Background

When the cigarette packaging machine is used for high-speed production, the cigarette inlet feeding speed is very high, taking a cigarette packaging machine with the model ZB48 as an example, the cigarette inlet feeding speed reaches 16000 cigarettes/min at most, the cigarette demand is large, when the equipment is in failure or the speed of auxiliary material splicing is reduced, the demand is reduced to thousands of cigarettes per minute, the feeding speed is increased to the highest speed within a few seconds after the failure is eliminated, and the equipment is accelerated and decelerated frequently. The operational property of the packing machine puts high demands on the control of cigarette feeding speed, and ensures that the feeding at high speed is continuous and the cigarette layer is not blocked when the speed is reduced.

At present, the cigarette mouth thickness detects the in-process under the packagine machine only through three photoelectric sensor, consequently can only provide high, medium, low three kinds of cigarette layer thickness, and the structure is simple and crude, and control is too simple, frequently causes the cigarette layer thickness disorder, and cigarette supplies often and supplies or blocks up, seriously influences packagine machine normal operating, draws low equipment effective operation rate.

Therefore, a method for detecting the thickness of the cigarette layer at the lower cigarette opening of the cigarette packaging machine is needed.

The invention provides a method for detecting the thickness of a cigarette layer at a lower cigarette opening of a cigarette packaging machine, which comprises the following steps:

placing a detection pressing plate above the cigarette layer;

when the cigarette layer passes through the detection pressing plate, the inclination degree of the detection pressing plate changes along with the change of the thickness of the cigarette layer;

synchronously transmitting the change of the inclination degree of the detection pressure plate to an angle sensor through a gear transmission assembly;

and obtaining the real-time height of the smoke layer according to the angle signal acquired by the angle sensor.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for detecting a thickness of a lower mouth cigarette layer of a cigarette packaging machine, which is implemented based on a device for detecting a thickness of a lower mouth cigarette layer of a cigarette packaging machine, which is disposed on a connection device between a cigarette making machine and a packaging machine, and as shown in fig. 2, the device for detecting a thickness of a lower mouth cigarette layer of a cigarette packaging machine includes a detection pressing plate 9, a gear transmission assembly 4, an angle sensor 6, and a controller (not shown), wherein the detection pressing plate 9 is disposed above a cigarette layer 12, one end of the gear transmission assembly 4 is connected to the detection pressing plate 9, the other end is connected to the angle sensor 6, and the controller is connected to the angle sensor 6.

The cigarette packaging machine is, for example, ZB48, and the connecting device is, for example, YF 17.
