A centrifugal clutch according to claim 1 wherein: two sliding blocks (4) are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate (2) along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, two first threaded columns (2-1) are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate (2) along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, and each first threaded column (2-1) is positioned in the middle of two adjacent sliding blocks (4); a second threaded column (2-3) fixedly connected with an engine is arranged at the center of the upper surface of the upper driving circular ring plate (2); second connecting holes (3-2) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the two first threaded columns (2-1), on the lower driving circular ring plate (3); and a second through hole (3-3) for mounting a screw at the second threaded column (2-3) is formed in the center of the lower driving circular ring plate (3).

A centrifugal clutch according to claim 1 wherein: three sliding blocks (4) are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate (2) along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, three first threaded columns (2-1) are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate (2) along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, and each first threaded column (2-1) is positioned in the middle of two adjacent sliding blocks (4); a second threaded column (2-3) fixedly connected with an engine is arranged at the center of the upper surface of the upper driving circular ring plate (2); second connecting holes (3-2) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the two first threaded columns (2-1), on the lower driving circular ring plate (3); and a second through hole (3-3) for mounting a screw at the second threaded column (2-3) is formed in the center of the lower driving circular ring plate (3).

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a clutch, and more particularly, to a centrifugal clutch.

Background

The existing centrifugal clutch transmits torque by friction force, and the basic structure of the existing centrifugal clutch consists of three elements: the centrifugal device comprises a driving part, a centrifugal body and a driven part. The centrifugal body is arranged on the driving part in a sliding way, and the driving part is driven by the prime motor to rotate and accelerate so as to throw the centrifugal body out in the radial direction. When the driving part reaches a specified angular speed, the thrown centrifugal body is pressed against the inner wall of the driven part, the driven part is forced to enter a motion state by friction force to transmit torque, and the driven part of the clutch can be connected with a load directly or through a belt pulley and other mechanisms. Centrifugal clutches have several features not found in other clutches and are therefore widely used in industry. A typical application of the small-sized engine includes a small-sized engine mainly driving a working device such as a brush cutter, and a structure for mounting the small-sized engine in the brush cutter can be seen in chinese patent No. zl201510547624. The existing centrifugal clutch is often scrapped due to spring breakage in the using process, so that the service life is influenced, and in addition, the concentric problem needs to be considered in the assembling process of the existing centrifugal clutch, so that the installation requirement is high, and the installation is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

1. Technical problem to be solved by the invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides the centrifugal clutch, and by adopting the technical scheme, the centrifugal clutch is simple in structure, ingenious in design and long in service life, and the assembly requirement is reduced.

2. Technical scheme

the centrifugal clutch comprises a clutch outer cover and a centrifugal assembly, wherein the centrifugal assembly is arranged in the clutch outer cover and comprises an upper driving circular ring plate and a lower driving circular ring plate, the upper driving circular ring plate is driven by the driving force of an engine to rotate together, the lower driving circular ring plate is fixedly connected with the upper driving circular ring plate, and at least two sliding blocks arranged along the radial direction are uniformly distributed between the upper driving circular ring plate and the lower driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction; the inner side surface of each sliding block is recessed inwards to form a pressure spring mounting groove; each sliding block is correspondingly provided with a centrifugal block; the centrifugal block is provided with an arc surface which is in friction contact with the inner cylinder surface of the clutch outer cover and a sliding groove which is in relative sliding connection with the sliding block along the radial direction, and after the centrifugal block and the sliding block are connected in a mode that the sliding groove is sleeved outside the sliding block, the pressure spring is compressed between the bottom wall of the pressure spring mounting groove and the side surface of the sliding groove along the radial direction.

Furthermore, four sliding blocks are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, two first threaded columns are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, and each first threaded column is positioned in the middle of two adjacent sliding blocks; two first connecting holes for being fixedly connected with an engine are uniformly distributed on the upper driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, and each first connecting hole is positioned in the middle of the two sliding blocks; the positions of the lower driving circular ring plate corresponding to the two first connecting holes are respectively provided with a first through hole for mounting a screw at the first connecting hole; and the positions of the lower driving circular ring plate corresponding to the two first threaded columns are provided with second connecting holes.

Furthermore, two sliding blocks are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, two first threaded columns are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, and each first threaded column is positioned in the middle of two adjacent sliding blocks; a second threaded column fixedly connected with an engine is arranged at the center of the upper surface of the upper driving circular ring plate; second connecting holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the two first threaded columns, of the lower driving circular ring plate; and a second through hole for mounting a screw at the second threaded column is formed in the center of the lower driving circular ring plate.

Furthermore, three sliding blocks are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, three first threaded columns are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the upper driving circular ring plate, and each first threaded column is positioned in the middle of two adjacent sliding blocks; a second threaded column fixedly connected with an engine is arranged at the center of the upper surface of the upper driving circular ring plate; second connecting holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the two first threaded columns, of the lower driving circular ring plate; and a second through hole for mounting a screw at the second threaded column is formed in the center of the lower driving circular ring plate.

Furthermore, chamfers matched with the conical screw heads on the screws are arranged on the lower edges of the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole.

Furthermore, a plurality of lightening holes are uniformly distributed on the lower driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the lower driving circular ring plate.

Furthermore, the centrifugal block is made of metal materials.

3. Advantageous effects

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the centrifugal clutch of the invention is characterized in that the centrifugal block is sleeved outside the sliding block in a sliding way through the sliding chute, and the pressure spring is compressed between the bottom wall of the pressure spring mounting groove and the side surface of the sliding chute along the radial direction, so that the centrifugal block slides to the innermost side along the radial direction in the initial state, when the upper driving circular plate is driven to rotate together under the driving force of an engine and the required angular speed is reached, the tendency that the centrifugal block slides to the circle center along the radial direction under the action of the pressure spring, namely the centrifugal block is thrown out, the arc surface of the thrown-out centrifugal body is pressed with the inner cylindrical surface of the clutch outer cover, the clutch outer cover is forced to rotate by friction force to transmit torque, and the pressure spring is compressed in the torque transmission process, so that the centrifugal clutch is different from the prior centrifugal clutch in that the spring is stretched in the torque transmission process, and the problem that the spring is not broken in the use process can, the service life of the clutch is ensured; the centrifugal block can slide along the radial direction, and the arc surface of the centrifugal body of the centrifugal block is pressed with the inner cylinder surface of the clutch outer cover after the centrifugal block is thrown out, so that the centrifugal block after being thrown out can be self-centered according to the circle center of the clutch outer cover, a clutch assembly and the clutch outer cover do not need to be arranged concentrically during assembly, and the assembly requirement is reduced;

(2) in order to ensure balance of the balance weight, the centrifugal clutch changes the number and the position of the first threaded columns according to the number of the centrifugal blocks, and also changes the number and the position of the second threaded columns or the first connecting holes for connecting with an engine;

(3) according to the centrifugal clutch, the plurality of lightening holes are uniformly distributed on the lower driving circular ring plate along the circumferential direction of the lower driving circular ring plate, so that the aim of lightening weight is fulfilled;

(4) the centrifugal block of the centrifugal clutch is made of metal materials, so that the centrifugal clutch is good in friction resistance effect and ensures the service life.
