4. The needle holder adapted for use in confined space procedures of claim 3 wherein said needle clip (2) further comprises: a top rod (2.3);

two ends of the ejector rod (2.3) are respectively connected with the fixed claw (2.1) and the movable claw (2.2).

5. The needle holder adapted for use in confined space procedures of claim 1 wherein the shroud (4) comprises: a small wheel ear (4.1), a sleeve body (4.2) and a big wheel ear (4.3);

the small wheel ears (4.1) and the large wheel ears (4.3) are respectively arranged at two ends of the sleeve body (4.2).

6. The needle holder suitable for space-constrained surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that said large wheel (6) is removably connected to the tubular sleeve (4).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a turnover needle holder suitable for a space-limited operation.

Background

The vaginal operation is an operation using the vagina, which is a natural cavity, and is strongly recommended in recent years because the caesarean section causes less pain than the natural section. However, the healing of the incision of the uterus may be uneven due to the position of the incision, the density or tightness of the suture of the incision, infection and the like, and diverticulum, namely a scar diverticulum of the uterus, is formed. There are studies showing that there is a 100% probability of developing uterine cicatrization diverticula in more than three caesarean section patients. A traditional needle holder for laparoscope, as disclosed in patent document CN209518892U, comprises a fixing rod, wherein a handle is arranged on the lower surface of the fixing rod, a limiting latch is arranged on the inner side below the fixing rod, a penetrating block is arranged at the rear end above the fixing rod, and a spring leaf is arranged above the inner side of the fixing rod; the outer side wall of a needle holding rod of an original laparoscope needle holder is provided with a sliding track, the inner side wall of a penetrating block is provided with a sliding groove, and the sliding track slides through the sliding groove.

However, the conventional tip-over needle holder has the following problems:

1. the suture method of the existing vaginal operation adopts the same method and apparatus of the open operation, which causes suture difficulty and long time consumption, enhances the working difficulty and strength of medical staff and prolongs the operation time.

2. The distance from the vaginal orifice to the cervix is about 150mm, the diameter of the vagina is about 50mm after expansion, and the needle is sewed on the uterus through the narrow and long pipeline, so that the overturning action required by the needle is not easy to realize.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the turnover needle holder suitable for a space-limited operation.

According to the invention, the turnover needle holder suitable for the space-limited operation comprises: a sewing needle 1, a small wheel 3, a pipe sleeve 4, a transmission belt 5, a large wheel 6 and a scissors handle 7;

the small wheel 3 is arranged at one end of the pipe sleeve 4, and the large wheel 6 is arranged at the other end of the pipe sleeve 4;

the transmission belt 5 penetrates through an inner hole of the pipe sleeve 4 to be connected with the small wheel 3 and the large wheel 6;

the suture needle 1 is arranged on a small wheel 3;

the scissors handle 7 comprises: a first handle 701 and a second handle 702;

the first handle 701 is arranged on the large wheel 6;

the second handle 702 is mounted on the sleeve 4.

Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: a needle clip 2;

the needle 1 is mounted on a small wheel 3 by a needle clamp 2.

Preferably, the needle clip 2 includes: a fixed claw 2.1 and a movable claw 2.2;

the fixed claw 2.1 is tightly connected with the movable claw 2.2.

Preferably, the needle clip 2 further comprises: 2.3 of a mandril;

and two ends of the ejector rod 2.3 are respectively connected with the fixed claw 2.1 and the movable claw 2.2.

Preferably, the sleeve 4 comprises: a small wheel ear 4.1, a sleeve body 4.2 and a big wheel ear 4.3;

the small wheel ears 4.1 and the big wheel ears 4.3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the sleeve pipe body 4.2.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the needle holder can be controlled externally to realize the internal needle turning action without turning the whole needle holder, and is suitable for occasions where the operation space is narrow and large action of the needle holder is not allowed.

2. The invention reduces the operation difficulty of the suture needle of the space-limited operation, can reduce the operation time, improves the operation experience of doctors and patients, and provides a guarantee for the life and health of the patients.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that it would be obvious to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides a reversible needle holder for space-limited surgery, comprising: a sewing needle 1, a small wheel 3, a pipe sleeve 4, a transmission belt 5, a large wheel 6 and a scissors handle 7; the small wheel 3 is arranged at one end of the pipe sleeve 4, and the large wheel 6 is arranged at the other end of the pipe sleeve 4; the transmission belt 5 penetrates through an inner hole of the pipe sleeve 4 to be connected with the small wheel 3 and the large wheel 6; the suture needle 1 is arranged on a small wheel 3; the scissors handle 7 comprises: a first handle 701 and a second handle 702; the first handle 701 is arranged on the large wheel 6; the second handle 702 is mounted on the sleeve 4. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the invention mainly relies on a transmission belt 5 as a belt transmission, and the transmission of motion is realized by a belt mechanism formed by the transmission belt and the large wheel 6 and the small wheel 3. Wherein, a needle clip 2 is fixed on the small wheel 3, and a sewing needle 1 is clipped on the needle clip 2. The needle clamp 2 is a mechanism which can clamp and release a suture needle, and the principle is similar to a common spring clamp in life. In a preferred embodiment, the needle clamp 2 is provided with a locking device for clamping compared with a common spring clamp, so that safety is guaranteed, and similar needle holders such as those commonly used at present have tooth-shaped locking during clamping. The tail part of the needle clamp 2 is fixed on the small wheel 3 through threaded connection or welding. When the suture needle 1 is attached, the needle holder 2 is released by a tool such as forceps, and the suture needle 1 is inserted. When the needle holder 2 is detached, the needle 1 is removed by releasing the needle holder in the same manner. During operation, the small wheel 3 extends into the human body, and the large wheel 6 is left outside. One hand of the operator holds the scissors handles 7 like scissors, the big wheel 6 is rotated by controlling the opening and closing of the scissors handles 7, the small wheel 3 is rotated by the rotation of the big wheel 6 through the transmission of the transmission belt 5, and the suture needle 1 at the tail end of the small wheel 3 is overturned.

Further, the turnover needle holder suitable for the space-limited operation further comprises: a needle clip 2; the needle 1 is mounted on a small wheel 3 by a needle clamp 2. The needle clip 2 includes: a fixed claw 2.1 and a movable claw 2.2; the fixed claw 2.1 is tightly connected with the movable claw 2.2. The needle clip 2 further comprises: 2.3 of a mandril; and two ends of the ejector rod 2.3 are respectively connected with the fixed claw 2.1 and the movable claw 2.2. The pipe sleeve 4 comprises: a small wheel ear 4.1, a sleeve body 4.2 and a big wheel ear 4.3; the small wheel ears 4.1 and the big wheel ears 4.3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the sleeve pipe body 4.2. In a preferred embodiment, the scissor handles 7 are equally tall, as shown in FIG. 2. The scissors handle 7 consists of two half-rings, one half-ring is fixed on the bull wheel 6, and the other half-ring is fixed on the sleeve 4. The fixing mode can be welding or threaded connection. The arrangement of the transmission belt 5 is shown in fig. 5, one end of the transmission belt is sleeved on the small wheel 3, and the other end of the transmission belt is sleeved on the large wheel 6. The part between the two passes through the inside of the sleeve 4. The length of the belt 5 is not necessarily the same as the design of the large and small wheels 6, 3, and the length of the belt 5 will vary with use. The big wheel ears 4.3 are provided with long waist holes and are connected and fixed by bolts. The turnover needle holder of the invention always holds the suture needle 1 during suture, and is suitable for a suture method without loosening the needle. For releasing the needle, other tools, such as forceps, are used.

Furthermore, the large wheel 6 is detachably connected with the pipe sleeve 4; the small wheel 3 is fixedly connected with the pipe sleeve 4; the transmission belt 5 is a steel wire belt; the first handle 701 and the second handle 702 are respectively and fixedly connected with the large wheel 6 and the pipe sleeve 4; the transmission belt 5 is a rubber belt. In a preferred embodiment, see fig. 6, the needle clip 2 consists of two parts: a fixed jaw 2.1 and a movable jaw 2.1, which are connected by a pin so as to be rotatable relative to each other. The pin shaft is provided with a torsional spring, and under the normal condition, the fixed claw 2.1 and the movable claw 2.2 are mutually pressed by the force of the torsional spring, so that the suture needle 1 is clamped. When the suture needle 1 needs to be loosened, one end of the forceps is inserted into the small hole at the tail end of the movable claw 2.2, the other end of the forceps is attached to the inner side of the fixed claw 2.1, the forceps are unfolded, and the pin shaft connection between the fixed claw 2.1 and the movable claw 2.2 rotates, so that the suture needle 1 is loosened. In a preferred embodiment, see fig. 7, the needle clip 2 consists of three parts: a fixed claw 2.1, a movable claw 2.2 and a mandril 2.3. The fixed jaw 2.1 and the movable jaw 2.2 are connected through a pin shaft so as to rotate relatively. The movable claw 2.2 is connected with the ejector rod 2.3 through a pin shaft, the ejector rod 2.3 can rotate relative to the movable claw 2.2, and the other end of the ejector rod 2.3 can be abutted against the inner wall of the fixed claw 2.1. Fig. 7 shows that the ejector rod 2.3 is pushed against the inner wall of the fixed jaw 2.1 at an angle close to the vertical, which is the dead point and the needle-holding position. In a preferred embodiment, a recess is made in the right vertical position in the corresponding position of the inner wall of the holding claw 2.1, which facilitates the indication of the pushing-in-place. When the top bar 2.3 is pushed to this position by a person using forceps or the like, the suture needle 1 is clamped. When it is desired to release the needle 1, the person pulls the plunger 2.3 outwardly with forceps, see FIG. 8, in the released state.
