Background

In the automatic production line, certain products only need put when producing carry on can on the conveyer belt, and some products then need corresponding transfer passage be used for carrying to satisfy all kinds of requirements such as protection, blow, stoving. On the other hand, different products are different in size of the channel in the production process, and in order to improve production efficiency, channels with different quantities are arranged on a production line aiming at different products, but if different production lines are arranged for different products, heavy burden is caused on a production field and production cost. Therefore, how to set the channels on the production line becomes important content for improving the production efficiency and controlling the production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a channel adjusting device capable of adjusting the number and the size of channels so as to meet the production requirements of different products and improve the production efficiency.

When a small number of channels with large width are needed, the middle partition plate is driven to ascend and rotate to a certain height, so that the middle partition plate is separated from the channels below, and the channels on the two sides of the middle partition plate can be combined; when a plurality of channels with smaller width are needed, the raised middle partition plate is reset into the channels; in addition, when channels with small quantity and small width are needed, on one hand, the middle partition plate is lifted, and on the other hand, the side partition plates are driven to move inwards, so that the width of the whole channel is reduced, and the adjustment can be realized. The channel adjusting device is simple in structure, the adjusting process is quick, accurate and stable, and the number and the width of the channels can be changed conveniently and quickly by using the channel adjusting device, so that the production requirements of different products are met, and the production efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description

A channel adjusting device comprises two side clapboards 1 which are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of middle clapboards 2 which are used for separating the space are arranged between the two side clapboards at intervals; a movable sliding block 3 and a transverse moving driver 4 for driving the sliding block to move are arranged, the moving direction of the sliding block is vertical to the direction of the channel, a transmission frame 5 is arranged on the side partition plate, and the transmission frame is connected with the sliding block and moves along with the sliding block; the middle partition board is provided with an upper gear 6, a lower gear 7, a lifting swing arm 8 and a rotating swing arm 9 outside two side edges along the channel direction, the upper gear is arranged above the lower gear and is meshed with the lower gear, the upper gear is coaxial with one end of the lifting swing arm and is arranged on a rotating shaft 10, the rotating shaft is connected with a rotating driver for driving the rotating driver to rotate, the other end of the lifting swing arm is hinged with the side edge of the middle partition board, one end of the rotating swing arm is connected with the lower gear through a connecting shaft 11, a rotating groove is further formed in the rotating swing arm, a sliding pin 12 is arranged at the side edge of the middle partition board, and the end portion of the sliding pin.

As shown in fig. 1-8, a middle partition board is arranged between two side partition boards to divide the space into a plurality of parallel channels, wherein the side partition boards are connected with a slide block through a transmission frame arranged on the side partition boards, and a traverse driver can drive the side partition boards to move towards or back to the other side partition board through the slide block and the transmission frame, so that the distance between the two side partition boards is changed, and the width of the whole channel is also changed; the intermediate partition board is hinged with the lifting swing arm, and is connected with the rotating swing arm through the sliding pin, when the rotating driver works, the upper gear and the lifting swing arm are driven to rotate through the rotating shaft, meanwhile, the upper gear drives the connecting shaft through the lower gear meshed with the upper gear, and the rotating swing arm rotates. When a small number of channels with large width are needed, the middle partition plate is driven to ascend and rotate to a certain height, so that the middle partition plate is separated from the channels below, and the channels on the two sides of the middle partition plate can be combined; when a plurality of channels with smaller width are needed, the raised middle partition plate is reset into the channels; in addition, when channels with small quantity and small width are needed, on one hand, the middle partition plate is lifted, and on the other hand, the side partition plates are driven to move inwards, so that the width of the whole channel is reduced, and the adjustment can be realized.

In the channel adjusting device, the side partition plate 1 and the middle partition plate 2 are air channel plates with hollow interiors, a plurality of air blowing holes communicated with the interiors are respectively formed in the inner sides of the side partition plate and the two sides of the middle partition plate, an air inlet pipe 21 for introducing air flow is arranged at the side edge above the air channel plates, the air flow enters the air channel plates through the air inlet pipe and then is blown out from the air blowing holes, and therefore air is blown to the channels and products in the channels; in addition, the top and the bottom edge in the air channel plate are both provided with air deflectors 22, the air deflector at the top is triangular and one corner of the triangle of the two air deflectors is oppositely arranged to form a gap along the channel direction, so that air flow is buffered and dispersed and then enters the air channel through the gap, the air at each position in the channel direction is more uniform, the air deflector at the bottom edge in the side partition plate is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped inner side faces the middle partition plate, and the air deflector at the bottom edge in the middle partition plate inclines from the middle top to the two sides, so that the air in the air channel plate is guided to the channel more quickly and more stably, and the blowing effect is improved; in addition, the air duct plate comprises a plurality of air duct partition plates connected end to end, and each air duct partition plate is provided with a blowing hole, an air inlet pipe and an air deflector respectively so as to improve the uniformity of air flow and facilitate gradually changing the size of the air flow along the channel direction, thereby realizing gradually-changed blowing effect and meeting the production requirements of different products.

In the channel adjusting device, the two side edges of the side partition board 1 along the channel direction are respectively provided with a transmission frame 5, the transmission frames at the two sides are respectively connected with a transverse moving driver 4 through a sliding block 3, the side partition board can be integrally translated under the driving of the transverse moving drivers at the two sides, if the driving distances of the transverse moving drivers at the two sides are different, the side partition board can be inclined with the original position, and finally a horn-shaped channel with a wider inlet or a wider outlet is formed; the conveying requirements of various products can be met through the adjustment. In addition, the side separator 1 may also be provided with a transmission frame 5 at one side thereof along the channel direction, and the other side thereof is hinged to a fixed support of the apparatus, thereby forming a trumpet-shaped channel by moving at one side. The transverse moving driver 4 is a screw rod, the axial direction of the screw rod is vertical to the direction of the channel, and the sliding block 3 is a sliding nut arranged on the screw rod; the transmission frame 5 is U-shaped, the U-shaped inboard cover of transmission frame is outside slider 3, the U-shaped both sides of transmission frame have the sliding tray 51 along the passageway direction division, be provided with the slip post 31 that stretches into the sliding tray on the slider, make the transmission frame along with slip nut when the lead screw removes, can adjust the relative position between the two by oneself, smooth and easy nature when in order to improve the side baffle and remove, also can reduce the cooperation required precision on side baffle both sides limit, thereby reduce production and maintenance degree of difficulty.

In the channel adjusting device, the two sides of the middle partition board 2 along the channel direction can be respectively provided with a rotary driver, the middle partition board is driven to move by the two rotary drivers, the rotary driver can also be arranged at one side, and the two ends of the rotary shaft 10 are respectively connected with the upper gear 6 and the lifting swing arm 8 at the two sides, so that the setting requirement of the driver is reduced, and the structural complexity and the matching precision requirement are reduced; the rotary driver can be a rotary motor, and can also be as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the rotary driver comprises a worm 13 and a worm wheel 14 which are connected with each other, the worm wheel is installed at the end part of the rotary shaft 10, the worm can be connected with the rotary motor and can also be connected with a crank 16 which is used for holding by hand through a rocker 15, so that the worm is driven to rotate through electric or manual operation, the rotary shaft is driven to rotate by matching of the worm and the worm wheel, the structure is simple, the work is accurate and stable, and the operation is very convenient and fast.
