It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 8, two ends of the pin 5 are flat structures, and the flat portions thereof are provided with through holes for the installation bolts 6 to penetrate.

As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, the safety limiting device 3 comprises a supporting leg 3-1, a supporting arm 3-2 and a return spring 3-3; the lower part of the supporting leg 3-1 is connected with the base 1; the supporting arm 3-2 is arranged at the upper part of the supporting leg 3-1 and is hinged with the supporting leg 3-1; one end of the return spring 3-3 is connected with the supporting leg 3-1, and the other end is connected with the supporting arm 3-2, so that the supporting arm 3-2 can be automatically pulled back under the condition that no external force acts on the supporting arm 3-2, the top surface of the supporting leg 3-1 is contacted with the supporting arm 3-2, and the function of supporting the workpiece 2 is achieved; after the supporting arm 3-2 is rotated by a predetermined angle by an external force (as shown in fig. 3b, by pushing the supporting arm by an arrow) so that the workpiece 2 passes over the supporting arm 3-2, the supporting arm 3-2 is released and the supporting arm 3-2 is returned to its original position by the action of the return spring 3-3.

As shown in fig. 6, the support arm 3-2 includes a support plate 3-13, a rotation pin bushing 3-9, and a handle 3-6; the supporting plate 3-13 is a right-angle bending plate, a roundabout bend is arranged at the bottom of the right-angle bending plate, and a plurality of return spring connecting holes 3-8 are formed in a vertical plate at the lower part of the right-angle bending plate; the rotating pin sleeve 3-9 is welded at the roundabout bending part, and the rotating pin 3-4 penetrates through the rotating pin sleeve 3-9 and a rotating pin hole 3-10 arranged on the supporting leg 3-1, so that the supporting arm 3-2 can rotate around the rotating pin 3-4; the handles 3-6 are welded on the upper horizontal plate of the right-angle bent plate, and the supporting plates 3-13 are rotated through the handles 3-6. As shown in fig. 5a and 5b, the supporting leg 3-1 is a U-shaped plate, two side plates of the U-shaped plate are provided with corresponding rotating pin holes 3-10, and the supporting leg is hinged with the supporting arm 3-2 by fixing a rotating pin 3-4; a plurality of return spring connecting holes 3-8 are arranged on the bottom plate of the U-shaped plate; the bottom plate of the U-shaped plate is also provided with a sleeve 3-12 for placing an operating rod 4-3.

It should be noted that reinforcing rib plates are welded between two side plates of the U-shaped plate, wherein the upper part is a vertical reinforcing rib plate, and the middle part is a horizontal reinforcing rib plate.

As shown in figure 4, one side plate of the U-shaped plate is higher than the bottom plate of the U-shaped plate, a limiting pin hole 3-11 is arranged at the higher part, and a positioning pin 3-5 is arranged in the limiting pin hole 3-11 and used for limiting the rotation angle of the supporting arm 3-2 and preventing the rotation angle from being too large and the pulling force of the return spring 3-3 from being too large to cause injury to an operator.

As shown in fig. 7, the turnover operation system 4 comprises a manual hydraulic pump 4-1, a lifting cylinder 4-2, an operation rod 4-3, an oil return pipe 4-4, an oil inlet pipe 4-5 and a pin 4-6; the manual hydraulic pump 4-1 is a power source of the turnover operation system 4 and is connected with the lifting cylinder 4-2 through an oil inlet pipe 4-5 and an oil return pipe 4-4, the manual hydraulic pump 4-1 has a reversing function and controls the extension and the shortening of the lifting cylinder 4-2, and two ends of the lifting cylinder 4-2 are respectively connected with a lifting seat I2-5 arranged on the workpiece 2 and a lifting seat II of the base through pins 4-6. The operation lever 4-3 is used to operate the manual hydraulic pump 4-1. The supporting leg 3-1 in the safety limiting device 3 is provided with a sleeve 3-12, a through hole concentric with the sleeve 3-12 is arranged on the supporting arm 3-2 in the safety limiting device 3, the operating rod 4-3 is placed in the sleeve 3-12 when not in use and penetrates out of the through hole, as shown in the position of figure 3, after the operating rod 4-3 is placed at the position, the function of limiting the movement of the supporting arm 3-2 is achieved, misoperation is prevented, and in addition, the shaking of the supporting arm 3-2 during the movement of a vehicle can be reduced.

As shown in figure 9, the safety limiting device 3 supports the workpiece 2, and the clamping plate 2-4 is clamped into the clamping groove arranged on the supporting arm 3-2, so that the limiting is safe and reliable.

As shown in fig. 11, the operation method of the workpiece turning and supporting safety limit is as follows:

In conclusion, the invention can realize the functions of overturning, limiting, descending and the like of a workpiece, the supporting arm can rotate around the rotating pin and can automatically return to the original position under the action of the return spring, the clamping groove arranged on the supporting arm is matched with the clamping plate arranged on the workpiece to realize the safety limiting of the workpiece, the operating rod is placed in the sleeve arranged on the supporting leg when not in use to play a role of limiting the movement of the supporting arm and prevent misoperation, and in addition, the swinging of the supporting arm during the movement of the vehicle can be reduced.

The invention also discloses a mining dump truck which is provided with the workpiece overturning system with the safety limiting device; wherein, the work piece is the driver's cabin, and the base is the frame.
