1. A helmet basket, comprising:

a bottom surface;

a front wall fixedly disposed at a front side of the bottom surface and extending upward from the bottom surface in a vertical direction;

the rear wall is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the bottom surface and extends upwards from the bottom surface in the vertical direction;

the two side walls are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom surface respectively and extend upwards from the bottom surface in the vertical direction;

wherein the front wall, the rear wall, the two side walls and the bottom surface together form a space for placing a helmet;

the helmet basket further comprises an adaptive device disposed within the helmet basket and configured to enable securing of the helmet within the helmet basket.

2. Helmet basket according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that:

the front wall, the rear wall and the two side walls are all fixedly arranged at the edge of the bottom surface.

Technical Field

The application relates to a bicycle basket, especially relates to a but helmet bicycle basket is placed to self-adaptation.

Background

The bicycle basket is used as an indispensable part of a two-wheel bicycle body, is widely applied to the market of two-wheel bicycles, and the helmet provides necessary safety guarantee for people to go out by using riding tools. Because the helmet cannot be fixed and is easy to lose, various helmet lock types are produced in the market, and the lock-opening and lock-closing mode mainly adopts common manual lock-opening and lock-closing.

In the face of the multiplied traffic accidents, the helmet worn when the two-wheeled vehicle is ridden to go out becomes an indispensable part for protecting the self safety. However, most of the baskets of two-wheeled vehicles on the market are hard to place, are hemispherical, occupy large space, and are difficult to carry, and even if the helmets can be placed in the baskets, the helmets cannot be fixed, so that the helmets are lost, forgotten, dropped, worn and the like. The willingness of people to wear the helmet for safe trip is reduced invisibly, more riders are led to worry about that the helmet is lost and the helmet is not worn for trip because of being afraid of trouble, and great potential safety hazard is generated.

Disclosure of Invention

The inventor discovers through long-term observation and experiments that the existing helmet is hemispherical, hard in texture, large in occupied space and inconvenient to place. For the two-wheeled vehicle, the design difficulty that adds a space that can place the helmet and do not influence the ride is great.

Even if the bicycle basket is loaded in an empty position, the helmet cannot be well fixed by a large bicycle basket due to different sizes of the bicycle baskets of various types, so that the helmet is easy to drop and lose; the smaller basket also does not carry the hemispherical helmet which occupies larger space.

As shown in figure 1, the bicycle basket capable of loading the helmet is large and heavy in the market at present, the bicycle basket is not attached to the shape of the helmet, the mode of loading the helmet is a covered lock, the bicycle basket cannot adapt to different helmet sizes, cannot be fixed, and is not suitable for large-scale popularization and use.

In view of the defects in the prior art, the self-adaptive bicycle basket for placing the helmet is innovative and invented under the condition that the size of a common bicycle basket is not increased through the drilling and the research on the bicycle basket and the helmet aiming at the problem that the helmet can be placed only when the bicycle basket is large enough at present, the helmet type capable of being self-adaptive to various shapes is designed, the helmet is stably placed, the problem that the existing helmet is inconvenient to place is solved, and the dilemma that the helmet is difficult to place due to the fact that the size of the bicycle basket is not uniform is met.

The application provides a helmet basket, includes: a bottom surface; the front wall is fixedly arranged on the front side of the bottom surface and extends upwards from the bottom surface in the vertical direction; the rear wall is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the bottom surface and extends upwards from the bottom surface in the vertical direction; the two side walls are respectively fixedly arranged at the left side and the right side of the bottom surface and extend upwards from the bottom surface in the vertical direction; wherein the front wall, the rear wall, the two side walls and the bottom surface together form a space for placing a helmet; the helmet basket further comprises an adaptive device disposed within the helmet basket and configured to secure a helmet within the helmet basket.

Detailed Description

The priority of the chinese patent application entitled "vehicle with helmet control and control method and helmet, helmet basket and helmet lock" filed under the application number "202010491785.2" is claimed and is incorporated herein in its entirety as part of the present specification.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. The present application may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the present application is not limited to only the embodiments set forth herein. All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.

Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of one embodiment of a helmet basket 200 of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the helmet basket 200 includes a bottom surface 210, a front wall 220, a rear wall 230, and two side walls 240. The front wall 220 is fixedly disposed at a front side of the bottom surface 210 and extends upward from the bottom surface 210 in a vertical direction. The rear wall 230 is fixedly disposed at a rear side of the bottom surface 210 and extends upward from the bottom surface 210 in a vertical direction. The two sidewalls 240 are respectively fixedly disposed at left and right opposite sides of the bottom surface 210, and extend upward from the bottom surface 210 in a vertical direction. The front wall 220, the rear wall 230, the two side walls 240 and the bottom surface 210 together form an upwardly open space for placing a helmet. In this embodiment, the front wall 220, the rear wall 230, and the two side walls 240 are disposed at the edge of the bottom surface 210, and a space for placing the helmet is formed around the front, rear, left, and right directions along the edge of the bottom surface 210.

In some embodiments, the front wall 220 is inwardly angled. Most helmets do not have a perfectly spherical front end, but rather have some outwardly convex, sloped or extending portions (e.g., a brim, etc.). At the front end of helmet basket 200, the inward slight slope of antetheca 220, the state of the protrusion, slope or the extension of helmet front end that can more laminate to it is better to the wrapping up nature of helmet or other placing objects, can effectively reduce to rock, avoids dropping or throws away.

The rear wall 230 is fixedly mounted on the vehicle and can be fixed on the vehicle by various connection methods such as welding, riveting, clamping, and screws. In some embodiments, the rear wall 230 may be mounted below the front side of the handlebar so that the helmet basket 200 is both easy to view and does not interfere with riding.

The bottom surface 210 may be of various shapes. In some embodiments, the bottom surface 210 may be oval, egg-shaped, or rectangular with rounded corners, which are not protruded compared to the prior art of a generally square pannier, and which are more fitted to a generally spherical helmet, and which are more conformable to the shape of the helmet in terms of appearance, thus saving more space and being less prone to scratches or scratches.

In some embodiments, the bottom surface 210 may be inclined obliquely downward in a direction from back to front, i.e., the end near the front wall 220 is lower than the end near the rear wall 230, similar to a slope inclined obliquely downward forward. The slope of the bottom surface 210 is designed to make the helmet basket 200 have a slope shape, and the proper slope is more beneficial for placing the helmet.

The helmet basket 200 also includes an adaptive device. The adaptive device is disposed in the helmet basket 200, and can fix the helmet in the helmet basket 200, for fixing the helmet placed in the helmet basket 200.

In this embodiment, the adaptive means may comprise a spring plate 250. The resilient tab 250 may be mounted on the rear wall 230 and/or the side wall 240. Both ends of the elastic sheet 250 are respectively fixed on the rear wall 230 and/or the side wall 240 in the vertical direction, and the middle of the elastic sheet 250 bulges towards the inside of the helmet basket 200. The elastic sheet 250 is made of an elastic material, and the bulged middle part of the elastic sheet 250 can be deformed when being pressed, so that the bulging degree is correspondingly reduced. The side of the resilient tab 250 facing the inside of the helmet basket 200 has a smooth surface to facilitate contact and squeezing with the outer surface of the helmet.

When the helmet is placed, the arc-shaped outer surface of the helmet contacts and presses the elastic sheet 250, so that the bulged middle part of the elastic sheet 250 deforms and accordingly the bulged degree is reduced, and the helmet can be placed into the helmet basket 200 along with the reduction of the bulged degree of the elastic sheet 250. After the helmet is placed in the helmet basket 200, the arc-shaped outer surface of the helmet is in contact with the elastic sheet 250, and the elastic restoring force of the elastic sheet 250 can prop against the helmet, so that the helmet is stably fixed in the helmet basket 200.

In some embodiments, one or more resilient tabs 250 may be mounted side-by-side in a horizontal direction on the rear wall 230 and/or the side walls 240, which may provide greater and more uniform resilience and more stable fixation.

In some embodiments, the bottom surface 210 may also be provided with through holes 260 to facilitate ventilation and to avoid water accumulation. The through holes 260 may be provided near the front wall 220 and/or near the rear wall 230, corresponding to the front and rear edges of the helmet placed in the helmet basket 200. The leading and trailing edges of the helmet contact the bottom surface 210 and, if water accumulates, tend to wet the helmet, and the through holes 260 effectively drain away the accumulated water at these locations, thereby effectively preventing the helmet from being wetted. The through holes 260 may have any shape, and in this embodiment, are parallel strips, and in other embodiments, may have a ring shape, a lattice shape, or other regular or irregular shapes.

In some embodiments, the helmet basket 200 may be made using a softer and easily moldable plastic material or an iron mesh structure.

Fig. 3A and 3B are schematic structural diagrams of an embodiment of a resilient piece 250 according to the present application at different angles. As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the resilient plate 250 has a flat strip shape with a smooth surface, and has two end portions 310 and a middle portion 320 along the length direction.

The end 310 is provided with a coupling hole 311 to be fastened to the helmet basket 200 by riveting, screwing, etc. When installed, the two ends 310 are installed one above the other, so that the length direction of the striking plate 250 is arranged in a vertical direction, i.e., in the same direction as the helmet is placed. The resilient plate 250 is made of an elastic material, and the middle portion 320 swells and can be deformed correspondingly according to the pressing force.

Fig. 4A, 4B and 4C are schematic views of an embodiment of a helmet 400 according to the present application in different positions in a helmet basket 200. As shown in fig. 4A, 4B and 4C, the helmet 400 is generally hemispherical in shape with a front end 410 that projects slightly outward to form a brim and a rear end 420 that has a smooth arcuate surface. The rear wall 230 of the helmet basket 200 has a resilient tab 250 mounted thereon.

When the helmet 400 is placed, the helmet 400 is placed in the helmet basket 200 in the direction of the arrow shown in fig. 4A. The front end 410 of the helmet 400 is placed into the angled space formed by the inward tilt of the front wall 220, and then the rear end 420 of the helmet 400 is placed.

As shown in fig. 4B, the rear end 420 of the helmet 400 contacts the resilient plate 250, and a downward pressure is applied to the helmet 400, so that the rear end 420 of the helmet 400 presses the resilient plate 250, the resilient plate 250 is elastically deformed, and the swelling degree of the resilient plate 250 is reduced, so that the helmet 400 moves downward and is placed in the helmet basket 200.

As shown in fig. 4C, after the helmet 400 is placed in the helmet basket 200, the rear end 420 maintains contact with the resilient piece 250. The elastic pieces 250 are in a deformed state, and apply elastic force to the helmet 400, thereby stabilizing the helmet 400 in the helmet basket 200.

The process of taking out the helmet 400 from the helmet basket 200 corresponds to the above-described process of placing, lifting up the helmet 400, and pressing the elastic sheet 250 to deform the elastic sheet 250, thereby taking out the helmet 400 from the helmet basket 200.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of one embodiment of a helmet basket 500 of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the bottom surface of the helmet basket 500 is rectangular, and the elastic pieces 550 are disposed on the sidewalls of the helmet basket 500, and the other structures are similar to the above-described embodiment.

Fig. 6 is a schematic view of one embodiment of a helmet 400 according to the present application placed in a helmet basket 600. As shown in fig. 6, the helmet basket 600 has a resilient piece 650 provided on a sidewall thereof. When the helmet 400 is put in, the side of the helmet 400 is in contact with the elastic pieces 650, and the helmet 400 is put in by pressing the elastic pieces 650. After insertion, the elastic pieces 650 apply elastic force to the sides of the helmet 400 to stabilize the helmet 400 in the helmet basket 600. In some embodiments, the elastic pieces 650 may be respectively disposed at both sidewalls of the helmet basket 600, so that an inward elastic force can be applied to the helmet 400 from both sidewalls, which may further improve stability.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a clamp 700 of the present application. In some embodiments, the adaptive means may comprise a clamp 700. The clamp 700 includes a bottom plate 710, and a mounting hole 711 is formed in the bottom plate 710, through which the clamp 700 can be mounted on the bottom surface of the helmet basket 200, 500, 600.

The clamp 700 further includes two clips 720 extending upward from opposite sides of the base 710 and inclined toward each other. The clips 720 are made of a resilient material and have a curved arc, and each clip 720 has at least one curved portion 722 that protrudes toward the other clip 720.

In the initial state, the two clips 720 are not in contact with each other, a certain gap is left between the two clips, and the gap at the bent portion 722 is the smallest. When an object enters the gap between the two clips 720, it can be inserted by squeezing the clips 720 apart. The squeezed apart clips 720 generate an inward elastic force that can grip the inserted object.

In some embodiments, the clamp 700 may be mounted on the bottom surface near the rear wall and/or the side walls of the helmet basket 200, 500, 600, and the rim of the helmet may be inserted into the clamp 700 when the helmet is placed in the helmet basket, thereby being fixed by the clamp 700.

In some embodiments, the fixed helmet bicycle basket of self-adaptation of this application adopts oval design from the appearance, is different from common square on the market, and the square bicycle basket of fillet has evaded that ordinary bicycle basket corner is outstanding when placing the helmet, and the drawback that does not agree with circular helmet shape is followed the helmet shape of laminating more in the appearance, has satisfied the demand is placed to the overwhelming helmet on the market.

The design reference source of the bicycle basket is derived from the shape of an electric cooker, and the shape of the electric cooker is similar to that of a helmet, so that the design of the electric cooker is used as the inspiration of the bicycle basket. In order to better fit the habit of placing the helmet by people, the front end of the bicycle basket is subjected to deformation design, the front end of the bicycle basket is inclined inwards slightly, the bicycle basket is more fit with the inclined state of the front end of the helmet, and the helmet can be placed or the article can be placed to achieve good wrapping performance, so that the object is prevented from falling.

The basket material is made into a round basket by using a soft plastic material or an iron net structure which is easy to shape.

The helmet mode is fixed in the self-adaptation of bicycle basket of this application, has then adopted simple spring leaf device, is fixed in the bicycle basket edge, and both sides are fixed, and the centre is bloated, and the spring leaf can compress when the helmet is put into promptly, and the soft material makes it change and warp, can not make the helmet scrape the damage when placing the helmet, has played fine regulating action to the space size of bicycle basket. The function of fixing the helmet is ensured, and the space of the existing bicycle basket can be utilized as much as possible. The self-adaptive elastic space is compatible with various helmet shapes with different sizes in the market.

In some embodiments, the adaptive fixed helmet pannier of the present application is semi-circular in appearance, is made of a material that is easily moldable, and can be made of plastic or iron. The iron spring piece is arranged on the inner side of the bicycle basket close to the bicycle handle, and can be adjusted according to the size of the helmet when the helmet is placed. The integral bicycle basket is different from the traditional square shape in shape, and the slope design is adopted at the bottom, so that the integral bicycle basket is in a slope shape, and the helmet can be placed conveniently by the proper slope. The operation process is as follows:

(1) when the helmet is put into the bicycle, the helmet is put into the bicycle basket in a mode that the front end of the helmet faces downwards;

(2) the top of the front end of the helmet is taken as a fulcrum, and the clamping is clamped into a clamping groove which is designed by the way that a bicycle basket is attached to the gradient of the helmet

(3) The rear end is pressed to the bottom, and after passing through the protruding spring piece, the helmet can be fixed at the bottom, so that the helmet is stably placed in the bicycle basket.
