Cross Reference to Related Applications

This application claims the benefit of priority from korean patent application No. 10-2018-.

Background

As concerns about environment and safety have increased greatly in daily life such as home work, including various technical fields such as food industry, electronic industry and medical field, a demand for gloves for protecting hands has increased, and thus, the market for rubber gloves has also increased greatly.

In the increasingly competitive market for rubber gloves, in order to cope with diversification of glove use and strengthening environmental regulations, demand for differentiated products emphasizing specificity is increasing, rather than inexpensive general-purpose products.

However, the use of conventional natural rubber gloves for medical use is limited, and it is known that natural rubber gloves have allergens such as proteins contained in natural rubber, and the demand for nitrile rubber which can be applied with good quality in various uses and does not contain allergens has increased as compared to natural rubber gloves.

Since nitrile rubber can be applied with various qualities as compared with natural rubber gloves, the use of gloves is classified into the use for thin gloves, industrial use, environment-friendly use, and the like, in addition to soft medical gloves which replace natural rubber gloves.

However, although a latex for gloves having excellent physical properties such as strength and chemical resistance has been developed in order to cope with diversification of glove use, the excellent physical properties and manufacturing workability of gloves have a trade-off relationship, and thus, flow mark properties and syneresis properties are deteriorated, so that productivity of manufacturers is lowered.

Accordingly, there is a need to develop a technology that simultaneously satisfies both the processability during glove manufacturing and the physical properties of gloves manufactured therefrom.
