Secondly, the welding seam connected between the bedplate and the bottom plate is fatigued due to the strong vibration of the train in long-term operation, so that the problems of cracks, damages, even falling and the like occur at the welding seam. And thirdly, the iron seat, the guide iron and the bedplate are welded with the bottom plate, and the welding positioning sizes of all parts generate accumulated errors, so that the nail hole distance in the bottom plate cannot be well ensured. Finally, the welding seam is corroded by rainwater and sewage when the turnout is used in the open air, so that the connection strength of the welding seam is reduced. The four main reasons cause that the welded slide plate for the speed-up turnout has serious potential safety hazard in use, and along with the continuous improvement of the railway speed, various problems existing in the welded slide plate are urgently needed to be solved for ensuring the safe, reliable and lasting buckling of the slide plate on the stock rails and the supporting switch rails.
