As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the chain 12 includes a plurality of pairs of link plates 121, a connecting block 123 is rotatably connected between any two adjacent pairs of link plates 121, as shown in fig. 4, any one of the hooks 13 is suspended and connected to the lower side of one of the connecting blocks 123, the guide rail 10 is configured as a hollow pipe structure, and the chain 12 is movably disposed in the inner cavity of the guide rail 10.

As shown in fig. 8, the bottom of the guide rail 10 is provided with an opening structure, and two sides of the opening of the bottom of the guide rail 10 are provided with support flanges 10a extending horizontally inwards, based on the sectional view of the guide rail 10, two sides of each connecting block 123 of the chain 12 are rotatably connected with bearings 124, and the bearings 124 on two sides of each connecting block 123 roll on the upper surfaces of the two support flanges 10a, respectively, so as to reduce the resistance encountered by the whole chain 12 when moving in the inner cavity of the guide rail 10.

The drying principle of this example is as follows:

during the drying operation, the material is placed in the material tray frame 15, the material tray frame 15 is hung on the hook 13, the motor 111 is started, the chain 12 is driven to move, so that the material tray frame 15 moves at a uniform speed along the guide rail 10, after the medium air passes through the condenser 302 of the heat pump outdoor unit 301, heat exchange is carried out with the condenser 302, the medium air is heated into dry air flow, the dry air flow enters the air chamber 102, and then enters the drying chamber 104 through the flow equalization effect of the air guide plate 7 and the air inlet side punching plate 103, the materials placed on the tray frame 15 are heated and dried, the drying air flow after heat exchange with the materials passes through the air outlet side punching plate 105 to enter the air return chamber 106, after passing through the second air valve 5 and flowing back to the air inlet side of the axial flow fan set 2, the drying air flows through the axial flow fan set 2, is pressurized, then is heated again by the condenser 302, then enters the air chamber 102, and the circulation is carried out.

The purpose of this embodiment is to drive the drying air flow to be evenly distributed both in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction.

In order to enable a uniform distribution of the drying air flow in the vertical direction, the principle is set as follows: as shown in fig. 1 and 10, since the vertical cross-sectional structure of the fan chamber 101 is a rectangular structure and the long sides thereof are vertically arranged, all the fans 2a are arranged in a vertical line at equal intervals along the height direction of the fan chamber 101, and the arrangement range of the axial flow fan set 2 covers the vertical cross section of the whole fan chamber 101, the axial flow fan set 2 can output dry air flow uniformly distributed in the vertical direction, and the output dry air flow can keep the air flow in a relatively uniform state in the vertical direction.

In order to enable a uniform distribution of the drying air flow in the horizontal direction, the principle is set as follows: as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the opening angle of the air deflectors 7 can be flexibly adjusted and controlled according to the distribution of the air flow on the air inlet side punching plate 103, so that the flow of the drying air flow entering the drying chamber 104 is kept in a relatively uniform state in the horizontal direction, and considering that the flow of the drying air flow is gradually reduced along the horizontal length direction of the air inlet chamber 102, the opening angle of the air deflectors 7 is sequentially increased progressively, so that the air volume passing through all the air deflectors 7 in a relatively balanced state in unit time is kept relatively balanced, and importantly, the opening angle of each air deflector 7 can be detected. In the embodiment, the opening angle of the air deflector 7 is calculated according to a cosine function, and the opening angle of each air deflector 7 is automatically adjusted according to the ventilation volume or the wind speed entering the wind chamber 102, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform ventilation.

The air inlet side punching plate 103 also plays a certain flow equalizing role for the drying air flow, and during air return, the drying air flow passes through the air outlet side punching plate 105 for secondary flow equalizing role so as to better keep the uniform state of the drying air flow in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.

In order to accelerate drying efficiency and uniformity on the basis of guaranteeing dry quality for the material on each tray rack 15 can both receive even drying effect, the transmission scheme of chain 12 in this embodiment sets up as follows: as shown in fig. 4, 8 and 9, a vertically arranged pin shaft 122 is penetrated through the middle of each pair of link plates 121, and the pin shaft 122 penetrates the link plates 121 downwards and makes a part of the pin shaft protrude below the guide rail 10; the chain driving mechanism 11 comprises a thumb wheel 118 with a wheel-shaped structure and a rotary driving component which drives the thumb wheel 118 to rotate and is arranged on the fixed base of the main bin body 1, the central axis of the thumb wheel 118 is vertically arranged, the thumb wheel 118 is rotationally arranged on the fixed base of the main bin body 1 and is driven by the rotary driving component to rotate, a plurality of convex protrusions 118a are uniformly distributed along the outer circumferential side of the thumb wheel 118, an engaging groove 118b with an outward opening is formed in the outer side of each protrusion 118a, the part of a pin shaft 122 protruding below the guide rail 10 is movably inserted into any engaging groove 118b, and during transmission, any engaging groove 118b of the thumb wheel 118 is in transmission fit with any pin shaft 122 of the chain 12.

As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9, the rotary driving assembly for driving the dial wheel 118 to rotate includes a motor 111, a speed reducer 112, a driving bevel gear 113, a driven bevel gear 114, a first belt pulley 115, a belt 116 and a second belt pulley 117, which are sequentially driven, the second belt pulley 117 is coaxially linked with the dial wheel 118, the first belt pulley 115 and the driven bevel gear 114 are sleeved on a shaft together, the belt 116 is simultaneously wound on the first belt pulley 115 and the second belt pulley 117, the driving bevel gear 113 is sleeved on an output shaft of the speed reducer 112, and the output shaft of the motor 111 is in transmission connection with an input shaft of the speed reducer 112; carry out gear drive earlier in order to ensure driven stability, carry out belt drive in order to ensure driven efficiency afterwards, finally make thumb wheel 118 can carry out stable, quick rotation motion. The rotary driving assembly for driving the thumb wheel 118 to rotate further comprises a tension wheel 119 rotatably disposed on the fixed base of the main bin body 1, and the tension wheel 119 is used for tensioning the belt 116.

In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the chain 12 can drive the tray racks 15 to perform a relatively uniform motion, the motor 111 outputs power, the dial wheel 118 is rotated through a series of transmissions, and the engagement groove 118b uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential side of the dial wheel 118 is in transmission fit with any one of the pin shafts 122, so as to drive the whole chain 12 to perform a relatively uniform motion along the guide rail 10, thereby driving the plurality of tray racks 15 to perform a relatively uniform motion along the guide rail 10 and alternately switch the drying position, and thus enabling all the tray racks 15 to better receive the drying effect of the drying airflow. In this embodiment, since the guide rail 10 has a horizontal track shape, the tray rack 15 can be horizontally moved along the guide rail 10.

As shown in fig. 1, in order to discharge moisture during the drying process, an air valve assembly is provided in the main cartridge body 1, and the air valve assembly includes:

the first air valve 4 is opened when rapid moisture removal is needed and is arranged at the position, facing the air inlet side of the axial flow fan set 2, of the side wall of the main bin body 1;

the second air valve 5 is opened in work and is arranged at the air outlet of the air return chamber 106;

and a third air valve 6 which is opened in operation and is used for moisture discharge is arranged on the top wall of the main cabin body 1 at a position opposite to the drying chamber 104.

The method for removing humidity during drying is as follows:

in the drying and temperature rising stage, the first air valve 4 is closed, the second air valve 5 is completely opened, and the third air valve 6 is opened at a certain angle to discharge a small amount of wet air, so that the phenomenon that the internal wet air pressure is too high due to the increase of the temperature and the humidity in the main bin body 1 is avoided;

when the drying temperature rises to a set value and is kept stable, the opening angle of the third air valve 6 is properly increased, the first air valve 4 is kept closed, and the third air valve 6 is kept open and used for moisture removal in the drying process;

when the humidity of a plurality of drying processes is too high and the moisture needs to be rapidly exhausted, the third air valve 6 is completely opened, the first air valve 4 is opened, and the second air valve 5 is closed. Several humidity sensors are usually provided in the main silo 1 to monitor the humidity and thus control the opening of the associated valves for the purpose of dehumidification.
