, wherein the first conveying wheel is connected with the output end of the driving piece and is arranged on the rack; the second conveying wheel is arranged on the rack; the conveying belt is in transmission connection with the first conveying wheel and the second conveying wheel, the conveying belt penetrates through the first channel, and when the conveying belt passes through the first channel, two sides of the conveying belt are bent upwards relatively to clamp the shrimp bodies to be in a vertical state for clamping and conveying.
Preferably, the cutting assembly comprises: the cutting device comprises a first driving wheel, a connecting plate, a second driving wheel, a driving belt and a cutting cutter disc, wherein the first driving wheel is connected with the output end of a driving piece; one end of the connecting plate is rotatably connected with the output end of the driving piece; the second driving wheel is rotatably connected to the other end of the connecting plate; the transmission belt is in transmission connection between the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel; the cutting cutter disc is arranged on the second driving wheel.
