The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the device is used, organic waste gas is introduced into the combustion chamber 1 from the gas inlet pipe 2, gas combusts in the combustion chamber 1, meanwhile, combustion improver in the combustion improver storage chamber 31 enters the spray head 32 through the inclined pipe 33, the gas pump 34 pumps the gas into the pump outlet pipe 36 through the pump inlet pipe 35 and sprays the gas on the liquid combustion improver to atomize the liquid combustion improver and then sprays the liquid combustion improver from the spray head 32, the atomized and sprayed combustion improver has good combustion-supporting effect and is more thorough to burn, waste gas generated after burning enters the treatment box 41 through the connecting pipe 6, in the treatment box 41, the first motor 425 rotates to drive the chain wheel 423 to rotate, the chain wheel 423 rotates to drive the chain 421 to rotate anticlockwise according to the state shown in figure 1, the lifting plate 422 can lift and then spray the activated carbon, when the activated carbon is sprayed, the gas can be in all-round contact with the activated carbon which falls in the air, so as to facilitate the adsorption of the activated carbon, when the activated carbon falls down, the second motor 433 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 431 to rotate, the rotating shaft 431 rotates to drive the spiral feeding knife 432 to feed, so that the activated carbon is positioned at the lower end of the activated carbon scattering device 42 again, so as to facilitate the re-lifting and scattering of the lifting plate 422, and the adsorbed gas is discharged through the gas outlet pipe 5;
