The first caching structure comprises a rotary table 2 arranged on one side of the main conveying structure 1, the bottom of the rotary table 2 is rotatably connected with the ground or other supporting structures through a bearing, a material blocking fork 21 is arranged at the top of the rotary table 2, the material blocking fork 21 is used for caching the packing box 5, and at least 1/4 of the material blocking fork 21 is located above the main conveying structure 1 in length; in the invention, four material blocking forks 21 are arranged in a cross manner; in order to facilitate the rotation of the stop fork 21 and prevent the stop fork from contacting with the rotary disc 2, in the invention, the upper part of the rotary disc 2 is provided with a fixing part 23, the top part of the fixing part 23 is fixedly connected with a fixed disc 231, and the stop fork 21 is uniformly arranged on the periphery of the fixed disc 231. Referring to fig. 1, in the using process, the first buffer structure and the second buffer structure both buffer a packing box 5, and the packing box 5 buffered by the first buffer structure is set to be B, and the packing box 5 buffered by the second buffer structure is set to be a. The packaging box A is pulled continuously, the inclination angle of the first deflector rod 31 is the largest, the packaging box A is not blocked any more, a worker can pull the packaging box A to the inspection station of the worker completely, at the moment, the first deflector rod 31 is not stressed, the elastic piece 26 is reset, the material blocking rod 24 moves towards the direction D under the action of the elastic piece 26, the clamping protrusion 241 is clamped into the cutting recess 22 again, the rotary table 2 and the material blocking fork 21 stop rotating again, and a new packaging box 5 is cached; due to the action of the pulling member 313, the first shifting lever 31 also moves along the direction D, and returns to the state of being perpendicular to the main conveying structure 1, and when the B-packaging box moves downwards to the front of the first shifting lever 31 under the action of gravity, the first shifting lever 31 blocks the B-packaging box.

When the packing box 5 is located in front of the second buffer structure, in order to ensure that the second buffer structure can fully prevent the packing box 5 from moving downwards due to the action of gravity, as an optimal scheme, the second buffer structure further comprises a second driving lever 32 which is symmetrically arranged with the first driving lever 31, one end of the second driving lever 32 is rotatably connected with a second shifting block 321, the other end of the second driving lever 32 extends into the upper part of the main conveying structure 1 and is used for buffering the packing box 5, and at least 1/4 of the second driving lever 32 is located above the main conveying structure 1; the first and second levers 31 and 32 buffer the containers 5 simultaneously.

When the first deflector rod 31 and the second deflector rod 32 work together, the first deflector rod 31 and the second deflector rod 32 can only be suitable for the packing box 5 within a specific weight range, and when the weight of the packing box 5 is increased, the first deflector rod 31 and the second deflector rod 32 can not block the packing box 5 from moving downwards under the action of gravity, so that the second buffer structure further comprises a friction roller 33 arranged on the main conveying structure 1, the friction roller 33 is arranged at the front ends of the first deflector rod 31 and the second deflector rod 32, and the friction roller 33 is used for generating friction resistance on the packing box 5 and is matched with the first deflector rod 31 and the second deflector rod 32, so that the packing box 5 can not move downwards randomly; referring to fig. 3 and 4, the two ends of the friction roller 33 are rotatably connected with the bracket of the main conveying structure 1, and the friction roller 33 is driven by a motor to rotate, the friction roller 33 comprises four friction surfaces 331 with different friction forces, and the second buffer structure can be suitable for packing cases 5 with different weights by adjusting the friction surfaces 331 with different friction forces. In the present invention, the friction roller 33 is disposed between two adjacent main conveying structures 1, and the friction surface 331 and the main conveying structure 1 are located on the same plane.

In order to enable the striker fork 21, the first shift lever 31 and the second shift lever 32 to smoothly extend above the main conveying structure 1, as a preferred scheme, a bracket of the main conveying structure 1 is provided with a first opening 11 into which the striker fork 21 extends and a second opening 12 into which the first shift lever 31 and the second shift lever 32 extend.

Referring to fig. 1, the turning structure includes two sets of first conveyor belts 41, two sets of third conveyor belts 43, a second conveyor belt 42, and a turning wheel 44; the second conveyor belt 42 is positioned between the two groups of first conveyor belts 41 and the two groups of third conveyor belts 43, one end of the second conveyor belt 42 is connected with one end of the two groups of first conveyor belts 41 through the same rotating roller, and the other end of the second conveyor belt 42 is connected with one end of the two groups of third conveyor belts 43 through the same rotating roller; referring to fig. 5 and 6, two ends of the turning wheel 44 are rotatably connected with the bracket of the main conveying structure 1, the turning wheel 44 is driven by a motor to rotate, two groups of turning assemblies are arranged on the turning wheel 44, and each group of turning assemblies comprises 4 turning rods 441; the two sets of turning components are disposed on two sides of the second conveyor belt 42, and the turning rods 441 extend upward above the second conveyor belt 42.
