1. The ethanol gasoline saving additive comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

10-30% of solvent oil, 10-30% of detergent, 10-30% of fatty acid alcohol ester, 10-50% of fatty acid amide, 1-5% of combustion improver and 1-3% of metal deactivator.

2. The ethanol gasoline economizing additive according to claim 1, wherein the miscella is selected from heavy aromatic miscella and/or dearomatized miscella.

3. The ethanol gasoline economizing additive according to claim 1, wherein the detergent is selected from one or more of polyisobutylene succinimide, polyisobutylene amine, polyisobutylene mannich compound and polyether amine.

4. The ethanol gasoline economizer additive of claim 1 wherein the fatty acid alcohol ester is one or more of oleic acid alcohol ester, palmitoleic acid alcohol ester, dimer acid alcohol ester, ricinoleic acid alcohol ester and linoleic acid alcohol ester.

5. The ethanol gasoline economizer additive of claim 1, wherein the fatty acid alcohol ester is one or more of propylene glycol ester, glycerol ester, triethanolamine ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester and ethylene glycol ester.

6. The ethanol gasoline economizer additive of claim 1 wherein the fatty acid amide is one or more of oleamide and linoleamide.

7. The ethanol gasoline economizer additive of claim 1, characterized in that the combustion improver is one or more of nitromethane, nitroethane and 2-nitropropane.

8. The ethanol gasoline economizer additive of claim 1, wherein the metal deactivator is N, N '-disalicylidene propane diamine and/or N, N' -di-sec-butyl p-phenylenediamine.

9. A preparation method of the ethanol gasoline saving additive of any one of claims 1 to 8 comprises the following steps:

mixing the solvent oil, the fatty acid ester and the fatty acid amide to obtain a mixture;

and mixing and stirring the mixture, a combustion improver, a metal passivator and a detergent to obtain the ethanol gasoline saving additive.

10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the temperature of the solvent oil, the fatty acid ester and the fatty acid amide mixture is 40 to 60 ℃;

the mixing temperature of the mixture, a combustion improver, a metal passivator and a detergent is 40-60 ℃;

the stirring time is 2-5 h.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of additives, and particularly relates to an ethanol gasoline-saving additive and a preparation method thereof.

Background

In recent years, in order to improve the environment, China has started to implement stricter exhaust emission standards, and has also proposed "national six oils" -ethanol gasoline. However, because the calorific value of ethanol is about 33% lower than that of gasoline, compared with the common gasoline, the total calorific value of the ethanol gasoline with the same volume is lower than that of the common gasoline, so the ethanol gasoline has the problems of increased oil consumption and reduced power compared with the common gasoline. Meanwhile, the ethanol gasoline can be separated from each other after being stored for a long time, so that the ethanol and the gasoline are layered.

In 31.12.2019, the national standardization administration committee issued GB 27999-2019 Standard "evaluation method and index for Fuel consumption of passenger cars", which will be implemented from 1.1.2021. The average fuel consumption of the passenger car in China is reduced to 4L/100km (NEDC working condition) in 2025 years, and the corresponding carbon dioxide emission is about 95g/km (NEDC working condition).

The research and development of the fuel economy of the ethanol gasoline vehicle can improve the fuel-saving effect of the oil products on the vehicle, enhance the experience of a client terminal, slow down the dependence of China on imported petroleum, keep the continuous and stable development of the national economy, and improve the air quality of large and medium-sized cities, thereby having important significance and reducing the fuel cost of automobile consumers. Therefore, the ethanol gasoline saving development task is urgent.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention aims to provide an ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive and a preparation method thereof, wherein the additive can reduce engine wear and remove carbon deposit.

The invention provides an ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive which comprises the following components in parts by mass:

10-30% of solvent oil, 10-30% of detergent, 10-30% of fatty acid alcohol ester, 10-50% of fatty acid amide, 1-5% of combustion improver and 1-3% of metal deactivator.

Preferably, the solvent oil is selected from heavy aromatic solvent oils and/or dearomatized solvent oils.

Preferably, the detergent is selected from one or more of polyisobutylene succinimide, polyisobutylene amine, polyisobutylene mannich compound and polyether amine.

Preferably, the fatty acid alcohol ester is one or more of oleic acid alcohol ester, palmitoleic acid alcohol ester, dimer acid alcohol ester, ricinoleic acid alcohol ester and linoleic acid alcohol ester.

Preferably, the fatty acid ester is one or more of propylene glycol fatty acid ester, glycerol fatty acid ester, triethanolamine fatty acid ester, and sorbitan fatty acid ester and ethylene glycol fatty acid ester.

Preferably, the fatty acid amide is one or more of oleamide and linoleamide.

Preferably, the combustion improver is one or more of nitromethane, nitroethane and 2-nitropropane.

Preferably, the metal deactivator is N, N '-disalicylidene propylene diamine and/or N, N' -di-sec-butyl-p-phenylenediamine.

The invention provides a preparation method of an ethanol gasoline-saving additive in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

mixing the solvent oil, the fatty acid ester and the fatty acid amide to obtain a mixture;

and mixing and stirring the mixture, a combustion improver, a metal passivator and a detergent to obtain the ethanol gasoline saving additive.

Preferably, the temperature of the solvent oil, the fatty acid ester and the fatty acid amide mixture is 40-60 ℃;

the mixing temperature of the mixture, a combustion improver, a metal passivator and a detergent is 40-60 ℃;

The invention provides an ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive which comprises the following components in parts by mass:

10-30% of solvent oil, 10-30% of detergent, 10-30% of fatty acid alcohol ester, 10-50% of fatty acid amide, 1-5% of combustion improver and 1-3% of metal deactivator.

The ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive provided by the invention comprises 10-30% of solvent oil. The solvent oil is selected from heavy aromatic solvent oil and/or dearomatized solvent oil. In particular embodiments, the solvent oil is present in an amount of 10%, 15%, 20%, or 30%.

The ethanol gasoline oil-saving additive provided by the invention comprises 10-30% of detergent. The detergent is selected from one or more of polyisobutylene succinimide, polyisobutylene amine, polyisobutylene Mannich compound and polyether amine. In particular embodiments, the detergent is present at 30%, 10%, 25%, or 15%.

The ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive provided by the invention comprises 10-30% of fatty acid alcohol ester. The fatty acid alcohol ester is one or more of oleic acid alcohol ester, palmitoleic acid alcohol ester, dimer acid alcohol ester, ricinoleic acid alcohol ester and linoleic acid alcohol ester, and is more preferably one or more selected from fatty acid propylene glycol ester, fatty acid glyceride, fatty acid triethanolamine ester and sorbitan fatty acid ester and fatty acid glycol ester. In specific embodiments, the fatty acid ester is glycerol oleate; the specific amount is 30%, 25%, 10% or 29%.

The ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive provided by the invention comprises 10-50% of fatty acid amide. The fatty acid amide is one or more of oleamide and linoleic acid amide. In particular embodiments, the fatty acid amide is present in an amount of specifically 25%, 45%, 40%, 10% or 27%; the fatty acid amide is oleic acid diethanolamide.

The fuel-saving additive for the ethanol gasoline comprises 1-5% of combustion improver. The combustion improver is one or more of nitromethane, nitroethane and 2-nitropropane. The amount of the combustion improver is 1%, 4%, 3.5%, 4% or 3%.

The ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive provided by the invention comprises 1-3% of metal passivator. The metal passivator is N, N '-disalicylidene propane diamine and/or N, N' -di-sec-butyl p-phenylenediamine. In specific embodiments, the metal deactivator is used in an amount of 2%, 1%, 1.5%, or 3%.

In the specific embodiment of the invention, the ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive comprises the following components:

10% of dearomatized solvent oil; 30% of polyisobutylene mannich compound; 30% of oleic acid glyceride; oleic acid diethanolamide 25%; 3% of combustion improver nitromethane; 2% of metal passivator N, N' -disalicylidene propylene diamine;

or comprising 15% dearomatized solvent oil; 10% of polyisobutylene mannich compound; 25% of glyceryl oleate; 45% of oleic acid diethanolamide; 4% of combustion improver nitromethane; 1% of metal passivator N, N' -disalicylidene propylene diamine;

or comprises 20% of dearomatized solvent oil; 25% of polyisobutylene mannich compound; 10% of glyceryl oleate; oleic acid diethanolamide 40%; 3.5 percent of combustion improver nitromethane; 1.5 percent of metal passivator N, N' -disalicylidene propylene diamine;

or comprise dearomatized solvent oil 30 percent; 30% of polyisobutylene mannich compound; 25% of glyceryl oleate; oleic acid diethanolamide 10%; 4% of combustion improver nitromethane; 1% of metal passivator N, N' -disalicylidene propylene diamine;

or comprise dearomatized solvent oil 25%; 15% of polyisobutylene mannich compound; 29% of glyceryl oleate; oleic acid diethanolamide 27%; 1% of combustion improver nitromethane; and 3% of metal passivator N, N' -disalicylidene propylene diamine.

The invention provides a preparation method of an ethanol gasoline-saving additive in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

mixing the solvent oil, the fatty acid ester and the fatty acid amide to obtain a mixture;

and mixing and stirring the mixture, a combustion improver, a metal passivator and a detergent to obtain the ethanol gasoline saving additive.

In the invention, the temperature of the solvent oil, the fatty acid ester and the fatty acid amide is preferably 40-60 ℃; the mixing temperature of the mixture, the combustion improver, the metal deactivator and the detergent is preferably 40-60 ℃; the stirring time is preferably 2-5 h.

The ethanol gasoline fuel-saving additive provided by the invention is added into ethanol gasoline base oil, and the addition amount is preferably 180-220 ppm, more preferably 190-210 ppm; in the specific example, the amount added was 200 ppm. The invention preferably takes the E1092 # V ethanol gasoline for the vehicle as the base oil.

In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided to describe the ethanol gasoline saving additive and the preparation method thereof in detail, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
