the wrenching part protrudes out of the wrench part and is hinged with the wrench part through a torsion spring part,

The invention fully considers the structural strength and the stress characteristics of the scooter, utilizes the spanner structure to abut against the upper rod piece and the lower rod piece, effectively improves the reliability of limiting, and realizes the effective limiting of the folding body. When the folding wrench is required, the wrenching part is pressed, so that the limiting part can overcome the elasticity of the torsion spring part, the hook-shaped part at the other end part is driven to be separated from the limiting concave part, the limiting of the wrench part is released, and the wrench part can rotate;

after the spanner piece is opened, continue to push down spanner piece, the linkage portion that is located spanner piece lower extreme can be inconsistent with the lower tip of locking body, realizes the locking body to the unblock of sliding piece, removes down the spacing of member and last member, realizes the folding of scooter.

According to the invention, the wrench piece can be broken only after the limiting piece is pressed in place, so that the condition that the folding structure is mistakenly unlocked due to mistaken collision of the wrench piece can be effectively avoided, and the safety of the folding structure of the scooter is further improved by matching with a sliding locking structure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

through continuous exploration and tests, the locking body with the hook portion and the sliding-in piece with the protruding portion are arranged, when the sliding-in piece is driven to rotate by the second folding body, the protruding portion can slide into the limited range of the hook portion, positioning of the second folding body on the first folding body is completed, the second folding body can be effectively prevented from suddenly falling off no matter when the second folding body needs to be folded or unfolded, and safety is high.

Furthermore, the automatic locking of the folding mechanism can be realized by utilizing the sliding locking structure, so that the labor and the time are saved, the locking failure is not needed to be worried about, and the folding mechanism is stable and reliable.

Furthermore, the existing wrench part scheme is combined, so that the scooter is particularly suitable for being applied to a folding structure of the scooter, the upper rod piece with the head is ensured to be limited by the old rod piece at the moment when the wrench part of the scooter is opened from a locking state, the upper rod piece cannot fall off, the user is effectively prevented from being injured by crashing, and the scooter is safe and reliable; when needs expand, hold up the last member that has the locomotive, just can realize assembling the automatic locking of the last member of locomotive, then the user has sufficient time to pull spanner spare and lock the scooter once more, does not have the potential safety hazard of falling, and the scheme is simple and practical, feasible.

a folding mechanism comprises a first folding body 1 and a second folding body 2 which is rotatably connected with the end part of the first folding body 1.

One side of the first folding body 1 and one side of the second folding body 2 are hinged through a rotating shaft, and the other side of the first folding body and the second folding body are provided with a sliding locking structure 3.

The slide locking structure 3, which is used to keep the first folding body 1 and the second folding body in a locked state, includes a locking body 31 having a hook portion 311, and a slide-in member 32 having a protrusion portion 321.

The locking body 31 is hinged with the first folding body 1, and the locking body 31 is limited by an elastic piece 51, so that the locking body 31 keeps abutting against the sliding piece 32; the slide-in member 32 is fixed to the second folded body 2.

When the second folding body 2 drives the sliding-in member 32 to rotate, the second folding body 2 abuts against the locking body 31, so that the locking body 31 overcomes the limiting force of the elastic member 51, and the protrusion 321 slides into the limiting cavity 314 of the hook 311, that is, within the limiting range, the positioning of the sliding-in member 32 by the locking body 31 is completed, and the locking of the second folding body 2 on the first folding body 1 is realized.

Through continuous search and test, the locking body 31 with the hook part 311 and the sliding-in piece 32 with the protrusion part 321 are arranged, when the sliding-in piece 32 is driven by the second folding body 2 to rotate, the protrusion part 321 can slide into the limited range of the hook part 311, the positioning of the second folding body 2 on the first folding body 1 is completed, and the second folding body 2 can be effectively prevented from suddenly falling off no matter when the folding body is required or when the unfolding body is required, so that the safety is high.

Furthermore, the automatic locking of the folding mechanism can be realized by utilizing the sliding locking structure 3, so that the labor and the time are saved, the locking failure is not needed to be worried, and the folding mechanism is stable and reliable.

The invention discloses a specific embodiment of the structure of a locking body 31:

the locking body 31 is provided with a pin hole 316, a limit protrusion 313 and a pressing part 312.

The pin hole 316 is connected to a pin 4, and is rotatably connected to the support 5 through the pin 4.

The limit protrusion 313 can be abutted against the wall surface of the first folding body 1 to limit the rotation range of the locking body 31.

The pressing portion 312 extends along the length direction and is exposed outside the assembling cavity of the support 5, so that a user can pull the pressing portion 312 of the locking body 31 conveniently to unlock the sliding-in member 32 by the locking body 31.

The hook 311 is obliquely arranged, and one end of the hook, which is close to the protrusion 321, is lower than one end of the hook, which is far from the protrusion 321, so that the protrusion 321 slides into the limiting cavity of the locking body 31 from the upper wall surface of the hook 311;

the outer edge of the hook 311 is an arcuate surface 315 to facilitate sliding of the projection 321.

One embodiment of the structure of the protrusion 321 of the present invention:

the slide-in member 32 is shown as a ring structure, which is sleeved with the second folded body 2; or the slide-in member 32 is a block structure, which is fixedly connected with the second folding body 2; or the slide-in member 32 is an arc-shaped structure and is fixedly connected with the second folding body 2; the protrusion 321 is a block, and the edge of the protrusion 321 is provided with a chamfer 322 to further facilitate the protrusion 321 to slide on the upper wall surface of the hook 311.

As shown in fig. 10, a specific embodiment of the wrench member 6 of the present invention is added:

a spanner piece 6 is arranged on the outer side of the sliding locking structure 3;

one end of the wrench piece 6 is hinged with the first folding body 1, and the other end of the wrench piece can be hooked with the second folding body 2, so that multiple locking of the folding mechanism is realized.

The wrench piece 6 is hinged on the support 5 and is provided with a linkage part 61 which can be abutted against the locking body 31;

when the key member 6 is opened, the key member 6 is further pressed down, and the interlocking portion 61 located at the lower end of the key member 6 can abut against the lower end portion of the locking body 31, thereby unlocking the slide-in member 32 by the locking body 31.

The second folding body 2 is provided with a limiting concave part 8 for matching with the wrench piece 6 to lock;

the wrench piece 6 extends from the hinged position to the limiting concave part 8 in the arrangement direction and can be abutted against the second folding body 2 to realize the locking of the first folding body 1 and the second folding body 2;

the wrench part 6 is hinged with a limiting part 7 at the position adjacent to the limiting concave part 8;

the limiting piece 7 extends towards the sinking direction of the limiting concave part 8, one end of the limiting piece is provided with a pulling part 71 which is convenient to press, and the other end of the limiting piece is provided with a hook-shaped part 72 which is used for hooking the limiting concave part 8;

the wrenching part 71 protrudes from the wrench member 6 and is hinged with the wrench member 6 through a torsion spring,

the torsion spring piece driving hook-shaped part 72 keeps hooked on the limiting concave part 8, so that the limitation of the wrench piece 6 is realized;

the wrench part 6 is provided with a roller part which can be abutted against the second folding body 2;

the second folding body 2 is provided with a concave structure matched with the roller piece;

the two ends of the concave part structure are high, and the middle of the concave part structure is low, so that a limiting space is formed;

the roller element can slide into the central depression of the recess structure, realizing multiple limiting of the wrench element 6.

The invention fully considers the structural strength and the stress characteristics of the folding mechanism, utilizes the integral structure of the wrench part to abut against the first folding body and the second folding body, effectively improves the reliability of limiting, and realizes the effective limiting of the folding bodies.

When the folding is needed, the wrenching part 71 is pressed, so that the limiting piece 7 can overcome the elasticity of the torsion spring piece, the hook-shaped part 72 at the other end is driven to be separated from the limiting concave part 8, the limiting of the wrench piece 6 is released, and the wrench piece 6 can rotate;

after the wrench member 6 is opened, the wrench member 6 is continuously pressed down, the linkage part 61 at the lower end of the wrench member 6 can be abutted against the lower end part of the locking body 31, so that the locking body 31 unlocks the sliding piece 32, the limit of the first folding body 1 and the second folding body 2 is released, and the folding of the scooter is realized.

When folding is required, the pulling portion 71 is pressed so that the stopper 7 can overcome the elastic force of the torsion spring, and the hook portion 72 at the other end is driven to disengage from the stopper recess 8, thereby releasing the locking of the pulling member 6, and further the pulling member 6 can be rotated, thereby releasing the double locking of the first folding body 1 and the second folding body 2, and further, after the locking of the slide lock mechanism 3 is released, folding of the folding mechanism is realized.

Meanwhile, the wrench piece 6 can be broken only after the limiting piece 7 is pressed in place, so that the condition that the folding structure is unlocked by mistake due to mistaken collision of the wrench piece 6 can be effectively avoided, and the safety of the folding structure is further improved.

The best embodiment of the invention is as follows:

The folding mechanism is provided with the locking body 31 with the hook part 311 and the sliding-in piece 32 with the protrusion part 321, when the sliding-in piece 32 is driven by the second folding body 2 to rotate, the protrusion part 321 can slide into the limit range of the hook part 311, the positioning of the second folding body 2 on the first folding body 1 is completed, and the second folding body 2 can be effectively prevented from suddenly falling off no matter when the folding mechanism needs to be folded or unfolded, so that the safety is high.

The invention can realize the automatic locking of the folding mechanism by utilizing the sliding locking structure 3, saves trouble and labor, does not need to worry about locking failure, and is stable and reliable.

The folding mechanism is particularly suitable for being applied to a folding structure of a scooter, ensures that an upper rod piece with a head is limited by the old time at the moment when a wrench piece 6 of the scooter is opened from a locking state, cannot fall off, effectively avoids crushing a user, and is safe and reliable; when needs expand, hold up last member 12 that has the locomotive, just can realize assembling the automatic locking of the last member of locomotive, then the user has sufficient time to pull spanner piece 6 and lock the scooter once more, does not have the potential safety hazard of falling, and the scheme is simple and practical, feasible.

As shown in fig. 11 to 12, a scooter of the present invention applied thereto:

a foldable scooter, which is provided with a scooter body,

comprises pedals 9 for people to step on, wheels 10 assembled adjacent to the pedals 9, a folding mechanism and a vehicle head 13 positioned at the upper end of the folding mechanism;

the first folding body 1 is a lower rod piece 11 assembled above the pedal 9;

the second folding body 2 is an upper rod piece 12 assembled below the vehicle head 13;

the lower rod piece 11 is hinged with a wrench piece 6, and the upper rod piece 12 is provided with a limiting concave part 8 for matching with the wrench piece 6 to lock;

the handle that is used for adjusting the scooter direction is assembled to locomotive 13 upper end.

When folding is needed, the wrench piece 6 is opened, and one locking of the upper rod piece 12 and the lower rod piece 11 is released;

the lower end part of the locking body 31 is pressed, so that the sliding-in piece 32 is separated from the limit of the locking body 31, the double locking of the upper rod piece 12 and the lower rod piece 11 is released, and the upper rod piece 12 and the lower rod piece 11 are folded;

Furthermore, the invention can ensure that the upper rod piece 12 with the head 13 and the lower rod piece 11 are limited by the old time at the moment when the wrench piece 6 of the scooter is opened from the locking state, and the upper rod piece 12 can be effectively prevented from injuring a user, thereby being safe and reliable; when the scooter need expand, hold up last member 12 that has locomotive 13, just can realize assembling the automatic locking of last member 12 of locomotive 13, the user has sufficient time to pull wrench spare 6 and lock the scooter once more, does not have the potential safety hazard of falling, and the scheme is simple and practical, feasible.

One specific embodiment of multiple locking of the present invention:

the wrench piece 6 extends from the hinged position to the limiting concave part 8 in the arrangement direction and can be abutted against the upper rod piece 12 to realize the locking of the lower rod piece 11 and the upper rod piece 12;

the two ends of the concave structure 21 are high, and the middle of the concave structure is low, so that a limiting space is formed;

said roller element 62 can slide into the central recess of the recess arrangement 21, achieving a double limitation of the key element 6.

The structure strength and the stress characteristic of the scooter are fully considered, the wrench structure is utilized to abut against the upper rod piece 12 and the lower rod piece 11, the limiting reliability is effectively improved, and the effective limiting of the folding body is realized.

according to the invention, the wrench piece 6 can be broken only after the limiting piece 7 is pressed in place, so that the situation of mistaken unlocking of the folding structure caused by mistaken collision of the wrench piece 6 can be effectively avoided, and the safety of the folding structure of the scooter is further improved by matching with the sliding locking structure 3.

The structure of the limiting member 7 and the limiting recess 8 of the present invention can ensure that the wrench member 6 is opened by mistake before the wrench member 6 is opened, so that the second folded body 2 can be reliably erected on the first folded body 1.

The slide lock structure 3 of the present invention can ensure that the second folded body 2 remains erected on the first folded body 1 after the key member 6 is opened.

The invention is provided with two limiting structures, namely a front limiting structure and a rear limiting structure, so that the folding structure and the scooter can be suitable for various life scenes, and the use is safe and reliable.

The limiting concave part 8 is of a groove structure or a through hole or a local edge convex structure.

In the application, the fixing mode can be a screw joint, a welding mode, a riveting mode, an inserting mode or a connection mode through a third component.
