1. The diesel oil anti-wear antistatic complexing agent is characterized by being prepared from the following three components in percentage by mass:

a) 93-94.5% of diesel oil antiwear agent,

b) 0.5 to 2 percent of antistatic agent,

c) 5% of solubilizing dispersant;

the diesel antiwear agent is unsaturated long-chain fatty acid consisting of linoleic acid, soybean oleic acid and linolenic acid, and the mass percentage content of the linoleic acid, the soybean oleic acid and the linolenic acid in the diesel antiwear agent is respectively 55%, 32% and 13%;

the antistatic agent is a nonmetal antistatic agent prepared from polysulfone, polyamine, dinonylnaphthylsulfonic acid, aromatic hydrocarbon with a boiling point of 120-180 ℃ and isopropanol, wherein the mass ratio of the polysulfone to the polyamine is 2: 1, the mass percentage of the polysulfone to the polyamine accounts for 37% of the mass of the antistatic agent, and the mass percentage of the sum of other components accounts for 63% of the mass of the antistatic agent;

the solubilizing dispersant is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether with the sulfur content of less than 100 ppm;

the preparation steps of the diesel anti-wear antistatic complexing agent are as follows: premixing the diesel antiwear agent and the antistatic agent, adding the premixed diesel antiwear agent and the solubilizing dispersant into a mixing kettle, heating to 35-50 ℃, fully stirring for 15-30 min, and filtering by using a 70-mesh filter screen to obtain the product.

The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of chemical products, and relates to a diesel additive, in particular to a diesel anti-wear antistatic complexing agent capable of simultaneously improving the lubricating property and the antistatic capability of diesel.

Background

In the aspect of diesel oil production, the improvement of oil standards is mainly reflected in the reduction of sulfur content. In order to meet the requirement of low sulfur content of diesel oil and improve the exhaust quality of diesel engines, deep processing refining technologies such as hydrodesulfurization and the like are generally adopted by petroleum refineries at home and abroad at present, so that the diesel oil develops towards low sulfur content. However, when sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons in the diesel fuel component are removed in a large amount, the lubricating component with the anti-wear function is also removed, so that the lubricity of the diesel fuel is reduced, which in turn causes excessive wear of a fuel injection pump and a cylinder of a diesel engine. On the other hand, during the storage, transportation, infusion and processing of the oil products, the static electricity is inevitable because the relative movement of friction and separation such as stirring, sedimentation, impact, splashing and the like always occurs. According to the requirements of GB6950-2001 'light oil safety static conductivity' issued and implemented by China, the conductivity of light oil products of kerosene, diesel oil and gasoline is greater than 50 pS.m-1. The electrical conductivity of oil products is very low, especially light oil products (such as diesel oil with the resistivity of 7.3 x 1014 omega cm), and static electricity is easy to generate and accumulate. In the processes of oil production, storage, loading and unloading, transportation and use, the friction between oil products and the wall of a storage container or an oil pipeline is easy to generate very dangerous static electricity, and the static electricity can generate static sparks after being accumulated to a certain degree, so that explosive mixed gas is ignited to cause serious disasters such as explosion, fire and the like. The six standards of diesel oil begin to be enforced since 2018, although the sulfur content of the diesel oil is well controlled (less than 10ppm), the sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen and other polar substances containing heteroatoms are removed, so that the current diesel oil products sold in the market are poor in lubricity and poor in conductivity.

the antistatic agent is a nonmetal antistatic agent prepared from polysulfone, polyamine, dinonylnaphthylsulfonic acid, high-boiling-point (boiling point is 120-180 ℃) aromatic hydrocarbon and isopropanol, wherein the mass ratio of the polysulfone to the polyamine is 2: 1, the mass percentage of the polysulfone to the polyamine accounts for 37% of the mass of the antistatic agent, and the sum of other components accounts for 63% of the mass of the antistatic agent.

The solubilizing and dispersing agent is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether with the sulfur content of less than 100 ppm.

In the diesel anti-wear antistatic complexing agent, the diesel anti-wear agent takes unsaturated long-chain fatty acid (unsaturated vegetable oleic acid) as a main component, has no heavy metal in the diesel anti-wear agent, is nontoxic, has small addition amount and convenient use, has a condensation point of less than-12 ℃ and a cloud point of less than-8 ℃, can form a compact adsorption film on the surface of metal, has good low-temperature stability and good intermiscibility with diesel, can obviously improve the lubricity of low-sulfur diesel, effectively reduces the nozzle wear of a diesel engine and reduces carbon deposition; the antistatic agent used in the compound agent formula takes polysulfone and polyamine as main raw materials, does not contain chromium and calcium, has small dosage, quick conductivity rise, small water separation index change and good antistatic effect (the conductivity can meet the internal control requirement of medium petrochemical industry and is more than 300 pS.m < -1 >); in addition, the solubilizing and dispersing agent is added into the complexing agent, so that the diesel antiwear agent and the antistatic agent can be dispersed and dissolved in the diesel more quickly at a lower ambient temperature.

Compared with the prior art, the diesel anti-wear antistatic complexing agent has low sulfur content, no heavy metal and less addition amount, can obviously improve the low-temperature fluidity and the conductivity of the diesel, and has good intermiscibility with the diesel.
