Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of natural polymers, and also belongs to the fields of chemistry and chemical engineering, agriculture and environmental engineering, and particularly relates to a recycling method of a waste viscose film.

Background

Cellophane is a common adhesive film. The wood pulp or cotton pulp is made into solution by alkalization, squeezing, crushing, aging and yellowing, then dissolved in NaOH solution, the solution is made into solution, after ripening, impurity removal and deaeration, the solution is extruded into coagulating bath through long and narrow slits in a film drawing machine to regenerate cellulose film, and then the cellophane is made through drafting, water washing, desulfurization, bleaching, desalination, plasticization and drying. The drying process after the high-power drafting of the cellulose film is very easy to cause the curling and thickening of the two edges of the film, the film at the two edges is generally cut off and discarded to ensure the quality of the product, and the waste viscose films are treated, so that the capital investment of a viscose factory is additionally increased, and the waste of available resources is also caused.

The waste adhesive film can not be dissolved by an adhesive method, which causes the waste of the partial resources and the production cost increase of the adhesive factory caused by the waste treatment. Therefore, the development of a recycling technology of the waste adhesive film is of great significance to adhesive factories.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for recycling waste viscose films, which comprises the steps of cutting, drying, opening, soaking, stirring and dissolving the waste viscose films to prepare a cellulose solution, and preparing regenerated cellulose fibers by a wet spinning technology. The invention has simple process, low cost, environmental protection and no pollution.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a method for recycling waste adhesive films comprises the following steps:

s1, cutting the waste adhesive film;

s2, placing the cut waste viscose film obtained in the step S1 in an oven for drying;

s3, opening the dried waste viscose film obtained in the step S2 through a stirrer;

s4, immersing the opened waste viscose film obtained in the step S3 into NaOH solution at a certain temperature;

s5, stirring the alkaline leaching waste adhesive film obtained in the step S4 by a stirrer to dissolve the waste adhesive film to obtain a cellulose solution;

and S6, defoaming the fiber solution obtained in the step S5, and regenerating the fiber solution by a wet spinning technology to obtain the cellulose fiber.

As a further limitation of the above solution, in step S1, the waste adhesive film is leftover material and/or adhesive film waste material in the cellulose film production process.

As a further limitation of the above scheme, in step S2, the drying temperature is 40-100 ℃, and the drying time is 0.1-24 h.

As a further limitation of the above scheme, in step S4, the NaOH solution has a mass percentage concentration of 5 to 13%.

As a further limitation of the above scheme, in step S4, the temperature of the NaOH solution is-2 to 15 ℃, and the soaking time is 0.5 to 24 hours.

As a further limitation of the above scheme, in step S4, the ratio of the used adhesive film to the NaOH solution is 2: 98-10: 90.

As a further limitation of the above aspect, in step S5, the concentration of the cellulose solution is 1 to 10%.

As a further limitation of the above scheme, in step S6, the wet spinning technique employs H2SO4/Na2SO4The solution was used as a coagulation bath.

As a further limitation of the above aspect, in step S6, H is added to the coagulation bath solution2SO4The mass percentage concentration of the organic silicon compound is 5-20 wt%; na (Na)2SO4The mass percentage concentration of (B) is 5-15 wt%.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the method successfully dissolves the industrial waste viscose film, solves the problem that the viscose factory cannot dissolve the waste viscose film, is beneficial to reducing the production cost of the viscose factory and simultaneously avoids the waste of available resources.

(2) The invention has the advantages of simple process, low energy consumption, no pollution and the like. The waste viscose film is cut, dried, opened, soaked and stirred to dissolve to obtain cellulose solution, and compared with available viscose process, the process is simple and low in power consumption. Meanwhile, the adopted solvent NaOH is low in price, non-toxic and harmless and is widely applied to industrial production, so that the solvent recovery technology is mature, high in safety and free of pollution.

(3) The cellulose solution prepared by the invention has similar components to the cellulose solution prepared by the industrial viscose method, and the wet spinning coagulating bath is the same as the viscose method (both are H)2SO4/Na2SO4Coagulation bath). Therefore, the technology can be directly applied to the existing viscose production line, is beneficial to reducing the production cost of a viscose factory, is beneficial to the rapid industrialization of the method, and has wider market application prospect.
