1. An anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape with a clear display effect is characterized by comprising:

a substrate layer which is a plastic sheet;

the character-shaped layer is a character pattern, a pattern or a mark, is printed or coated on the back surface of the substrate layer, and a character-shaped gap is formed between the character pattern, the pattern or the mark of the character-shaped layer and the substrate layer;

the first color ink layer is arranged on one surface of the character-shaped layer, which is far away from the substrate layer, and on the character-shaped gap of the substrate layer;

the blocking layer is arranged on one surface of the first color ink layer, which is far away from the substrate layer;

the second ink layer is arranged on one surface of the barrier layer, which is far away from the substrate layer;

the adhesive layer is arranged on one surface of the second ink layer, which is far away from the substrate layer;

wherein, the adhesive force between the barrier layer and the second ink layer of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape is smaller than that between the following layers: the adhesive force between the substrate layer and the character-shaped layer, the adhesive force between the substrate layer and the first color ink layer, the adhesive force between the character-shaped layer and the first color ink layer, the adhesive force between the first color ink layer and the barrier layer, and the adhesive force between the second color ink layer and the adhesive layer.

2. The anti-counterfeit adhesive tape with clear display effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first color ink layer forms a recess gap with a width smaller than that of the font gap.

3. The TAB with clear display effect according to claim 2, wherein the barrier layer forms the recess gap on the first color ink layer into a final recess gap with a smaller width than the recess gap.

4. The TAB with clear display effect according to claim 3, wherein the second ink layer fills up the final gap between the recesses of the barrier layer, and forms a convex second ink layer protrusion on the second ink layer opposite to the final gap between the recesses.

5. The anti-counterfeit adhesive tape with clear display effect of claim 1, wherein the font void comprises at least a first region and a second region, and the first color ink layer covers the first region.

6. The anti-counterfeit adhesive tape with clear display effect as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second ink layer is coated on the barrier layer corresponding to the whole or partial area of the second area.

7. A tamper-evident tape as claimed in claim 4, wherein the tape forms a top recess gap between the layers after being peeled off.

8. The anti-counterfeit tape with clear display effect as claimed in claim 7, wherein the anti-counterfeit tape after being torn off forms a gap of a concave portion in the gap of the convex portion of the second ink layer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an adhesive tape structure, in particular to an anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape which can resist acid-base solution or cold and heat and protect the sealing and secrecy condition of the adhesive tape and has a clear display effect.

Background

At present, the sealing part of the article or document containing bag body is sealed by using adhesive tapes to prevent the sealing property, the property of the article or document containing bag body which is not desired to be viewed or the sealing state of the original factory from being unsealed, or other articles (such as tables, cabinets or boxes) are transported or packed, the articles or documents which are valuable or must be sealed are possibly contained in the tables, cabinets or boxes, and the articles or documents are sealed by using the adhesive tapes to prevent the opening or the cover body from being opened randomly or unintentionally and if the articles or documents cannot be locked by using a lock.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape with a clear display effect, which can enable the adhesive tape to form a protective property with the anti-counterfeiting effect, and is not easy to be damaged by human intention or use environment, thereby achieving the effects of clear display and safety protection in use.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an anti-counterfeit adhesive tape with a clear display effect, which can clearly display the anti-counterfeit reminding function of the removed and sealed character pattern after the adhesive tape is torn, and further has a very good perceptibility in use.

The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the purpose comprises the following steps: provided is an anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape with a clear display effect, which comprises: a substrate layer which is a plastic sheet; the character-shaped layer is a character pattern, a pattern or a mark, is printed or coated on the back surface of the substrate layer, and a character-shaped gap is formed between the character pattern, the pattern or the mark of the character-shaped layer and the substrate layer; the first color ink layer is arranged on one surface of the character-shaped layer, which is far away from the substrate layer, and on the character-shaped gap of the substrate layer; the blocking layer is arranged on one surface of the first color ink layer, which is far away from the substrate layer; the second ink layer is arranged on one surface of the barrier layer, which is far away from the substrate layer; the adhesive layer is arranged on one surface of the second ink layer, which is far away from the substrate layer; wherein, the adhesive force between the barrier layer and the second ink layer of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape is smaller than that between the following layers: the adhesive force between the substrate layer and the character-shaped layer, the adhesive force between the substrate layer and the first color ink layer, the adhesive force between the character-shaped layer and the first color ink layer, the adhesive force between the first color ink layer and the barrier layer, and the adhesive force between the second color ink layer and the adhesive layer.

Preferably, the first color ink layer forms a recess gap with a width smaller than that of the font gap.

Preferably, the blocking layer makes the recess gap on the first ink layer form a final recess gap having a smaller width than the recess gap.

Preferably, the second ink layer fills the final recess gap on the barrier layer, and forms a convex second ink layer protrusion relative to the final recess gap.

Preferably, the font gap at least comprises a first area and a second area, and the first color ink layer covers on the first area.

Preferably, the second ink layer is coated on the blocking layer in all or a partial region with respect to the second region.

Preferably, the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape forms an upper concave gap between the font layers after being torn off.

Preferably, the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape forms a gap of a concave part in the gap of the convex part of the second ink layer after being torn off.

The invention will be further described with reference to specific embodiments, and the advantages and features of the invention will become apparent as the description proceeds. These examples are illustrative only and do not limit the scope of the present invention in any way. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and that such changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Please refer to fig. 2 for explaining the anti-counterfeit tape with clear display effect of the present invention, the anti-counterfeit tape 1 of the present invention includes a substrate layer 12 made of a plastic sheet, the material of the substrate layer 12 can be PE, PU + PE, LLPE, HPE, LPE, etc., but not limited thereto, and the substrate layer 12 can also be a transparent, translucent, or colored sheet, which can be elastically set according to the use requirement, or not limited thereto; the back of the substrate layer 12 is provided with a character-shaped layer 14, the character-shaped layer 14 is printed or coated on the substrate layer 12, and the character-shaped layer 14 is formed by printing tear marks such as Chinese or English characters, patterns, marks and the like which show 'opened' on the back of the substrate layer 12 through any printing technology by using a resin material which has the same color and transparency as the substrate layer 12 and has adhesiveness with the substrate layer 12. The substrate layer 12 forms a font gap 11 between the fonts, patterns or signs of the font layer 14, that is, the fonts, patterns or signs of the font layer 14 are separated by the font gap 11, and the font gap 11 forms a recess gap (not numbered) as shown in the figure, and the depth (longitudinal direction) and the width (transverse direction) of the recess gap are equal to the depth (longitudinal direction) and the width (transverse direction) of the font gap 11.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a first color ink layer 16 is disposed on the font layer 14 and the font gap 11 on the back of the substrate layer 12, and the first color ink layer 16 may be made of colored ink; the first ink layer 16 is a substantially uniform thin layer disposed on the font gap 11, a side (back side) of the font layer 14 away from the substrate layer, and an exposed side, and the first ink layer 16 does not fill the font gap 11, i.e., the first ink layer 16 still has a recess gap with a small width.

Then, a blocking layer 18 is arranged on one side (back side) of the first ink layer 16 far away from the base material layer, and the blocking layer 18 can be the same as the material of a common release layer; the barrier layer 18 is a protective design layer with acid-base solution resistance or cold-heat resistance, and is used to achieve the effects of blocking the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 1 and protecting the character-shaped layer 14.

The blocking layer 18 is uniformly thin and disposed on the first ink layer 16, and the blocking layer 18 does not fill the gap of the recess on the first ink layer 16, i.e. the blocking layer 18 is disposed to form a final recess gap 13 with a width smaller than the recess gap in the recess gap on the first ink layer 16.

A second ink layer 22 is disposed on a surface (back surface) of the blocking layer 18 away from the substrate layer, the second ink layer 22 is coated on the blocking layer 18, and the second ink layer 22 fills the final recess gap 13 formed on the blocking layer 18, so that a convex second ink layer protrusion 220 is formed at a position of the second ink layer 22 opposite to the final recess gap 13, that is, the second ink layer protrusion 220 and the final recess gap 13 form a complementary filling structure.

Then, an adhesive layer 24 is disposed on a surface (back surface) of the second ink layer 22 away from the substrate layer, and an anti-sticking paper (not shown) is disposed on the surface (back surface) of the adhesive layer 24 away from the substrate layer before use, wherein the anti-sticking paper can be a release paper. When the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 1 is used, the anti-sticking paper is firstly torn off, the adhesive layer 24 is stuck on a sealed object 26 for sealing, and the sticking sealing position of the sealed object 26 is similar to the sealing position of a containing bag body or the opening and sealing position of other objects.

The reason why the resist layer 18 can have an acid-base solution resistant or cooling/heating action to protect the font layer 14 from being damaged will be described below. The blocking layer 18 is made of the same material as the general release layer, when the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape is injected with acid-base solution by a heart person, the acid-base solution can cause the adhesive layer 24 to deteriorate due to chemical reaction, but the blocking layer 18 can block the acid-base solution from permeating into the character-shaped layer 14, so that the character-shaped layer 14 is protected, and the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape still has the effect of clearly displaying characters to perform anti-counterfeiting reminding; or when a person with a heart heats and freezes the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape, for example, a blower heats the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape, and a refrigerant freezes the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape, so that the adhesive layer 24 generates a deformation effect of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, but the blocking layer 18 can block the adhesive layer 24 from deforming and pulling the adhesive layer to the font layer 14, so that the font layer 14 is also protected, and the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape still has the effect of clearly displaying characters to perform anti-counterfeiting reminding.

In the above-mentioned structure of the anti-counterfeit adhesive tape with clear display effect of the present invention, the adhesion between the barrier layer 18 and the second ink layer 22 of the anti-counterfeit adhesive tape 1 is less than the adhesion between the following layers: the adhesive force between the substrate layer 12 and the font layer 14, the adhesive force between the substrate layer 12 and the first ink layer 16, the adhesive force between the font layer 14 and the first ink layer 16, the adhesive force between the first ink layer 16 and the barrier layer 18, and the adhesive force between the second ink layer 22 and the adhesive layer 24; therefore, when the security tape 1 is peeled off, it can be separated from the boundary between the barrier layer 18 and the second ink layer 22.

The following description will be made of the region arrangement of the first ink layer 16 and the second ink layer 22. The first ink layer 16 covers the font layer 14, but not completely covers the font gap 11, that is, the first ink layer 16 is disposed in a local area of the font gap 11, the local area is a first area, an area of the font gap 11 other than the first area is a second area, the second ink layer 22 is coated on the barrier layer 18 corresponding to the whole area or the local area of the second area, and the relative areas of the first ink layer 16 and the second ink layer 22 are staggered, so that the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 1 has a perceptible background effect when being torn away.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, if the anti-counterfeit tape 1 is torn, whether it is a normal user or an improper user, the adhesion force between the barrier layer 18 and the second ink layer 22 of the anti-counterfeit tape 1 is smaller than the adhesion force between the following layers: the adhesive force between the substrate layer 12 and the font layer 14, the adhesive force between the substrate layer 12 and the first ink layer 16, the adhesive force between the font layer 14 and the first ink layer 16, the adhesive force between the first ink layer 16 and the barrier layer 18, and the adhesive force between the second ink layer 22 and the adhesive layer 24; thus, when the security tape 1 is peeled off, it is separated from the boundary between the barrier layer 18 and the second ink layer 22, and as shown in the figure, the upper portion of the security tape 1 after peeling off includes the barrier layer 18, and the lower portion includes the second ink layer 22.

In the above-mentioned torn state of the anti-counterfeit tape 1, an upper concave gap 17 is formed between the character layers 14, and the depth and width of the upper concave gap 17 are slightly larger than the final concave gap 13, which are formed by protruding from the second color ink layer convex portion 220. And a concave gap 15 is formed between the second color ink layer protrusions 220, and the concave gap 15 is a region formed by protruding after separating from the font layer 14.

In other words, the first ink layer 16 and the blocking layer 18 of the present invention are thin layers, so that after the layers are sequentially printed or coated, the font gap 11 is not filled, and the final recess gap 13 smaller than the width of the font gap 11 is left, so that when the security tape 1 is torn apart from the boundary between the blocking layer 18 and the second ink layer 22:

(1) the upper part of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 1 after being torn off is provided with an upper concave gap 17, so that the character shape can be seen;

(2) the lower part of the forgery-preventing tape 1 left on the sealed object 26 has second color ink layer protrusions 220 at positions corresponding to the upper concave gaps 17 thereof, and the lower concave gaps 15 are formed between the second color ink layer protrusions 220, so that the shape of the letter can be seen and the opposite phase to the shape of the part of the forgery-preventing tape 1 after being torn is shown.

As shown in fig. 7, after the anti-counterfeit tape 1 is torn, the font layer 14 and the first ink layer 16 are separated upward along with the substrate layer 12, and the second ink layer 22 is left on the adhesive layer 24 above the sealed object 26, so that the font layer 14 on the substrate layer 12 is quite obvious and clear to show the characters, patterns or signs torn off from the anti-counterfeit tape 1, and the torn off marks with the color and shape of the first ink layer 16 as the background can clearly identify that the anti-counterfeit tape has been torn off. The position of the adhesive layer 24 and the second ink layer 22 left above the sealed object 26 after separation relative to the font layer 14 still shows the tearing marks such as words, patterns or signs with the color and shape of the second ink layer 22 as background, as shown in fig. 8, it can still clearly distinguish that the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape has been torn off.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, since the first region of the first ink layer 16 and the second region of the second ink layer 22 are disposed in a relative offset manner, the background region outside the character, pattern or mark shown in the character layer 14 will have a distinct contrast effect, such as the background pattern 141 shown in fig. 7 on the substrate layer 12, which has a different color from the background pattern 142 shown in the opposite region on the adhesive layer 24 shown in fig. 8, so that the visual observation that the anti-counterfeit tape has been torn off is more aided.

The anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape with the clear display effect has the advantages that through the structure, the anti-counterfeiting reminding function of the character form and the pattern in the detached sealing state can be clearly displayed after the adhesive tape for sealing is torn, and further, the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape has an excellent perceptibility effect in use; meanwhile, the blocking layer of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape can have the functions of resisting acid and alkali solution or cold and heat to protect the printing layer from being kept clear, so that the adhesive tape has protective performance and is not easy to be damaged by human intention or use environment, and further, the effects of clear display and safety protection in use are achieved.
