10. The article support device of claim 9, wherein the support portion (12) is a hook integrally formed with the back plate (11).

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an adhesive tape that is stretched and peeled in parallel along a mounting surface and an article support device using the adhesive tape.

Background

Stretch release adhesives are high performance pressure sensitive adhesives that combine strong holding power, are cleanly removable, and do not damage the surface. Stretch releasing adhesives are often provided in the form of strips, often used to removably adhesively mount retaining devices such as hooks, picture frames, etc. to a surface such as a wall, window, cabinet, etc. Common constructions of stretch releasable adhesive tapes are: the adhesive tape is provided with an adhesive part and a non-adhesive holding part, and the non-adhesive holding part is held and pulled by a user in the stretching and peeling process, and the adhesive tape is stretched in parallel along the wall surface, so that the adhesive tape is gradually peeled off while being elastically deformed, and the adhesive tape can be cleanly peeled without polluting the wall surface.

Patent application No. 201180038431.1 discloses an adhesively mounted article support assembly having an exposed handle portion, comprising a stretch releasing adhesive strip and a unitary article support member, the stretch releasing adhesive strip having an adhesive portion and a non-adhesive handle portion, the adhesive portion of the stretch releasing adhesive strip being adhered between the unitary article support member and a wall during use of the product, the non-adhesive handle portion being grasped and pulled by a user during the stretch releasing process. Such article support assemblies also suffer from the following disadvantages: in the process of stretch-releasing the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is released while being elastically deformed, so that the adhesive tape before the release is almost stretched to the maximum, and is restored by the elastic restoring force at the moment of the release. Therefore, the hook to which the double-sided adhesive tape is attached is strongly moved toward the hand side by the elastic restoring force, and there is a problem that the finger is touched and injured.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a stretch releasing adhesive tape which is easily released and removed and does not cause an object to be mounted such as a hook to fly out as the adhesive tape is pulled and released, and a product supporting device using the same.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

The stretch releasing adhesive tape as described above, wherein a surface of the grip portion is covered with a non-adhesive film.

The stretch releasing adhesive tape as described above, wherein the non-adhesive film is a release paper.

The product supporting device comprises a back plate and a supporting part fixed on the front side of the back plate, and is characterized in that the stretch-releasable adhesive tape is adhered to the back side surface of the back plate, two holding parts of the stretch-releasable adhesive tape are exposed out of the back plate, and the rest parts of the stretch-releasable adhesive tape are adhered to the back side surface of the back plate.

The product support device as described above, wherein the support portion is a hook integrally formed with the back plate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

firstly, when the two stretching and peeling parts are stretched and peeled, the residual part is still stuck between the installed object and the wall surface, so that the phenomenon that the installed object flies out under the dragging action of the stretching and peeling parts to hurt people or the installed object by falling is effectively avoided, and then the installed object is rotated to peel the residual part;

secondly, the area of the residual part is set according to the shape of the residual part, so that the residual part can be smoothly stripped without damaging the wall surface;

the third and the two stretchable peeling parts can be simultaneously stretched and peeled by two hands, so that the stretching is convenient and quick, the stretching stroke is small, and the resilience force is small when the stretchable peeling parts are peeled;

fourth, the adhesive tape body in the invention is made of adhesive material, and the substrate using the adhesive tape body as a substrate for manufacturing the adhesive tape has the characteristics of simple process and easy manufacture.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a stretch releasing adhesive tape, comprising a strip-shaped adhesive tape body 2 made of an adhesive material, wherein two oblique slits 201 are arranged in the middle of the adhesive tape body 2, the adhesive tape body 2 is divided into three parts by the two oblique slits 201, a residual part 21 is arranged between the two slits, two parts on both sides of the residual part 21 are stretch releasing parts 22, a holding part 221 is arranged on the outer side end of each stretch releasing part 22, namely one end of the stretch releasing part 22 away from the residual part 21, the two holding parts 221 are respectively exposed from both sides of an object to be mounted when the adhesive tape body 2 is mounted on the object to be mounted, the area of the residual part 21 is 100-420mm². When the adhesive tape body 2 is attached to an object, the two grip portions 221 are exposed from both sides of the object.

The stretch releasing process of the stretch releasable adhesive tape is: firstly, the two holding parts 221 are held by hands to stretch and peel off the two stretch-peelable parts 22, and in the process, the residual part 21 is still stuck between the mounted object and the wall surface, so that the mounted object is effectively prevented from flying out under the dragging action of the stretch-peelable parts 22 to hurt people or fall to hurt the mounted object.
