A conveying device, characterized by comprising a conveying table (100); a plurality of groups of conveying assemblies are arranged on the conveying table (100) along the width direction, and baffles (110) are arranged on two sides of the conveying table; the conveying direction of the conveying assembly is the same as the length direction of the conveying table (100); a material homogenizing component is arranged between the two baffles (110); the refining assembly comprises a rotating shaft (120) which is bridged between the two baffles (110); the rotating shaft (120) is provided with a shifting tooth (121); the shifting teeth are uniformly distributed along the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft respectively.

The conveyor device according to claim 1, characterized in that two stages of said refining assembly are provided between two said baffles (110); the first-stage refining assembly is relatively higher from the conveying table (100) and is used for straightening and thinning materials; the second stage of the refining assembly is relatively low from the conveying table (100) for further thinning of the material.

Conveyor device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transfer assembly comprises two mutually parallel drive chains (200); a corresponding scraper (210) is connected between the two transmission chains (200); the scrapers (210) are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the transmission chain (200).

4. The conveying device according to claim 3, characterized in that the conveying table (100) is provided with a groove corresponding to the transmission chain (200); the transmission chain (200) is positioned in the groove; the scraper (210) is located outside the recess.

5. The conveying device according to claim 3, wherein both ends of the conveying table (100) are respectively provided with a transmission shaft (130) for mounting the transmission chain (200); the transmission shaft (130) is connected with the transmission chain (200) through a chain wheel.

The green feed is prepared by controlled fermentation of green feed, has the reputation of canned grass, is juicy and palatable, has sour and fragrant smell, high digestibility and rich nutrition, and is a first-class feed for livestock such as cattle and sheep; the cultivation in the mountainous area is important for developing the cultivation industry to solve the problem of processing the silage, and operation machinery in the mountainous area different from plain areas cannot enter the field for harvesting, and only can purchase the whole straw at a fixed point and then crush the straw by a crusher; straw becomes unordered after the transportation loading and unloading, can't directly carry to the rubbing crusher through conveyor, all leans on a large amount of manual works to embrace the material at present to conveyor on, not only intensity of labour is big, and is inefficient, and material loading throughput can not keep up and still can cause the unable completion of enterprise's purchase plan, or the material piles up the condition of rotten leading to the fact very big waste.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies or inadequacies in the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a delivery device.

The application provides a conveying device, which comprises a conveying table; a plurality of groups of conveying assemblies are arranged on the conveying table along the width direction, and baffles are arranged on two sides of the conveying table; the conveying direction of the conveying assembly is the same as the length direction of the conveying table; a material homogenizing component is arranged between the two baffles; the material homogenizing component comprises a rotating shaft bridged between the two baffles; the rotating shaft is provided with shifting teeth; the shifting teeth are uniformly distributed along the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft respectively.

Further, a two-stage material refining assembly is arranged between the two baffles; the first-stage refining assembly is relatively higher from the conveying table and is used for straightening and thinning the materials; the second-stage refining assembly is relatively lower from the conveying table and is used for further thinning the materials.

Further, the conveying assembly comprises two parallel transmission chains; a corresponding scraper is connected between the two transmission chains; the scrapers are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the transmission chain.

Further, a groove is formed in the conveying table corresponding to the transmission chain; the transmission chain is positioned in the groove; the scraper is located outside the groove.

Furthermore, two ends of the conveying table are respectively provided with a transmission shaft for mounting a transmission chain; the transmission shaft is connected with the transmission chain through a chain wheel.

Further, the conveying table is arranged on the frame; the frame comprises a frame body positioned at the output end of the conveying table and a supporting leg far away from one end of the frame body; the frame body is higher than the supporting legs; the conveying table is inclined at 20-22 degrees.

The application has the advantages and positive effects that:

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of the present application is given for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present application, and the description in this section is only exemplary and explanatory, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present application in any way.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a conveying apparatus, including a conveying table 100, wherein the conveying table 100 is mounted on a frame; the frame comprises a frame body 300 and supporting legs 310; the frame 300 is located at the output end of the conveying table 100 and is relatively high; the support leg 310 is positioned at one end of the conveying table 100 far away from the frame body 300 and is relatively low; the connection part of the conveying table 100, the frame body 300 and the supporting legs 310 is an arc-shaped mounting hole, so that the angle of the conveying table 100 can be conveniently adjusted, the field adapting capacity is enhanced, and the inclination of the conveying table 100 is 20-22 degrees; three groups of transmission assemblies are arranged on the conveying table 100 along the width direction, and each group of transmission assemblies comprises two parallel transmission chains 200 and a scraper 210 bridged between the two transmission chains 200; threaded rods are welded on one side, away from the transmission chain 200, of the scraper 210 and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the scraper 210, and are used for inserting materials and increasing stress between the scraper and the materials; the two sides of the conveying platform 100 are respectively provided with a baffle 110, and one end close to the supporting legs 310 is provided with a baffle plate; the baffle plate is connected with the two baffle plates 110 in sequence to form a box body; a material homogenizing component is arranged between the two baffles 110 in a spanning manner; the refining assembly comprises a rotating shaft 120 bridged between the two baffles 110, the rotating shaft 120 is provided with shifting teeth 121, and the shifting teeth 121 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the rotating shaft.

In a preferred embodiment, a two-stage refining assembly is arranged between the two baffles 110, and the rotating shaft 120 of the first stage is close to one end of the supporting leg 310 and is relatively higher in distance from the conveying table 100 so as to smooth and thin the materials; the second stage of the rotating shaft 120 is close to one end of the frame body 300, and the distance between the second stage of the rotating shaft and the conveying table 100 is relatively low, so that the material is further thinned to meet the requirement.

In a preferred embodiment, the conveying table 100 is provided with a groove corresponding to the transmission chain 200, the transmission chain 200 is positioned in the groove, the weight of the material cannot directly act on the chain, and the chain abrasion is reduced; the scraper 210 is located outside the groove and is in direct contact with the material to provide the power for the material to be conveyed.

In a preferred embodiment, two ends of the conveying table 100 are respectively provided with a transmission shaft 130 for mounting the transmission chain 200, the transmission shaft 130 is provided with a corresponding chain wheel corresponding to the transmission chain 200, and the three groups of transmission assemblies are synchronously driven by the transmission shaft 130; the transmission shaft 130 located near one end of the frame body 300 is a driving shaft and is driven by a motor.

In a preferred embodiment, the frame body 300 is further provided with a discharging tray 320, and the discharging tray 320 is located below the conveying platform 100 and is used for receiving the materials discharged from the conveying platform 100; the discharge tray 320 extends to an end away from the support leg 310 in a downwardly inclined state for guiding the discharge of the materials to a designated position.

Referring further to fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, the frame 300 is further provided with an anti-drop roller 400, and the anti-drop roller 400 is located between the conveying table 100 and the discharging tray 320; the anti-drop rollers 400 are disposed in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying table 100; three interception plates 410 are arranged on the anti-falling roller 400 along the axial direction, and the three interception plates 410 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the anti-falling roller 400; the rotation direction of the anti-drop roller 400 is the same as that of the transmission shaft 130, so that the material stuck on the scraper 210 is subjected to a force in the opposite direction after contacting the anti-drop roller 400 and is finally dropped into the discharging tray through the transmission of the anti-drop roller 400.

In a preferred embodiment, the frame body 300 is provided with universal wheels 301; the supporting leg 310 is provided with a fixed wheel 311, so that the device can be moved conveniently.
