Meanwhile, the position of the cup placed by the user is not accurate enough, so that the drinking water is splashed out frequently, and the resource waste is caused.

The invention provides a water dispenser activation device, a water dispenser and a using method, which aim to realize non-contact identity authentication and non-contact water taking before water taking by using the water dispenser and reduce contact between a user and a user cup and the water dispenser.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a water dispenser activation device, including a camera, a processor, an interface circuit, and a communication module, including:

the interface circuit is used for connecting a water dispenser;

the camera is used for shooting a face picture of a user;

the processor uploads the face photo to a server through the communication module, and the server verifies the water consumption authority of a user corresponding to the face photo, generates an activation signal and returns the activation signal to the processor through the communication module;

the processor is used for sending the activation signal to the water dispenser through the interface circuit so as to enable the water dispenser to be in an activation state.

Optionally, the system further comprises an interactive screen, wherein the interactive screen is used for displaying the two-dimensional code of the water dispenser;

the processor is also used for receiving a water using request sent by a user after scanning the two-dimensional code on the interactive screen;

the processor is further used for uploading user information carried in the water use request to a server through the communication module, and the server verifies the water use right of the user information and then generates the activation signal.
