1. 8. The internal circulation air pump of claim 1 further comprising a solenoid valve, wherein the air reservoir assembly, the air outlet, the air inlet and the air spring are all in communication with the solenoid valve via a conduit.

The internal circulation air pump of claim 8 wherein a three-way check valve is disposed between the solenoid valve and the air inlet, two ports of the three-way check valve are connected to the solenoid valve and the air inlet respectively, and the other port is provided with a filter and is in communication with the atmosphere.

10. An internal circulation air pump according to claim 8 wherein four air springs are connected to the solenoid valve.

The invention relates to the field of air pumps of automobile suspension systems, in particular to an internal circulation air pump.

Background

The air pump is mainly used in an air suspension system of a vehicle, the external circulation air pump is mainly used in a commercial vehicle and charges air from the atmosphere, and system faults are easily caused due to salt mist, moisture, dust and the like contained in the atmosphere.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an internal circulation air pump which has the advantage of difficult damage.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the air stored in the air storage tank assembly enters the pressurization bin through the air inlet, the pressurization bin conveys the air into the air spring from the air outlet after pressurizing the air, the air spring is communicated with the air storage tank assembly, and the air in the system can circulate in a closed environment through the control of the electromagnetic valve, so that some problems (such as salt mist, moisture, dust and the like contained in the air and damage to the air pump) caused by the fact that the air is absorbed from the outside are avoided;

2. the pressurizing bin and the air inlet bin are separated through the one-way valve, so that the air flow direction is from the air inlet bin to the pressurizing bin;

3. the piston rod is utilized to increase the air pressure of the pressurizing bin, and the driving motor is utilized to drive the cam piston rod, so that the whole size of the air pump is in a relatively small state;

4. the one-way valve is formed by utilizing the gas pressure difference and the elasticity of the elastic sheet, and electric control is not needed;

5. free control between the air suspension and the internal circulation air pump can be realized by using the control of the electromagnetic valve and an ECU (air suspension system controller);

6. one port of the three-way one-way valve is communicated with the atmosphere, and when the air pressure in the internal circulation air pump is insufficient, the atmosphere can be used for supplementing air into the system.
