1. A milk slice forming apparatus, comprising:

a base (1);

the mounting rack (2) is mounted on the base (1);

the extrusion assembly is arranged on the mounting frame (2);

the power assembly is arranged between the extrusion assembly and the base (1);

and the forming assembly is arranged on the mounting frame (2).

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the extrusion assembly comprises:

the vertical rods (3) are slidably mounted on two sides of the mounting rack (2);

the connecting rods (4) are arranged between the vertical rods (3);

the extrusion plate (5) is arranged on the vertical rod (3);

the first spring (6) is installed between the connecting rod (4) and the mounting frame (2).

3. A milk slice forming apparatus as claimed in claim 2 wherein the power assembly comprises:

the speed reducing motor (7) is arranged on the base (1);

the sector gear (8) is arranged on an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (7) through a rotating shaft;

the right-angle rod (9) is arranged on the connecting rod (4);

and the rack (10) is arranged on the right-angle rod (9), and the rack (10) is meshed with the sector gear (8).

4. A milk slice forming apparatus as claimed in claim 3 wherein the forming assembly comprises:

the guide rails (11) are symmetrically arranged on the mounting rack (2);

the cross bar (12) is arranged between the two sides of the guide rail (11) in a sliding way;

the arc-shaped moulds (13) are arranged on two sides of the cross rod (12), and the arc-shaped moulds (13) on the two sides are in contact fit;

and the second spring (14) is arranged between the cross rod (12) and the guide rails (11) on the two sides.

5. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:

the sliding rails (15) are arranged on two sides of the mounting rack (2);

the sliding block (16) is arranged on the sliding rail (15) in a sliding way;

the third spring (17) is arranged between the sliding block (16) and the sliding rail (15);

the first push rod (18) is arranged on one side, close to the arc-shaped die (13), of the sliding block (16);

a fixed pulley (19) mounted on the slider (16);

and the steel wire ropes (20) are arranged between two sides of the cross rods (12) at two sides, and the steel wire ropes (20) are wound around the close fixed pulleys (19).

6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:

a profile bar (21) mounted on the cross bar (12);

a square frame (22) mounted on the special-shaped rod (21);

the second push rods (23) are rotatably arranged on two sides of the connecting rod (4);

and the blocking rods (24) are arranged on two sides of the connecting rod (4), and the blocking rods (24) are matched with the second push rod (23).

Background

A milk tablet, an inner Mongolia food, is a tablet milk product prepared from fresh milk or milk powder as main raw material, and appropriate amount of adjuvants by mixing, tabletting, and packaging. The milk tablet can be carried about without refrigeration or heating.

Because the milk slice has high nutritive value and is convenient to carry, some families can make some milk slices as snacks, when making the milk slices at home, slightly moist milk powder needs to be put into a mold, and then the mold is manually extruded to form the milk slices.

Therefore, there is a need to develop a milk slice forming device which can automatically extrude and form milk slices and can automatically take out the milk slices after the milk slices are formed.

Disclosure of Invention

Need consume great physical power in order to overcome when making milk piece at present, need manually separate the mould when taking out milk piece, the lower shortcoming of work efficiency, the technical problem that solves is: provides a milk slice forming device which can automatically extrude and form milk slices and can automatically take out the milk slices after the milk slices are formed.

The technical scheme is as follows: a milk slice forming device, comprising: a base; the mounting rack is mounted on the base; the extrusion assembly is arranged on the mounting frame; the power assembly is arranged between the extrusion assembly and the base; and the forming assembly is mounted on the mounting frame.

As a further preferred option, the pressing assembly comprises: the vertical rods are slidably arranged on two sides of the mounting rack; the connecting rods are arranged between the vertical rods; the extrusion plate is arranged on the vertical rod; the first spring is installed between the connecting rod and the mounting frame.

As a further preferable mode, the power module includes: the speed reducing motor is arranged on the base; the sector gear is arranged on an output shaft of the speed reducing motor through a rotating shaft; the right-angle rod is arranged on the connecting rod; and the rack is arranged on the right-angle rod and meshed with the sector gear.

As a further preferred option, the forming assembly comprises: the guide rails are symmetrically arranged on the mounting rack; the cross bar is arranged between the two sides of the guide rail in a sliding manner; the arc-shaped moulds are arranged on two sides of the cross rod, and the arc-shaped moulds on the two sides are in contact fit; and the second spring is arranged between the cross rod and the guide rails on the two sides.

As a further preferable embodiment, the method further comprises: the sliding rails are arranged on two sides of the mounting rack; the sliding block is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding manner; the third spring is arranged between the sliding block and the sliding rail; the first push rod is arranged on one side of the slide block close to the arc-shaped die; the fixed pulley is arranged on the sliding block; and the steel wire ropes are arranged between the two sides of the cross rods on the two sides and all wind around the closer fixed pulleys.

As a further preferable embodiment, the method further comprises: the special-shaped rod is arranged on the cross rod; the square frame is arranged on the special-shaped rod; the second push rods are rotatably arranged on two sides of the connecting rod; the stop rods are arranged on two sides of the connecting rod and matched with the second push rod.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1. the milk slice extrusion forming device can drive the extrusion assembly to move by the power assembly, so that the wet milk powder in the forming assembly is extruded into milk slices, and an operator only needs to control the motor and does not need to manually extrude the milk slices in the milk slice extrusion forming process, so that the operation is simpler;
